drew a shit ton today. I finished the line art and color on my among us sona piece. ^^ :))))) now for the best part: rendering (even tho I’m shit at it)

I’ll try to get it done and post the speed paint by tomorrow. Gotta ride that art motivation high before it inevitably crashes and I revert back to writer brain

(aka daydreaming about my characters to music too much, tearing my hair out obsessively editing my wip fic, and being unable to draw a sphere.)

sketch of a oc i had to create for a history class journaling project. there are a lot of wonky things in this piece, like the chair, and a lot of things are missing (like his other eye, hair, etc) but i can't finish the piece or fix these things due to my apple pencil breaking halfway through drawing. i'm posting the incomplete sketch anyway because i like how **some** parts of it turned out.

this was my first full week of dedicating all my time into drawing - and woah was it hard :o.

going into it, i thought it would be easy - but drawing something as simple as a circle to use as reference for a head was challenging enough.

i had to wipe everything i ever knew about drawing and start from scratch - which was both interesting and incredibly frustrating.

but - it’s keeping me motivated + giving me a routine and reason to get up in the morning so i’m excited to see what next week’s progression looks like.
