This was soooo good. ππ Keto has changed my life and It will change your life.. πΏ8-week meal plan π±Losing 5-10lbs per week while eating your favorite foods every mealβ€οΈ Click website in my profile! π @weightlossketo10 πThe complete easy keto recipes & custom keto meal plan with downloadable shopping list can be found onΒ π @weightlossketo10 1 cup almond flour 2 eggs 1 TBS melted butter 2 TBS sour cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (or more or less depending on your level of sweetness, Iβll do a little taste test and add it by the TBS if I need to, remember you can always add you canβt take out) 1-3 tbs water (use at the end to thin batter if necessary) 4 shots good quality expresso (I actually drove thru Starbucks for it lol) Mix all ingredients together, a hand mixer works best. Put batter into greased loaf tin bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes; time will vary depending on your oven. A toothpick inserted in cake that comes out clean will tell you itβs done. Let cool. Slice loaf in half horizontally Mascarpone cream: 8oz mascarpone cheese 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (add by TBS if you need more sweetness) 2 tsp vanilla extract Tbs cocoa powder to garnish Whip heavy whipping cream with hand mixer until it gets fluffy, add in mascarpone cheese, sweetener, and vanilla extractβmix until incorporated. Assembly: Line clean loaf tin with Saran Wrap to easily lift cake out. Place bottom cake layer in tin and using a spoon drizzle with some expresso (I added too much to the bottom so make sure you donβt) add half of your mascarpone creme mixture. On top of your creme place your top layer of cake, making sure baked side is on the bottom (harder side of cake-bottom, crumbly side-face up) drizzle remaining expresso ontop of the cake, add remaining mascarpone mixture, cover with foil and let chill in the fridge over night or for more than 4 hours the longer it chills in the fridge the better itsets.Before cutting, sift cocoa powder. Remove chicken and set aside on a plate. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until tender. Remove and set aside. To make the sauce add the butter and melt. Add garlic and cook until tender. Whisk in the flour until it thickens. Whisk in chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Add the spinach and let simmer until it starts to thicken and spinach wilts. This super simple and delicious meal has juicy seared chicken thighs with creamy mushrooms with the help of canned soup. Itβs only three ingredients not including salt and pepper. βΊοΈ Chicken (I used bone in and skin on thighs) Cream of mushroom soup Onions Salt, pepper and olive oil Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, sear on both sides in an oven proof pan and set aside. Using the same pan, sautΓ© onions and add the cream of mushroom soup. Once itβs all incorporated, return the chicken to the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. We enjoyed our meal with zucchini sautΓ©d in butter. . . Yallll these cheese wraps are gooood as hell!β£ If you havenβt tried one...wyd?β£ β£ Hereβs how I make my Keto Cheese Wrap πβ£ by @ketochayla β’6 slices of REAL cheese (Can use 4 slices or less) OR you can use shredded cheese and form it into your desired shapeβ£ β’Cooked Baconβ£ β’Sliced Onion β£ β’Sliced Tomatoesβ£ β’Shredded lettuceβ£ β’Twisted black pepper ranchβ£ β’Dijon spicy brown mustard β£ β’Mayo β£ β£ β£ 1οΈβ£Preheat the oven to 400F and lay out parchment paper NOT wax on a pan.β£ β£ 2οΈβ£Lay out the slices of cheese or mold the shredded cheese into your desired shape. β£ β£ 3οΈβ£Bake the cheese for 10 minutes when itβs nice and brown around the edges or more depending on your oven. Let cool for 3 minutes.β£ β£ 4οΈβ£The cheese will be oily! Cheesy Chicken Bacon Casserole π₯ Ingredients π 2 lbs Chicken, seasoned, cooked & cut into small cubes 12 slices of Bacon, cooked & chopped 2 cups Broccoli 1 cup Cauliflower 2 cups Cheese, shredded (we used a Mexican style blend) 1 1/2 tsp Garlic, minced 3/4 cup Ranch dressing Salt & Pepper to taste (we also used spicy seasonings on the chicken) Directions π *Preheat oven to 350 degrees. *Steam broccoli & cauliflower on stovetop until tender. Strain & run under cold water to stop the cooking process. *In a large bowl, combine chicken, half the bacon, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower & half the shredded cheese. *Add the ranch dressing & mix well. *Transfer to a large baking dish & top with remaining cheese & bacon. *Bake for 15 minutes.
