Dividers belong to @uzmacchiato :D
The tension within the car didn’t bother you anymore. At this point you were more intrigued with the silent standoff between your sister and parents. Sure, the prank has been a bit… deadly, but what had they expected? Those idiots made the choice to pick on your brother and everyone knew that torture was an Addams exclusive.
As Wednesday continued to ignore your parents you couldn’t help the small sigh that escaped you. You were holding your precious coffin bag in your lap, fiddling with the various key chains and charms that decorated it. The leather was worn but well taken care of. It had been a gift from your family, a charmed bag that held all of your most precious items. Even now, you didn’t do well when it was out of your sight.
“And how long are you intending to ignore us for? Morticia’s voice attempted to break the silence again.
It felt like it had been the millionth time the question was asked.
“Tell our parents,” Wednesday said as she locked eyes with you,”That I refuse to speak with them until they stop this nonsense.”
You shrugged as you glanced between the two immovable forces within the car. This was going to be an extremely long trip.
Nevermore was exactly how you pictured it. Your parents had spent most of the ride over trying to convince Wednesday that the school was an opportunity and not a punishment. She still wasn’t convinced. You, on the other hand, held a bit of excitement at the prospect.
Not that you would tell Wednesday. You knew how she’d react to that information. It was a bad idea and not the kinds you typically enjoyed. You and your sister had similar personalities on the surface but recently you had started to show more emotion.
As your family exited the car, you did your best to pay attention to the principal, you truly did, but the whole school felt… different. It was as if something was watching you. It wasn’t a hostile viewer but almost as if it was waiting. Waiting for you.
A shiver of excitement rolled through you at the thought.
The meeting passed by quickly, Wednesday’s therapy was discussed and then the first issue occurred.
“Would you mind repeating that?” Wednesday’s voice caught you off guard. She sounded… off. It wasn’t nervous, just unsettled in a way you didn’t expect.
Principal Weems looked between you and your sister as she repeated herself,”You two will not be rooming together. As I discussed with your parents previously, it would benefit you both to have the opportunity to… branch out and explore yourselves.”
Your parents shifted a bit in their seats as you took in the news. You blinked, unsure of what to say. You had spent your entire life within stabbing distance to your sister, to be separated now brought uncomfortable feelings to light.
“Usually I’m all for torture but this feels…” You paused,”A bit extreme.”
“Indeed. I understand this is a punishment,” Wednesday spoke, glancing at you before locking eyes with the principal,”But separating us won’t prevent our escape if that is your concern.”
“You two won’t be leaving Wednesday,” your mother spoke in a gentle tone,”I believe that it may be time for you and your sister to have some experiences without each other.”
“But Mama,” you started,”We’ve done everything together. I don’t—“
“She’d be lost without me, Mother.” Wednesday cut you off with a nod as you two locked eyes.
You could read each other with a single gaze. Your sister didn’t want to be separated. She’d never breathe the words out loud but you were a comfort, a dreadful addition to her life that she’d kill to keep. Wednesday was a grounding presence, the one who offered silent support when your magic grew uncontrollable, who never believed you’d hurt her. The two of you had never been apart and neither wanted to start now.
Your father clapped his hands together, a strange cheeriness in his tone as he spoke,”Girls! This will be good for you! It brings a tear to my eye to think about but I’m sure you’ll learn to live without being tied to each other.”
“It’s a good thing we packed rope.” You mumbled under your breath as the adults continued to talk, ignoring the way you and Wednesday kept glancing at each other.
The school wouldn’t keep you two from staying together. Even if the principal seemed to believe it’d be a good idea.
The first stop was your room. It was nestled in a corner of Ophelia Hall as if someone tried to forget its existence. At least you and Wednesday were in the same dorm.
It was a single soul dorm, designed for one person instead of the standard two. The room was barren, a bed, desk and window all pushed into the small space. It was dreary in the way that made your bones feel like lead when you entered. It was cozy.
You could see your new uniform spread out on the bed along with a few trunks. It seemed that Lurch had already brought your items. There was an awkward moment as you stood in the room where you suddenly felt unsure.
You could hear your family talking with Weems but something felt wrong. The same sensation from earlier came back and you swallowed thickly. Whatever was watching you seemed excited about your placement.
You turned back to face your parents, watching their expressions carefully. Your mother seemed hopeful while your father was excited. Surely if your room was like this then Wednesday’s would also suit her tastes.
“After we finish with paperwork we will all meet up again at the gate. Until then, please put on your uniform and wait here. Once Wednesday has met with her roommate, they’ll come downstairs to collect you for the tour.” Weems explained to you as she led your family away.
Later. Wednesday’s gaze told you, We will plot once they leave.
