Hola! ⠀ ⠀ Here’s a quick meal that is super simple and filling for you or the family that will not break the bank! ⠀ ⠀ This meal cost about $5 (if my math is right) but you can easily modify it to cut the price much lower depending on your calorie needs and/or meat/dairy selections. ⠀ ⠀ The below is my best guess on how much it cost me ⠀ ⠀ $2.86 per Kielbasa ⠀ $1 per oz of the raw cheese ⠀ $0.34 per egg (I think it cost me $6 for 18)⠀ $0.75 per 1/2 oz of the raw butter. Shout to @eatenlightened and @delish for making this new ice cream. Day of meetings and running on 4 hours of sleep means yolo.... ⠀ ⠀ Today I made the Costco teriyaki cauliflower “rice” with 2 eggs and a kielbasa. No egg or cream cheese fat head.⠀ ⠀ LAST WEEK I made this as I wanted to finish these two bags off (slide to the right chichos) but didn’t have any eggs or cream cheese to make a fat head. And since momma didn’t raise a quitter I decided to just try mixing the the cheese with the almond flour to see what magic unfolds. ⠀ ⠀ To my surprise it folded to a perfect “dough” compared to the eggs and cream cheese method.⠀ ⠀ With that being said I’ll never go back to the traditional method ever again xD. You can even use this as a sandwich bread! Will have my momma test it out this weekend to see what she thinks 👍 ⠀ ⠀ Amounts are unknown. The journey continues in trying new foods! ⠀ ⠀ Today is canned salmon. Having had bad experiences with fish I was scared to try this one but surprisingly it was yummy!⠀ ⠀ While it had a small fish smell when opening the can the taste was very mild. Reminded me of.... CHICKEN. Both in flavor and texture 😅⠀ ⠀ Mixed in some homemade duck fat mayo and some pork rinds for that crunch. Totally a game changer for me. ⠀ ⠀ I got this salmon at the Everett Costco for my MA peeps. ⠀ ⠀ Also! Thank you for those telling me to try making salmon cakes. Our Costco up here in Mass started to carry a cauliflower teriyaki mix that sounded interesting. Got my mom a bag and she approved of it.⠀ ⠀ I got one as well and finally got around to trying it. Not going to lie it’s pretty legit with bunch of ground chicken. If you hate the flavor of cauliflower I can assure you won’t notice it here.⠀ ⠀ Now I’m debating on making my own using coconut aminos since I have a bottle but will have no issues picking up another bag the next time I visit Costco for those days when I have a craving.🤷‍♂️ ⠀ ⠀ Have you tried it before? Hola mi gente! Long time no instagram.⠀ ⠀ I am going to be experimenting with adding flavors to the snake juice I’m drinking to change things up. ⠀ ⠀ Today I mixed half a lemon and lime into the 2L snake juice and it not good 🤨.
