#WholisticHealth . . . Time for more homemade natural deodorant! You can use a regular deodorant dispenser, plastic stick, or your fingers to apply. Stay fresh, my good people 🤗 . . You'll need: 1/2 cup arrowroot powder 1/2 cup baking soda 5-7 tbs unrefined coconut oil 20-30 drops essential oil (my smell of choice was tropical passion fruit) . . 1)Mix arrowroot & baking soda together. 2) Add coconut oil & essential oil. Mix until whipped. 3) Store in air-tight container. *If properly stored, deodorant will last 2-4 months* . #WholisticWednesday . . . We've seen a billion posts about sea moss gel, right? COVID hit & then *BOOM* everyone has sea moss for sale. But here's the kicker.......... majority of that stuff is fake & most doesn't contain the other ingredient (bladderwrack or burdock root) in order for the gel to be fully effective. So how do you make it??? 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽🙂👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽 **Please keep in mind that sea moss is most effective with a clean lifestyle.** . . . What you'll need: •Irish sea moss flakes •Spring Water •Cast Iron or Sterling Silver pot •Blender . . Preparation: 1) Bring 4 cups of spring water to boil. 2) Once at full boil, remove from heat. 3) Sprinkle 2 tbsp of bladderwrack and/or burdock root to water. 4) Allow water to cool before transferring to blender. 5) Transfer 2 cups of boiled spring water mixture to blender. 6) Add 1/4 cup of Irish sea moss flakes to blender. 7). Blend to form gel consistency. 8) Transfer to mason jar, seal lid on tightly, & refrigerate overnight before use. 9) Repeat process to form gel with the remaining 2 cups of spring water. Gel has refrigeration life of 3 weeks, when stored properly between usage. **If jar is warm to touch after blending, allow to cool on counter before placing it inside of your refrigerator.** . .