You simply nodded in response before shutting the door as they disappeared up a staircase. You glanced at the uniform on the bed, the deep blue and black stripes seemed foreign compared to your all black wardrobe. You shook your head slightly before quickly changing, setting your coffin on the bed as you did.
The uniform fit like a glove. An unsettlingly soft one, but perfectly tailored to you nevertheless. You didn’t have the same allergy as your sister so you were going to be stuck with the standard uniform. You folded your traveling attire before sitting down on the bed. The squeak of the mattress sounded invasive to the quiet.
And then you heard it, softly at first. It was a voice, calling out to you.
You stood, looking around, hauntings didn’t happen this quickly did they?
No, usually one had to anger a spirit. You remember when Wednesday had tried to force a haunting. A fun and educational experience.
The voice grew louder as you stepped towards one of the cobblestone walls of your room. The stones felt cool against your skin before it started to fall away. The stones seemed to fold into each other, creating a small doorway that led into a dark staircase.
Interesting.
You hesitated for a moment before walking back to your bed and grabbing your coffin bag. You opened it, pulling out a small piece of paper and a pen. You quickly scribbled a note for your family and left it on the desk before taking a deep breath.
You slipped your bag over your shoulder and adjusted it until it was secure. Then you stepped into the dark, holding your hand up as a flame bloomed on your palm. After you had cleared the door, the stones moved back into place, preventing you from stepping back now.
Well, it was more fun this way anyways. At least you’d have something interesting to tell to Wednesday when you saw her later.
With that thought in mind, you began to descend towards the voice that continued to call out for you.
You weren’t sure how long you descended for. It was like time warped the longer you stayed in the damp stairway. The only consistent thing was the voice beginning to grow louder. It reverberated around your skull, a strange sensation that didn’t deter you. It seemed to pull you down further until you reached a cellar.
The room was large from what you could see, the only light coming from your small flame. You didn’t want to burn down the school (yet) so you decided to keep your flame close to you as you walked further into the cellar. Then it was silent. No more voice. Nothing.
Before you stood a coffin. The inside seemed to be padded with a layer of deep blue velvet while the outside was a gorgeous dark wood. You admired the craftsmanship of the box before reaching out a hand to touch it.
It was warm. Inviting even.
It seemed like it’d fit you perfectly. All you’d need to do is step inside…
It wouldn’t be the first time you stepped into a coffin. You did have the phase where you refused to sleep anywhere besides inside one. It just never felt this welcoming.
You glanced back at the staircase and then at the coffin. Either go back upstairs and be forced to deal with the school or hide within something familiar for a few hours.
“Sorry Wednesday. Consider it payback for forcing me to talk to our parents without your support on the drive here.”
You stepped into the coffin, adjusting your bag to fit comfortably as you crossed your hands over your chest. You closed your eyes as the door on the box suddenly shut. Then everything went dark.
When your eyes opened you realized that something was different. You still seemed to be in the coffin but it was unsteady, like it was floating. Was this some sort of hazing ritual at Nevermore?
If so, you pitied the soul who ended up trying this with your sister. At least you could be forgiving.
You shifted, realizing that there was an extra layer of fabric on your body, covering your bag and uniform. Strange. It seemed to be robes of some kind but you couldn’t gather more than that. You reached up and pushed against the coffin lid.
Fastened tight.
Unfortunate. It was such a dreadful creation but if they thought it would hold you…
Just as you were about to cast a spell, you heard a commotion next to you. Someone was opening something next to your coffin, quite forcefully it seemed.
You heard something vaguely about the great Grim along with a confused voice asking questions. It seemed like a teenager was conversing with a child?
More importantly, you wouldn’t have to break the coffin if they opened it for you.
You cleared your throat and knocked a couple times on the door, waiting for a moment as the room became silent.
“Would you please open this? I’d hate to destroy such an excellent napping space.”
“Oh! Uhm, sure?”
There was a slight groaning sound from the wood as the door was pried open, the sudden light forcing you to blink as your eyes adjusted. You found yourself face to face with a teenager. He was tall with unkempt hair. He was holding a duffle bag, weapon, and appeared to be wearing robes as well. He seemed almost embarrassed as you stepped out of the coffin.
You would have fallen if he hadn’t quickly caught you. It seemed that the coffin was floating. Huh.
You looked around the room, noting the various other coffins as the teen set you down. The others seemed sealed shut. Did each one contain a person? He was apologizing but you didn’t pay much mind as you saw what appeared to be a flaming cat.
“Is that yours?” You asked, pointing at the creature.
“Huh? Oh, no! It kind of just tried to steal my clothes.” He explained, rubbing the back of his neck with his free hand.
“I don’t belong to anyone!” The creature yelled as he stopped one of his feet,”I am the Great Grim! Sorcerer extraordinaire! Now bow down before I— what?! Hey! Don’t—“
The creature’s speech was quickly interrupted by you walking over and picking him up by the scruff of his neck. As he struggled in your hold, you looked over his form with scientific precision. It wasn’t like any beast you were familiar with.
