My name is Mica Mackenzie and I am just trying to find myself. I have complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Severe Anxiety and Depression. Antidepressants and benzos are how I have the life I have. I do yoga, smoke a shit ton of weed, follow Buddhist practices, and write to try and release and relax. I used to be the owner of @nooneheardmyscreams. I've survived a lot- sexual abuse, trafficking, child neglect and abuse, armed robbery, miscarriages, suicide attempts. I feel like I have to hide so much of my past and my current struggles, but I'm tired of pretending. It's time for me to have a place where I can just be me and, as always, feel free to use this place to be you.
