Making the most of your mind
Was it your time? Did life give you what you wanted? or maybe you feel a huge relief that new beginnings are around the corner?
However things have panned out for you over the past few months, you can choose to take a different perspective on what life has thrown your way. Instead of feeling dread, regret or fear, you can instead choose to focus on the good that has been in your life, however little or small you may feel that it’s been.
If life has supported and loved you, then make the experiences bigger and bolder in your mind so that you can embrace and access those positive feelings at anytime that you choose.

What do you think your experiences have been trying to teach you?
What have you learned from what you went through?
Can you find any blessings from the challenges that you’ve faced? or any points that you can now see as clear turning points to help you make better choices in your future?
How can you now choose to make things better for yourself and for your life?
What can you do differently to change things for the better?
What is the thing you most value from your experiences?
Did you realise how strong you’ve been...?!
Simple questions can help give you a different perspective on your life experiences. Take time to look within as you look at the questions above and answer truthfully so that you can attempt to make things better for yourself.
Once you start to realise the positive elements of your experiences or the lessons that you can take from what you’ve endured, you can then choose to focus more on the good in your mind that you’re finding from exploring the challenges that you’ve faced.

The Power behind your thoughts
What are you choosing to think?
What thoughts fill your mind?
How much control do you have over the thoughts that flow through your mind each and every day?

Whatever you’re choosing to think you’re always then going to feel, as your thoughts will always feed your feelings, which will shape your experiences.
Read it again and realise that whatever you are allowing to go through your mind is what is then determining the way that you live your life.
So how can you make things better for yourself? How can you change your thoughts to support you and to empower you?
it’s much easier than you think and the results can be experienced a lot quicker than you think.

Surrender and let go
Time flies by so quickly. The seasons change with grace as the leaves change colour and effortlessly fall to the ground. As the trees head towards winter they stand naked and bare ready to grow fresh leaves and new life in the future spring. The seasons are a great way for you to look at what you could change, develop, let go of and grow in your life. What could you let go of? What is no longer serving you? and what could you make space for to expand and grow in your life?

As you look out at the trees around you and see the leaves falling, try then to look within by being honest with yourself to let go of the dead leaves that you may be carrying around. Having an inner cleanse where you detach and release from the old can have a positive impact on your mind and body, as you make space to embrace the new. Give yourself a mental release. Feel rooted to the ground. Realise how strong you stand, and then mentally let go of what you no longer need in your life. Give your life space to grow towards the light that you truly are.

Holistic world Vs the Medical World
How many alternative therapies and treatments have you tired recently? or ever!? The holistic world seems to be growing in its popularity as does the spiritual world, but is this just a trend? A concious shift in the western world has seen individuals turning to more holistic methods in what could be described as desperation. Suffering pain, sickness and emotional stress can be the key factors that lead individuals to seek 'alternate' ways of healing and ultimately living. But why do we only believe in alternate ways when we are suffering? Why do we grant ourselves permission to try 'something else' when we are filled with pain and fear? Desperate times can call for desperate measures, and many individuals who have battled with their health may tell you that this was their wake up call to addressing how they were choosing to live their lives.

Give yourself your wake up call now, and let your mind and body feel the benefits of the holistic treatments that are on offer across the world today. The Law of attaction
The law of attraction is a funny one to understand...What you think about, you then bring about....It's quite a powerful position to be in to be able to manifest your heart's desires. Whether you choose to believe that you have such power from the available law or not, the one thing you're guaranteed through the law of attraction is the ability to believe more in your goals and dreams.
Ask, Believe and then be willing to receive is the general formula, but the underlying message from the law of attraction is that by empowering your mind with belief, you can very easily eradicate your fears. There is so much for you to gain as you align your thoughts with what you want in your life, instead of focussing on what you fear. You have nothing to lose by believing and trusting in the universe, but only your fears. That’s quite a result in a quick instant!

Whether your dreams and desires manifest or not, you can consciously and instantly shift your mind and your emotions into a place of positive power, through the belief that the universe is going to respond to your requests. This will place you in a position where your ability to believe that good things are coming your way, doesn't end up being compromised. Give yourself that power. Trust in the universe and consciously move your mind into a place of potential and possibility as you ask, believe and become willing to receive.
The Law of Attraction can help you focus on what you want in your life.
You can very easily improve the way that you feel by using the law to change your thoughts for the better.