“H-hey! Maybe you should put it down? What if it bites you?”
“I’ll simply bite back.”
Both the teenager and cat stared at you with wide eyes. Then you set the creature down, crossing your arms with a small hum.
“Is this some sort of Nevermore tradition that my parents failed to mention?”
“Nevermore? Is that where we are?” The teen asked.
“No! What’s Nevermore?” The cat glanced between you two,”How can you two not know where we are?”
A strange feeling washed over you. A prank this elaborate would cost far more than Nevermore had with its small student population. If this wasn’t a prank…
“Where are we?” The teenager’s voice was soft, his expression had changed to one of fear.
“Night Raven College! It seems that you two freshmen were far too eager to make your debut,” A voice spoke behind you, causing you two to face it.
There was a tall man dressed in raven regalia, a mask concealing most of his face. Two bright yellow eyes narrowed as he focused on you. His entire demeanor shifted from anger to curiosity in a matter of seconds.
“How strange… The mirror chooses a young lady to come. That is a first.” He mumbled to himself before clapping and raising his tone back to what it was,”Ah! You two are late but I’ll give you a pass just this once. Oh how gracious I am!”
You crossed your arms before sighing,”I don’t have anything better to do. Besides, this could be fun.” You sent a small smile to your companion up until this point before starting to follow the masked man.
“Oh! Just one more thing.” The man stopped suddenly and turned to glare at the cat,”Who’s familiar is this?”
“Familar?!” The creature growled,”As if! Say that again and I’ll—“
You blinked as it was suddenly restrained by magic. The cat struggled and let out a series of angry muffled sounds before glaring at the man.
“I don’t think he belongs to anyone…” The teen mumbled before following as your small group finally left.
You walked out into what appeared to be a highly maintained courtyard. It was dark outside, stars glittering brightly over the massive castle that surrounded you. A castle very much unlike Nevermore.
“So… Night Raven College…” The teen started,”That’s where we are but who are you?”
“Hm… It seems the teleportation must have messed with your memories. Allow me to explain! I am Dire Crowley Headmage to our fine institution! Night Raven College is a school for everyone across the world who exhibits talents for magic! It’s an honor to be accepted into the—“ Crowley was interrupted by the teen making a strange squeak of shock. He glanced at him before shaking his head and continuing,”In order to reach the institution a dark carriage comes to collect you. Each carriage is equipped with a gate—“
“The coffins?” You asked.
“Yes, the coffins. I’m sure you two remember the carriage in some form but that is unimportant right now. You two are extremely late and although I’ve given you a temporary pass, it is a terribly bad look for your future housewarden.” Crowley led the three of you towards a chamber with large, intricately designed double doors. He placed his hands upon them before glancing back at the two of you,”Now, it’s time for your orientation!”
He pushed open the doors with a dramatic flourish, one that reminded you of your father, to reveal a large chamber filled with students wearing the same robes as you.
“Maybe he had a tummy ache?” The question was heard as the doors opened.
“I most certainly did not!” Crowley retorted quickly, a huff escaping him. He seemed offended by the insinuation.
“Ah speak of the devil,” A boy spoke from across the room. His bright red hair caught your attention but he seemed extremely displeased at the events.
“If you must know,” Crowley stepped to the side and gestured to you and your companion,”I had to find our two late freshmen.”
All eyes turned on you two and you felt the teen beside you stiffen immediately. You were used to stares. It happened everywhere you decided to go but what you weren’t used to was the protective way the teen moved in front of you.
You gave him a small smile and lightly patted his back,”I can take care of myself. Don’t worry.” Then you stepped around him to follow the Headmage to the center of the room.
There was a large ornate mirror facing you. Within the glass, a masked face came into view, surrounded by what seemed to be green flames. It was a different kind of mirror than you were used to but not one you hadn’t seen before. You wondered whose soul had been trapped to create it.
“Now step up to the mirror and state your name!” Crowley stood to the side, still grasping the creature in whatever spell he had cast,”I’ll just hold this… thing for you.”
You glanced at the teen next to you and he gave you an awkward smile. He gestured for you to go first with a small mumble of “ladies first”.
You approached the mirror and said your name.
“The nature of your soul is unique. It holds potential not of this world yet you lack the ability to understand it. It would be easy to put you in Diasomnia however…” The mirror paused for a moment, almost like it was trying to decide what to say next. It made a small nodding movement before it continued,”There is an emptiness that hides within you, one that prevents placement into any dorm. A mage not of this world cannot be chained by its laws.”
You crossed your arms, thinking for a moment before looking over at the Headmage,”Being honest I’m more surprised at the fact that I have a soul rather than the ‘not of this world’ part.”
