Day 2 of @winchester-reload‘s Suptober 2019 challenge. The prompt today was “eyes,” and the idea of an Argos-esque Angel is one that I’ve wanted to attempt for a while now! It didn’t quite turn out how I wanted, but for a first go I’m pretty happy.

Autumn

 as  the Kid practically shoved the leaf with an air of excitement, Castiel couldn’t help but stare. Observe. .... it was just a leaf. But then why? Why brought it this child happiness?  “Isn’t it exciting!” they yelled “a lucky leaf! the perfect transition! this is going to be a brilliant autumn!” (YES GUYS, IT’S TIME!!! It been a while, whoops! BUT this is what I’ve been up to: Drawing my D&D characters  First picture:  Lucy Faire, my Halfling rogue. She was deeply wounded in her battle against some goblins, but pressed on pretending like the gaping hole in her side was “not... affecting me.... in the... SLIGHTEST!....”  2nd picture:  Lucy found a shiny blue stone, surrounded by the corpses of her friends. trapped by the remaining monsters, she clung to it and wished. She wished strongly. She wished that “I never wan’t to fight anymore, I want us all to be golden and not have to worry about anything” Her wish was granted Three years later four adventurers discovered a cave with golden statues, one of them clinging to a blue stone. 3rd picture:  MUND AND HIS BOYFRIEND BEING BOYFRIENDS AND IT’S SO FUCKING AMAZING I LOVE THEM SO MUCH AAAAAH. The barbarian Elf Mund and the sorcerer half-orc Urdan are my boys. they met in a tavern somewhere both drinking their problems away.  Mund comes from the woods, he’s king of his country but his brother is the one calling the shots, keeping the people at peace while Mund is out to seek revenge. When he was just a child (97) His kingdom got attacked. Just as fast as they came they left, but they took something... they took the life of his mother.  His mother was a special elf. Her blue skin and silver hair stood out among the rest of the kingdom. she was truely a sight to behold.  When Mund met Urdan he couldn’t look away from his bright blue eyes, and grey bluish skin... and when he found out that Urdan’s magic usually sheds a blue light he fell like a rock in the ocean. Deep. CAN YOU TELL I LOVE THEM? BECAUSE I REALLY DO! 4th picture:  Did I mention that Mund is a barbarian? Well he is! And boy he has quite a temper. I drew this one today actually! Probably one of his companions put a glowing worm in his soup again. (I’m blaming Mister John, That evil, scallywag of a warlock is always up to no good.) It’s either him or someone gave him something with buttons or zippers again. those things always break and puts Mund in a rage.  But yeah... this is what I’ve been making.

AGAIN TRYING TO DRAW MISHA COLLINS

Actor, baker, and candlestick maker Misha Collins in all his glory! I am a great fan of the man and his somewhat asymmetric features make for a compelling reverence to draw from. Here I was trying to figure out how to draw skin realistically. I think I did a decent job. Thought the real “misha” part is still missing. Luckily all come to those who practice. Yup. Still knees-deep in the “how does one digital art” process. Why?” “I don’t know, I’m just curious to know if your singing is as attractive as your body.” Dean quirks an eyebrow. “Are you hitting on me?” Tilting his head to one side, Cas blinks at Dean. “I don’t know, am I? I hadn’t really thought about it like that, I was just stating a fact,” he says, looking Dean up and down as though reevaluating his assessment, then nodding as he comes to the same conclusion. “But you can take it that way if you want,” he adds quietly, gaze dropping back to his drink as he blushes again.

Fun times

Castiel winked at Sam, who, in turn was baffled. At this moment Dean could hold his laughter no longer. What started as a grin slowly morphed in a full body laugh as Castiel smiled fondly at Dean, proud that he could bring the hunter a small glimmer of happiness even in the smallest of forms.

“Did I ‘Got him’ ?”  The angel asked whilst tiling his head. The air quotes he used to clarify that he was using an expression, brought Dean to laughter once more.  

“Yeah man, you got ‘im good”

I HAD SO MUCH FUN MAKING THIS! I went a different route this time around and I’m not disappointed. Though it’s not my best work yet, I’m very proud to deliver you all such an incredible piece