Intuitive Readings
Every Intuitive will work differently and I believe that the person being read for in their sitting, will receive the information that they need to hear for that particular time.
Over the years I have been developing intuitively and listening and trusting more of what I see, feel and hear. Working as a coach I like to approach my readings from a point of empowerment. By looking through the energy field in particular the chakras, I aim to locate any mental or emotionally blockages that may be holding you back in your life. By also receiving images and information for your life by looking at various areas of your life I aim to offer you guidance for your journey ahead.

Nothing is set in stone, life is what you make it and things can change and develop as and when is needed. By looking at your date of birth and your life path number, your personality number and what your current year holds from your date of birth, you will also receive more guidance for the areas of your life that you may need. There may at times be messages from loved ones but all readings are individual and again personal for the person being read for.

An attitude of gratitude...
An attitude of gratitude can give you so many positive benefits both mentally and physically. Just by taking a short time to count your blessings and to think of the good that's in your life, you can make a powerful and positive shift with your conciousness. Instead of allowing stress, fear, deadlines, worry or anxiety to over power your mind, I encourage you to actively empower your mind by embracing grateful thoughts. Experience how easy it is to feel the immediate effects that gratitude can give you, as you choose to turn your thoughts away from your challenges, and allow yourself to arrive at a place where you feel content.

There are so many ways for you to embrace the Power of gratitude and in doing so, you will experience a positive shift with your mind and your emotions. In any time you need to improve the way that you're thinking and feeling, you can turn to gratitude to make a positive change in your present state.
Consciously shift your thoughts to gratitude to feel grateful within.
Think of all the things you can be grateful for in your life, from this day, from this last week. The people, the things you have, the places you've been to, the things you love etc.
Make a gratitude list. You can write your appreciation down so that you really focus on what you value. This will help you to keep your mind focused on the positive feelings of gratitude.
Discuss gratitude with the people in your life. Tell people how much you appreciate them and what you value in your life. Let the power of gratitude travel as you encourage other people around you to feel their good.
Start with thoughts of gratitude in the morning and last thing at night. A few grateful thoughts can set you up positively for the day ahead and help you relax your mind at the end of your day as you feel at peace through feeling content.

Gaining Percpective
Try not to place all of your eggs into one basket. It can be so easy to let your dreams and desires get the best of you and take over what's really important in your life.
Take time to stop, slow down and think about what is really important to you in your life. Take an inventory of your life or plan out what you value and see where your happiness falls onto the list. Have you prioritised being happy? Are you making time for your happiness and are you letting happiness be a part of your day to day life?

We all want success in various avenues of our lives and many of us think that when we are successful, we will be happy. This isn't necessarily the case as you can burn yourself out trying to get your desired result and in the end you may never feel happy.

Making happiness a part of your life now, will only allow you to feel happier when success does materialise. Being happy now will also make your journey to your dreams and desires much more enjoyable on the way.
Think about what makes you feel good within? - Have/Do more of it.
What do you appreciate daily? - Feel and express gratitude more often.
What makes you laugh/smile? - Embrace it!
Try not to take life too seriously and remember to have fun with as much as you possibly can. Life's too short to be anything but happy.

The meaning of Unconditional Love.
If you were told at the beginning of your life that the essence of your life was to love unconditionally, and that your ability to love is embedded within your soul, and that it should be emitted like a light shining into the world, would you choose to love more?
If you were asked at the end of your life how much you lived your life through love and if you were told that your soul had the capability to shine a light through your existence into the world through all that you said and did, would you be able to look back and say that you embraced the light of your soul through love?

Love is what connects us to each other and love is the language of the universe. There are opportunities to express and receive love each and every day and in doing so you can very powerfully light up your own world. The pressure that we can end up placing on love, as we condition the love that we give and receive can limit the amount of light that we can allow ourselves to experience in our lives.
Each individual has challenges, lessons and karma to overcome and one of the biggest sacrifices that we can make in our lives is in our ability to love. Some of the lessons that we experience can question our ability to love and some of the challenges that we face can restrict our ability to give and receive love, as our minds can get in the way of seeing the love that comes through our difficult experiences. When we compromise our love, we can end up choosing how much light we are allowing into our life but also how much light we are giving back to the world. Not only can it be a challenge to give and receive love, but self-love can also limit the light that we live in.
Each soul has a purpose, a contract and a form of light to shine into the world. It can be difficult to shine your light and to live in your light if you battle with your ability to express and experience self-love. The more that you empower your mind with love for yourself and the world around you, the more you will then increase the strength of the light within your soul, to shine brightly into all that you do. Challenges can make some individuals repress their love, however overcoming your life lessons and learning from your life lessons can allow you to live more comfortably in your light.
The more that we try to support one and other through the love that we can express can allow the lights of our souls to shine into the world to increase the amount of love and learning that we can all experience and then also learn and grow from.

