Swim On 10: Blue Planet is LIVE for $1+! A collaborative charity art zine paying tribute to sharks. 134 amazing artists added their talents to this zine with 149 full-colour illustrations. Opt yourself out of AI scraping.

Like many sites, Tumblr is opting us in to AI scraping instead of opting us out by default, and packaging it like a kindness. We're not calories to consume. You can opt yourself out in blog settings (per blog you use).

*firmly grabbing all beginner artists by the shoulders* you have to embrace inconsistency. inconsistency is good because it means you are learning. if you focus too hard on making all your art look the same you are really just holding yourself back and forcing yourself to make the same mistakes rather than develop and grow. style and consistency can come later on when your grasp on the fundamentals is stronger. now take this juice box and get out there and make some art.

*sigh* Reminding all of you once again...

AI art is stolen art.

If you're pro-AI art, you're harming human artists. Full stop.

At this point, I don't care if it's "real art" or not because that's not even what the real issue is, it's that it's already hard enough to succeed as an artist without having our work stolen, thrown into a digital blender, and spat back out in our faces, so we can be replaced because the value of our creativity and skill has been reduced to "content" and dollar signs. Do we mean nothing to you? Is your convenience worth telling us we don't matter?

These programs and everyone who uses them no matter how many times we've told you this can get fucked. I'm done being nice about it.

A commission for my dungeon master of his character female Genasi named Aveline and her raven familiar named Mischief!  This NPC rescued our party from a bandit hideout before delivering a strange package to one of our members. Such a neat character to figure out!

My mom passed away tonight. She held on till she had her whole family around her and heard all our voices. We all told her it was ok, and that we were with her. She's finally pain-free and at peace.

Commission: Aveline and Mischief

A commission for my dungeon master of his character female Genasi named Aveline and her raven familiar named Mischief!  This NPC rescued our party from a bandit hideout before delivering a strange package to one of our members. Such a neat character to figure out!

A design art trade finished for WrigglingWyvern! They liked all sorts of things like goblins, kobolds, short characters, feathers, and viking aesthetics so I combined a bunch of their likes into a little character!

Another commission for pioneer_mephit pioneer-mephitis! They actually commissioned me to draw my own character along with theirs. Haven't drawn my gryphon in such a long time, it was fun if a bit of a challenge!
