I’m trying to color some of the prompts I did for mermay, and this one was for the word “cosmic”. I think I might have gone overboard on stars and blur effect, but I still thing it looks pretty good.

I was doing mermay and got throught the first 2 weeks, when I just looked through the rest of the prompts and found a final one I really wanted to do. That prompt was Gemini. So of course I drew Geminitay as a mermaid in her season 10 base on Hermitcraft. Monsters and all, forcing me to actually make a background, which is always a pain, but I think it turned out pretty alright.

I’m not sure if I colored and shaded until the drawing was done, or I was just Done. But still, pretty decent work on my part.

So quite a few months ago now, I had some Technoblade feels because I miss him. And I was watching a lot of Geminitay’s videos when I realized they would probably get along really well. So as anyone who can make pencil lines look like people and things, I decided to draw them together. But I had too many ideas to start, so I wrote down their similarities. Those being:

-they’re epic PVP’ers

-they live in cottages (Gem’s love of cottagecore and Techno’s DSMP winter cottage)

-both have cute skins (specifically I think Gem would love BynnyBlade)

-they’re sarcastic

-they both started their own empires (Techo’s Antarctic Empire and Gem’s Crystal Cliffs)

I want to get around to coloring them, but for now you can have the sketches.

It's a tradition in Denmark to make "gækkebreve" for people before easter, and let them guess who it's from. This year, I made this for my grandmother, and gave her the little painted rock that looks like an easter egg, since she would know it was from me (she's known for years, she's just given me an egg anyways).

I met my last partner through my art comment section. You never know how a simple "this looks cool" can affect yours or an artist's life

I hate "content" culture.

I hate "consuming content" and scrolling immediately to the next thing.

People used to be excited about the art that other people created.

People used to want to share that excitement with creators.

I hate this future.

Found out Avatar: The Last Airbender came out 20 years ago! Happy birthday to the Gaang!

I decided I need to unify all my social medias a bit better. So instead of having different names and profile pictures everywhere, I sat down and changed most of the names and drew this to be my profile picture.

This is a character I came up with for a themed costume party. They’re a superhero (anti hero?) who tries to spread the message to save the bees. Their pouch is full of flower confetti, so they can confuse people and run away if needed.

(I have no idea if the QR code works, and honestly, I don’t even remember if it’s a rickroll or not)

I came up with a bee themed name at one point, but I didn’t write it down, and now I’ve forgotten… so if you have suggestions, I’d love to hear them.

I forgot to upload this art journal page from when I rescued a cockatiel in Pismo with my aunt (who's afraid of birds, I'm lucky she let me bring it in her car). Complete with dropped feathers and a sticker!

We were just walking down the pier and there it was: a bird that shouldn't be there. And it was comfortable with me getting close to it! 100% somebody's pet. I managed to catch it in my shirt, and we got a box from a nearby shop so we could take it to a rescue. Hopefully they found it's people.

I finished the lineart! Time to decide if I color it with pencils, wait to get home in a few days and use my markers, or actually whip out my stylus and do a digital coloring

I went to the Kings Canyon national park to see the big redwood trees, and the visitor's center had stamps so I put them in my sketchbook, but then I bought stickers and decided, since I already used part of the page, might as well dedicate the whole thing to it, so I put in the stickers and filled in the blank space with a drawing based on one of the pictures we took while we were there *GHAAASP!*

One of my birds died.

The text reads:

"Putte

Died january 30th 225

May your final time have given you rest, so you can fly again"

I had her for the last month of her life, after my mom found her at the bottom of her outdoor cage, banged up and confused, so since my birds were staying with her at the time, she brought her into their cage inside. And when I brought my birds home, I took Putte with me. She never got used to hands, but allowed me to hold her, when she couldn't fly and walked around on the floor.

I like to think her last days were good ones.

Aside from the fact that this was a fun moment, the animation is so well done! I rarely watch things on loop, but this has to be saved so I can come back and do it, AGAIN!

A bit of context:

So the druid in our DnD group, “Copper”, was crowned “Da queeen” by these little fey creatures after he picked up or defeated something only their queen could (I missed the crowning session) and has since been trying to deal with his new responsibility.

Soon after being declared queen, the party quickly discovered, that the previous queens all died shortly after taking up the crown, and Copper promptly tried to pass the title on and get to the bottom of what’s happening. Before telling Tim the fey guy that he will be the next queen, something moves around the dark castle halls, only to disappear and Copper suspects the place is haunted. But the dramatic moment is ruined when the interaction in the comic happens.

I had time to draw some plants and a crow as well. Ended up sitting with the people in the wardrobe storage since they were just chilling too.

I'm at my graduation party and the music was too loud and my throat hurts from yelling just to have a conversation. But because it's the pedahogue couse, they made a quiet spot with games and pens and paper, so I drew a cockatiel dreaming of being a dragon.
