Can you imagine if Regulus did become a ghost (adding Sirius too) so then you have all these ghost and then baby Regulus, eighteen year old Regulus compared to the others who actually made it to their twenties and thirties. Like now is the only time Regulus felt freeing enough to be a child properly and laugh properly, and Barty would feel more mature with age to look at Regulus and note he's just a boy and he should've never been as serious as he was
