Getting Healthy
Right now is the best time if any to get my body and self right. My health journey begins tomorrow. I'll try to post food and exercises here. As well as body checks and dairy entries. I really hope I can follow through and at least stay on this upcoming routine for a month. Wish me luck!

Wow I’m always trying to lose 30lbs. I wish I could keep what I lose off.
Since summer is around the corner (like two days for me) I’m gonna start posting a lot more on @musclemilkncookies. My goal for the summer is to lose 30lbs and I’ll be posting my journey on there.

7-24-17 check in
Well today in summer weights we tested on hang clean and I was only able to get 75lbs. I was shooting for 85 so then I could test 95 but I just couldn’t get under 85. After weights I came home and slept and I don’t know what came over me but I binged the entire day. I clock in today at 160lbs. I’m supossed to hit 120lbs by October but I’m not sure how I’m gonna get there. If anyone has advice don’t be afraid to message me. Also if anyone knows how to increase lifting weight please give me your advice

So this is what I ate today. I haven't eaten the dilly bar yet and your probably wondering why someone would eat 9 donuts but when you're living with an eating disorder it's kinda how life goes but I got rid of those and a little of the basket so I've actually only taken 1000 maybe less calories today so I think that's okay. Plus I went to weights today and did two workouts because I missed a day so I sweated a lot. I weighed myself earlier and I was 160. I'm gonna do it again tonight and probably post it on here. I really wanna start using this more. I think it's good for me to tell someone even if it's just my phone and no one will see my post, my ups and downs to get to where I wanna be.
