AO3 KUDO BOT

In case y’all didn’t know there is a bot going around hitting random stories on ao3 dumping a bunch of guest kudos. Hit count does not change. So if your fic suddenly has more kudos than hits or gets 20+ guest kudos in one day it could have been hit by the bot.

The fanficition subreddit has been discussing it a lot but I’m trying to spread the word. ao3 has said they can’t do anything about it.

This is so late but I had to join in.

Day 1 prompt. This takes me back to when my friends and I would draw the ‘Afro Puff Girls’. We were black bending before it was cool.

Ok so, did you guys see how happy Diego looked when he found out he was the hot shit at the Commission? I mean for crying out loud herb and him had their own handshake.

So I bet now that they have a briefcase Diego would be hopping down there all the time to hang out with his Commission pals. Meanwhile Five probably isn’t going to be jumping on the Commission bandwagon just because they had a brief change of leadership. They would have to argue about it at some point.

There was pop. A flash of blue light. And shouting.

“What the hell is going on here?” Klaus was the first person to reach the foyer peeking in from the sitting room. “I was trying to take a nap.”

Allison was the next with the others filing in behind her. “Oh Jesus Christ. Again?”

“Yes. Again.” Five growled. He had the back of Diego’s jacket gripped firmly in his hand. Diego was awkwardly stooping down trying to accommodate the weird angle.

“Oh I thought it was going to be something important” Luther said.

“This is important – Hey!” Five stumbled as Diego dropped down and out of the jacket. “What? Get back here.”

“Fuck you,” Diego flipped him off as he walked towards the kitchen.

“Do you want some food?” Vanya asked following him. The rest of the family started to disperse.

“Hold on,” Five popped in front of the two. “We are going to have a discussion about this.”

Diego turned and started walking in the other direction. “There is nothing to discuss– GAH” He jumped as Five popped in front of him again. “Can you stop doing that.”

“If you stop going to The Commission.” There was a groan from the other occupants of the room. 

“I am not going to stop seeing The Commission. They are my friends.”

“They are not your friends. They are not nice.”

“They did promise to leave us alone –” Luther said from his place on the stairs.

“Shut up” Five said, not taking his eyes off Diego. “They are nice now but as soon as you do something to fuck up the timeline, and you will, they will turn on you.”

“It’s not the same commission anymore Five. Face it, you’re just jealous because they like me more than they like you. I’m going to The Commission and you can’t do anything about it.”

There was silence. The two brothers staring at each other. Five’s angry scowl. Diego’s smug grin. The other sibling watched apprehensively from the edges of the room.

Five let out a sigh, all the tension leaving his body. “Whelp.” Five clapped his hands together. “Since we obviously can’t talk about this like adults…” Pop. He flashed away in a light of blue. 

Diego scrunched his face up in confusion looking at the spot where Five just was. “Huh?” Just as quickly Five popped back in grabbing Diego by the ear and then popping again moving them a few feet forward onto the stairs. “What the –” Diego sprung forward only to fall down on his butt. He twisted behind him before looking back up at Five. “Did you just handcuff me to the banister?”

“Yeah. It’s called time out.” Five tossed the key up in the air. “I’ll see you when I see you.” He blinked away.

Diego yanked at the cuffs in frustration. “Five this is not funny.” He shouted. He looked around. “Klaus?” He asked hopefully.

“Hey don’t look at me. I’m not getting on Five’s bad side.” He said leaving the room.

“Allison?” 

“Maybe if you were smarter about when you leave for The Commission.” She smirked leaning against the door frame. “You’ve got a time traveling briefcase. The least you could do was make back in time for dinner.”

“Vanya?”

She gave an apologetic smile. “I’ll bring you some food.”

Diego sighed before slowly looking up at Luther.

“Nope. I’m not going to help you if I’m your last resort.”

“Luther!”

“Bye.”

"That's not fair", Diego whined. "Why does Five get the front seat"

"Because I'm the oldest. Stop acting like a child"

“You’re a child” He shot back. “Klaus scootch over.”

“Oh no mein bruder. I’m the second oldest I’m not sitting in the middle. You have to listen to -AHH.” Klaus yelped as Diego shoved into him.

“Move over” Diego grunted pushing at him.

“No.” Klaus grabbed on to the side of the car. “I’m not sitting in the middle”

“Oh my gosh. Diego I heard a rumor that you sat in the middle” Allison said. “There”. Klaus laughed

“That’s not fair” Diego got in the car. “Why couldn’t you rumor Klaus.

“Because you’re the baby.”

“I’m not a baby”

What if Zuko faced more abuse from Ozai. You don’t go from regular family to burning your kids face off overnight.

They laughed. "it's not like the fire Lord will kill you is your bending is not working"

"Shut up. " Zuko hissed. "you don't know anything"

"Nephew" Iroh approached him slowly. "my brother may be cruel but he would not kill his own son. He -"

"I said shut up" Zuko through his arm out sending a pathetic amount of fire that fizzled out as quickly as it came. 

"You don't know anything" Zuko clenched his fists. Why was it so hard to get air

"You weren't there uncle" he shouted "and even when your were there you weren't. You weren't there when he hit me. Your weren't there when he took away my food. You weren't there when he tried to kill me" Zuko broke off breathing heavily.

"It was an Agni Kai" Iroh started. "I couldn't-"

"No" Zuko cut him off. "it wasn't. He locked me in a secret passage and told me the only way I could get it is if I could produce a flame. I was there for two days uncle. Two days." He choked off sob. "He didn't think I would make it. He wanted me gone"

inefficient... maybe. hard...for me. bugs...Hell Yes. But it does what it needed to do and i’m proud of it. This is my attempt at a calculator idea curtesy to @studyorcrytrying​

Why is the concept of tomboy becoming synonymous with trans? Like don’t get me wrong, there can be and there are tomboys in the LGBT+ community, but being tomboy doesn’t automatically make you part of it. All tomboy means is that you’re a girl who likes things usually associated with guys.

This concerns me because we’re starting to see people go “THEY MUST BE TRANS” if a girl likes anything that’s traditionally associated with boys. I feel like that’s really damaging because it actually REINFORCES gender roles, which is, ironically, what most of these people want to do away with. It sends the message that a girl can’t like guy things while still being seen as a girl. It forces people to be put into neat little boxes. Your gender is not defined by your interests, people.

 ***All of this in reverse, as well. If a guy likes anything girly, some people are quick to call him trans***

Remember: breaking out of stereotypes does not make you trans. GENDER DYSPHORIA MAKES YOU TRANS.
