I kinda miss your ranma 1/2 content 😔 especially the Ryouga/Ranma ones (I have been waiting for the sequel to the autumn effect so bad)

I’ve written snippets for the Solstice series but it’s never quite made it’s way off the ground. I really got a bad case of sequelitis when it came to The Autumn Effect, which felt like a car that grew wings. I never expected it to get the warm reception it did, considering it’s not the main ship and whatnot. And I really wanted to keep up that momentum for Solstice, but kept clamming up. And now it’s been y e a r s 🥲

I won’t make any promises about Solstice, but I will say this…every time the summer or winter solstice or the spring equinox comes around, I always think “man, if I ever wrote that series, I would definitely drop the books in the respective solstice…”

I am incapable of writing different books at once, so once my brain gets onto Another Thing, I just have to ride it out. I definitely plan to get back to Ranma 1/2 content in general—taking Ask Ranma And Ryoga off of hiatus, finishing Stranded…but I’m also just enjoying the wave I’m riding at the moment. I haven’t abandoned my boys, I’ll always love ranryo. But I wanna be sure I’m in the right headspace before I get back into those works. Stranded is a slow burn Task of a fic to write, and ARAR is its own beast with hours of sketching, inking, colouring…it’s a full time job in and of itself, and I already have a day job that eats up my days. And on top of all of That…I’m still trying to fuckin’ move, but Big Girl Job and Life just keeps getting in the way of making that happen.

Guh.

Anyway—hope this cleared things up a little! I’m still kickin’, still writing, and…really wanna get back into drawing, ugh. Soon. I definitely will get back into the Ranma Stuff, eventually.
