For the ladies asking what I do for LISS, I walk on the treadmill. I watch TV shows while I walk to keep me entertained. I set my treadmill on around 6.4 (which is 4.0 on some treadmills in other places) which is a FAST paced walk. I remember one time when I was in America, I set my treadmill to 6.4 not realising that it was MPH!! … I was basically running! …. I’ve learnt my lesson! 😂😂 www.kaylaitsines.com/app #bbg
