One more random dragon. Sorry for the lack of detail  in the stat block, but I'm late for the gym!
The Emerald Harrower of Bloody Marsh
HD 8 HP 48 (old, 6 hp per dice) AC 22 (-2) 3 attacks at +8: claw, claw, bite, for d10, d10, d12 damage. Can tongue instead of bite* Movement x2 human speed on land or flying Special: adhesive breath, frog tongue
40% chance in lair 40% chance asleep Highly intelligent, speaks About the size and weight of an over-fed circus elephant.
A monstrosity designed and employed by an ancient empire, now dead. At it's height, the empire was threatened by wizards who amassed power in strongholds on the fringes of civilization.
Built from the corpse of a dragon, the Harrower is both bloodhound and assassin. It could detect the scent of any wizard, magic item, or the casting of spells, and would then neutralize the offender. It's gullet is lined with emblems of placidity, which make the use of magic impossible in it's confines.
Adhesive breath: as the "web" spell, fills an area with sticky webs, immobilizing everything within it. Range 200ft, recharges on a 1 in 6.
Frog tongue: can attack with this instead of biting. If struck, a man-sized target is wrapped up by the tongue and delivered to the mouth. If the target cannot break free (str check at -5 during his/her turn), the Harrower swallows the victim into it's anti-magic guts.

I found a sweet random dragon thing on this site
http://oldguardgamingaccoutrements.blogspot.com/2009/10/unexpurgated-dragon-generator.html
This is my first roll-up, no dice-fudging. Did fill in a few details, though.
--------------------------------
The Dread Hermit of Cascade Pass HD 5 HP 35 (very old, 7 hp per HD) AC 18 (2) Four attacks (claw, claw, bite, tail*), 1d6, 1d6, 1d8, 2d10, tail must attack a 2nd target, if used Moves at 2x human speed Special: Fire breath, immunity to cold, frostbite Chance in layer: 10% Chance asleep: 5% Spells as a level 5 magic user (usually Charm Person, Detect Magic, Invisibility, Knock, and Suggestion)
Fire breath: 5d6 damage, save for half, 50 ft cone, recharge on 1 in 4. Never uses inside library.
Frostbite: anyone in melee range must save against a bitter cold emanating from the Hermit's body. A failed save means the character takes 1d4 damage suffers frostbite (-2 str and dex until healed).
The Dread Hermit is a hulking brown mass of hair in the shape of a bipedal dragon. His fur is spiked with icicles and frost, and yet a sulfurous plume is released with every breath. His size and weight are that of a black bear.
The lonely Hermit prizes knowledge above all else. He hoards books in a library-like lair, whose entrance is high in the frozen crags of cascade pass. In the dark, bitter halls, he reads by the light of his own sulfurous breath.    To looters, this hoard is as valuable as any: many rare volumes and ancient tomes are kept there.
While non-aggressive by nature, the Hermit will quickly utilize violence if it means protecting books, or liberating them from ignorant or unappreciative owners.
Cascade pass is also home to "Bobcat", an eccentric survivalist determined to uncover the existence of the Dread Hermit. He is covetous of his prize, and will not let anyone make a rug out of the beast before he does.
