#transformation It’s always so encouraging to see where you were, and how far you’ve come knowing I’m still not done yet 💪🏼 This journey has been amazing, and I can’t believe it took me this long to start! I’ve hit my weight loss all time goal (180lbs) my long term pant size goal (woman’s size 10), and have kept it off while I rewarded myself during the holidays for the first time with a little keto sweets 😊 My goal for this year is to gain some muscle, and continue to stay healthy at whatever weight that allows. 💪🏼 I truly feel happy with myself ❤️ Self love has been more worth than anything else! .

April 2019 - 196lbs (89kg). A year ago. I remember doing monthly weigh ins and sometimes not seeing the results I wanted. There were many setbacks along the way as well.
