okay i’ve finally figured out that doing omad or three super low cal snacks a day is what works best for me!!
i just pair that with energy drink, coke, tea, or juice (all zero cal ofc) a day and it literally works so well!!

starting fast @5pm!! i’m gonna do an 18 hour fast :)
total- 957cals burned- 150cals net- 807cals
(ik it seems big backed but im trying where i eat most of my cals in the morning- lunch and then just fast from then on to see if it helps my mindset)

it’s show week for my school theatre tho so i don’t rlly wanna fast too much bc i can’t risk getting light headed or unfocused :(
