As much as I love twst ships I kinda think NRC boys are defective with romantic love. Hear me out now, most are emotionally repressed that it might as well be constipation where no amount of therapy laxatives will help. Or just mentally unstable in general which is pretty damaging for a relationship. The other percent would be the ones who have too much going on where they need to only focus on themselves for now and not another person, too much on their plate and building stress. The smaller percentage is just ones who aren't exactly built for it at all or ever, like they're just a small leaf slowly moving and swaying down a river till the end(the end being some type of self discovery or growth). In most cases though, NRC boys may be good looking us, but most of their personalities would be a no-go to normal irl people

I don't think the NRC boys need real therapy, soley because even now they walk around like they're hot shit. As soon as they become more mentally stable and fight off their mental illnesses they'll reach the ultimate douche form. Nothing will stop them because 90% of them are geniuses, they all can fight whether with magic or with fists, they're all mostly guaranteed a successful life somehow, and they aren't bad looking. So as soon as their trauma or mental unstability isn't holding them back anymore it's game over for the general public and their enemies
