Little vent from a Jegulus shipper (+love letter to Lily Evans)

I will never understand people who hate against Jegulus. First off all you guys don't have to ship it like no one is forcing this on you you decide what media you wanna consume. Second of all I don't get ppl saying that we hate Lily or woman in general GUYS Lily can very well exist on her own without James. In my opinion I like them both even more sepreated then together. I strongly dislike the fact that Lily a woman who was against going out with james for literal YEARS suddenly likes him because of some sort of fate? Because their patronus belong together or some shit? And even if that's the case she does not have to date a man she didn't even LIKE. Or saying it is because she is such a good person? So forgiving? I want my girl doing her own shit I hate her beeing reduced to James wife and Harry's mom and that's her whole character give her her own goals and personality please😭🤌 I like her so much more on her own cus she doesn't make sense to me with James like there is no reason for her to suddenly like him in my opinion.

I also don't think it sends a good message to say 'yeah well James wore her down for years and then she finally said yes when he eventually stopped' like xc my man James needs to learn a lesson there too.

Saw something like this on tiktok the other day and can we make a tinder but for ppl in the maurauders fandom? I feel like that would solve all my dating issues, like I don't care about what you work but wich marauder do you kin? What is your favorite ship? Your favourite moment in canon? Are we looking for a Wolfstar Jegulus or Jily kind of relationship?

Trans Regulus in the canon storyline but he actually stayed at that house because when Sirius left that was his chance, his one chance that his parents would acknowledge that he is a man, because they needed an heir. And that's all he ever wanted, he craved his parents approval so much that he stayed just so they would see him. Of course they never actually truly did and of course he realised his mistake, only that is was too late by then.

I like to think that Sirius saw Peter as second chance for him to be a good older brother. To redeem himself for what he felt he did wrong with Regulus. Only to ultimately be betrayed by him and loose him to the death eaters aswell.

Little did he know he actally never failed Regulus in the first place.

*Regulus sitting in the car on the way home silently sobbing*

"you okay love?" James asks putting a hand on his boyfriends knee.

Regulus sniffs then says:

"He needs a friend Jamie." with a determined look hugging the fluffy stag closer to his chest.

"How do you mean love?" James asks.

Regulus gives him a stern look.

"Turn around and call Sirius right now."

So they turn around and call Sirius who brings Remus with him to the shop.

Sirius can't even contain his joy as he picks out a grey Wolf plush and puts the hearts in with Remus. (he also gets him so put in a message)

Just as Remus and James make to leave the shop the brothers stop them.

"They need more friends." they say in union and so they go back to the surprisingly not yet annoyed employee "you wouldn't believe how often this happens." to get two more plushies.

A black dog for Remus and a fuzzy black cat for James.

Afterwards they sit together on the sofa in James and Regulus flat while they eat some takeout and watch how to train your dragon all with their respective plush cuddling their partners.

I’m gonna fucking tear my hair out I just thought of James taking Regulus to build a bear because his parents used to take him as a kid and he wants regulus to experience it for the first time and feel the magic and at first regulus thinks it’s so fucking childish but then he gets to hug the bear and he hugs it so tight and he does the little heart thing and he lets James put a heart in too and he makes it smell like strawberries then he goes around the store picking out adorable outfits and James is just softly smiling at him as regulus silently goes around the store healing his inner child

One of the most wolfstar things that is actually in the books/movies is literally the fact that Sirius animagus (and by that his patronus aswell) is a Dog. Like we know for a fact James and Lilys Doe and Stag are suppost to represent how they are perfect for each other. Sirius turning into a Dog to be with his Werwolf Boyfriend is literally just the same thing in a different font.