It takes huge courage to be the person that you were born to be. Self-acceptance is hard as is acceptance from family and friends, but to allow your soul to shine on such a public scale takes tremendous courage. To love unconditionally is a lesson that all soul groups must try to learn, but to inspire the world to open their hearts and to expand their ability to love unconditionally, allows the collective consciousness to reach higher levels. Thank you Bruce!
Whatever your struggle, whatever your battle, allow yourself to open your heart and let the light of your soul build and expand as you choose to let love into your life.
Whatever you currently fear, allow your mind and your heart to be filled with loving thoughts so that your body can feel the love that your mind can allow you to experience.
Whatever blocks you have in place that are blocking love from coming into your life, choose to give more love to be open to then receive more love in your life.

Are we ever happy?
Happiness is a state that we can all experience and one that we all strive to live for. But are we ever truly really happy? With so much pressure from the world around us, to achieve and to gain a sense of status within our own personal worlds, do we compromise our own happiness with the choices that we make?

Most of us dream of something better, something easier and something that we love doing, because we think and feel that when we get to our desired destination we will be greeted by the hand of happiness as we make our dreams our reality. The danger here is the potential of an anti-climax or even the possibility of feeling completely unfulfilled when we get to our dream place as we can still feel empty inside.

Zayn Malik left his successful group One Direction as he claimed that he wanted a ‘normal life’. Whether Zayn was happy or not in his band and with the career that he was living may seem questionable. A job that is lucrative with world travel, first class experiences and the possibility to live any dream desired, one may question why would anyone give up something that many would die for? But has the ‘dream’ now come down to wanting to be more ‘normal’ or to have a new ‘reality’ - one where happiness can be potentially found..?
Most people think that when they are successful they will be happy - but you can in fact set yourself up to fall flat on your face if you can’t experience happiness now.
Tips for embracing happiness now:
Do things that you love. Life is short. Make the most of the time that you have.
Surround yourself with good people that make you happy.
Walk away from any negative drama that gets in your way of feeling happy.
Encourage yourself to experience and appreciate any happy moments that you can each and every day. Try to be happy now and let the feeling grow. Stop thinking about your future and assuming that you will be happy when you’re successful. Allow yourself to be happy now.
Try to find 10-20 things each and every day that make you happy. Remember that happiness is a state that you create for yourself!

Finding Purpose in your life.

So there comes a point where you may start thinking and in some cases over feeling as you question and search your mind, your life and your entire existence as you ask - 'What's my life purpose?'
You may have experienced this particular yearning to know what your life is all about or may have fallen confused from the constant questioning that's run over and over in your mind, as you try to find out who you really are...
Not everyone is here to lead, to teach, to inspire or to create. Although we are all here to contribute in some aspect of our own personal life, to positively influence the life of another. Whether you're a parent, a sibling, a carer or a friend, your purpose may be to fulfil that roll and do your best in that particular relationship. You may feel the desire to create, to teach or to council, and one of the best ways to find your purpose is to listen to your hearts desires. You may feel great joy and comfort as your heart expands from the love, care and support you give to your family or your children and you may get great satisfaction from using your creative talents to bring joy and pleasure to various individuals lives who use your products that you creatively produce.

The answer to your purpose will always come from your heart as your heart will always speak your truth. Finding your purpose in life will be easier as you take the compass of your heart and allow it to lead you to the direction of your destiny where you will feel content within from your findings for what your purpose truly is. Understanding and then making good use of what your Life's Purpose is, will always be with what sits right in your heart rather than what registers as right in your mind. Listen to your heart, feel what's right for you and then allow the feeling to grow and expand into your life.
Do more of what makes you happy. Whether you feel happy within or you’re just thinking happier thoughts, do more of what makes you experience happiness.
Notice what you truly appreciate. Gratitude can highlight exactly what it is you love and appreciate from your task, role and efforts. Feeling grateful and expressing gratitude or even receiving gratitude can lead you to find your purpose.
Question your actions - ? Ask how what you're doing is helping yourself, other people or the world in general. We all have a service to provide and a part to play in the world.
Value who you are. Feel happy for what you find. We can't all build spaceships or fly planes, purpose comes in various shapes and sizes, but it always warms the soul.
