Wanted to show off my little table from the CBAA NOLA conference. There were so many cool books. I did not feel worthy of the showcase.

Books I’ve designed and made! I wanted to show off some of the hard work I’ve done for my portfolio, so this is the start.
Top Left: This is Me, 2014 - a short story about realizing you’re trans. 6 linocuts, Japanese stab binding Top Right: Alice/Glass, 2019 - Alice in Wonderland/Through the Looking-Glass duo book. 25 hand-carved linocuts, quarter cloth hardcover Bottom Left: Human Production, 2018 - one page book with screenprint. Bottom Right: Genderfuck, 2018 - pressure print and screenprint. Part of a larger collaborative book along with Human Production.
I’ve got my fingers crossed to get two more books into the portfolio, but we will see. I’ve not even started on one, and still need to finish the other.

Can we talk about the fact I just cut down enough paper to make 7 books.
That’s a lot of paper. I’m kinda terrified.

I drew my SO and I as ferrets because we’re both furry adjacent and I got tired of the bean meme.
Then they showed me a gif of the world’s smallest fucking weasel and I am in love.

It’s time for a giveaway! Aug 26th - Sept 5th
With pre-orders ending on September 7th, we’ve decided to put together a giveaway, celebrating the success of the zine thus far! There will be two prizes, and the rules are simple!
Reblog our pre-order post. You’re welcome to reblog it more than once! We just ask that you don’t spam your followers, and no giveaway blogs (we’ll check).
Make sure we can contact you via tumblr come September 6th if you’ve won!
So what are the prizes?
Prize 1: One digital PDF of B-Sides and one custom 8x10″ one-color lino block print by our layout mod @galacticcannibalisms. Details on the commission will come after our winners are selected, but you will be ultimately mailed up to five copies of your print! (The lino block prints shown above are just examples!)
Prize 2: One physical copy of B-Sides and one custom 5x7″ one-color lino block print by our layout mod. Details on the commission will come after our winners are selected, but you will be ultimately mailed up to five copies of your print! (The lino block prints shown above are just examples!)
What if I win but I already ordered a zine (or zine + merch)? Never fear! If you ordered any of our bundles and end up winning the giveaway, we’ll be sure to refund you the cost of the zine! Don’t let the giveaway deter you from securing your copy now!
How will you keep track of who reblogged the pre-order post before and after the giveaway? We’ve taken a screenshot of the last ten notes before this went live, so we will know where to start counting.
I have another question concerning the giveaway or zine! Feel free to shoot us an ask! We’ll get to you as soon as we can. :)
Good luck!

I’m looking for readers to help encourage me to write, basically, a more private version of AO3 kudos. Read on if you like queer paranormal romance.
Okay, with that eyecatch out of the way, let me explain. I’ve had the idea for a two part story that focuses on queer romance between mostly older, broken characters. Cool, right? Problem is, lately I have been struggling to write without a solid deadline and people waiting for the product. Way back when, I got a lot of work done on AO3, but this is original fiction. I don’t think it’s going to be easy to get the eyes and asks for more that way. So that’s what I need. 3-4 people that I can email like once a month with 1-2 chapters at a time. What do I need from these people? Feedback of any sort. What will they get for me?
Well, beyond making art, I have also slowly been getting into beta reading, mostly for zines. If you like how I write, then I’d be more than happy to read just about anything and try and help build it up. We can build a small discord server to share stories, feedback, information, or it can be solely through email. It’s totally up to you.
Okay, and now the story itself. Here’s the first chapter. Please give that a read and take a look below to see if you’re interested in this project!
In a world similar to our own, magic is a known, quantifiable thing, though it is quite new. New enough that a massive war broke out with plenty of humans determined to wipe out the “abominations” and plenty more trying to protect them. It’s been twenty years since then, and things are slowly adjusting for this new reality.
Lao and Kirke Telis are half-siblings, phoenixes, magical shapeshifting birds known for their strong healing and fire magic, as well as their nearly immortal lifespans. They were on opposite sides of the war, and opposite sides of their family. And both end up crashing into some poor humans’ life, leaving them all forever changed.
Charles Maddern. Margaret Churchill. One is broken from the war, the other cannot remember a life without magic. One finds a phoenix who cannot heal, and the other meets one who cannot fight. Both humans have to learn a lot, to let go of trauma, to learn that not everyone is a good person.
But people can change. And even phoenixes, they can change too.

A series of prints I’ve made over the past week at Anderson Ranch! I’m shocked I’ve been able to work so hard, but the instructor said I print like a machine lol. I’ll give the names of the prints and edition numbers below.
Vacation, ed of 10 Dysphoria, ed of 7 (I think?) Shape of Me, ed of 12 Trapped in the Closet, ed of 12 Drag Me Down, ed of 5 (one full blue, four with white silhouette)
And the last picture shows that Drag Me Down can glow in the dark! I can’t wait to get some high quality pics up.
