Bad memory goes hard 🔥🔥🔥

(I cannot remember the contents of the majority of my life. I cannot remember my trauma. When I have flashbacks, I dont see it, I FEEL it. I feel their hands on me, as if they were sitting right next to me, touching me all over again. I cannot recall my memories, but I can feel them just as vividly. My memories are nothing but a glitching TV, cutting out and skipping scenes.))

the morning after

yeah the morning after when you wake up and you don’t know if you are alive or dead. your head hurts, your nose stings, you mouth hurts, the paracetamol taste still in your mouth. some light comes from the window, meaning it’s morning now, but silence you don’t feel anything, your body’s weak, your mind blurred. you are still alive. it didn’t work. you check the time it’s 5:34 am and next to you it’s the bottle of pills, empty. how? how it didn’t work? why am i still here? why?