Crowley was staring at you, his jaw slightly ajar before he laughed. The sound was forced as he gestured for you to walk over,”We shall discuss this after your friend goes!”
“He’s not my friend. I barely know him actually.” You said as you moved to stand next to Crowley.
The teenager walked up to the mirror.
“I’m Enma Yuuken.”
The mirror was silent for a moment before it started to speak,”The nature of your soul is… unclear to me.”
Crowley sighed and put a hand against his forehead,”What do you mean?” He suddenly sounded very drained.
“There is no magical power within him therefore no dorm would be appropriate.”
Yuuken looked towards you and the Headmage for direction. He seemed nervous, opening his mouth to speak before he was abruptly cut off by the creature breaking free from Crowley.
“I’ve got magic! Lemme have his spot!” The creature yelled, scrambling up to the mirror,”I’ll show you what I can do!”
The red haired boy from earlier barely had time to warn everyone before chaos and flames erupted throughout the hall. You stood there watching as one student was set on fire, the red haired boy from before attempted to catch the cat with aid from another student, and the supposed Headmage did nothing to fix the situation.
You usually enjoyed chaos but this was…
“Pathetic.” You mumbled with a sigh.
You would have done so much better.

Bad Apple
An unfortunate turn of events leads to you and your sister being forcefully shuttled off to Nevermore. Shortly after arriving, a voice calls you to investigate a strange coffin. You being you decided to step inside unaware of what was going to happen next. When you woke up you found yourself in a different world entirely, separated from your family and everything you’ve known it was now on you to get back. This would be easy. After all, an Addams was never afraid.

Knights and Dragons
Sebek Zigvolt x Fem! Draconia Reader
Reader is Malleus’ little sister! She decides that she wants to visit her big brother :3 this will probably end up being a multi-part fic!
AN: AAAAAAAA first time ever writing twisted wonderland fanfic im super nervous please be kind! let me know what you think!! im sorry if anything is ooc ive had this idea for a bit
𓈒⠀𓂃⠀⠀˖⠀𓇬⠀˖⠀⠀𓂃⠀𓈒𓈒⠀𓂃⠀⠀˖⠀𓇬⠀˖⠀⠀𓂃⠀𓈒𓈒⠀𓂃⠀⠀˖⠀𓇬
Malleus hadn’t expected to receive a letter from you. His precious younger sister, the one who was supposed to be under strict supervision due to the fact that you hadn’t learned to control your magic, the one who was supposed to be too busy for communication. The letter wasn’t anything fancy, sealed and delivered with the stamp he had bought you years ago. The familiar handwriting had caught him off guard at first but a warmth spread through his chest as he read.
You wanted to visit him.
You said that your studies had been going well and that your control was far better than it had been when he left. You still had small outbursts but it was fine! He hummed as he considered responding. Something told him that you already had made up your mind however it would be rude to not respond.
So, with all the grace he was born with, Malleus wrote a letter in response. He would be more than happy to house you in his dorm for as long as you wanted to visit. He didn’t think to confirm this with Lilia or the Headmage as he was sure they wouldn’t have a problem with it. Malleus was welcomed with open arms here at the school so it wasn’t too far of a stretch to assume you would be as well!
He sealed the letter with his own custom stamp (the one you had gifted him when he left for NRC) and watched as the wax dried. With a flick of his wrist the letter vanished in a splash of green magic. Unfortunately, the dragon prince hadn’t considered the chaos of inviting his sister to stay at the school without an end date.
𓈒⠀𓂃⠀⠀˖⠀𓇬⠀˖⠀⠀𓂃⠀𓈒𓈒⠀𓂃⠀⠀˖⠀𓇬⠀˖⠀⠀𓂃⠀𓈒𓈒⠀𓂃⠀⠀˖⠀𓇬⠀
There you were, sitting in the Headmage’s office, practically vibrating with excitement. You had commissioned a custom uniform, packed, gotten approval from your grandmother (which wasn’t easy) and now was the final moment of truth. However, the Headmage didn’t seem as excited as you.
In fact, he seemed quite distressed as he read over the letter you had received from your brother around a month ago.
He let out a sigh and you shifted in confusion. Was there a reason why he didn’t accept your presence here immediately? Surely your brother had addressed the matter with him.
“Is there a problem with my admission?” Your voice was calm, elegant, as dignified as a princess should be.
And yet, underneath the poise you felt an uncertainty starting to knot in your stomach.
This would be your first time interacting with humans. You had assumed your brother would be here to guide you, to show you how much he had learned about their customs during his stay, and introduce you to his new friends. Lilia had mentioned that Malleus had befriended another prince and started his own club.
The Headmage sighed again and set the paper down on his desk. He blinked, staring at you with his glowing eyes before he seemed to decide on something. Instantly his being lit up.
“Yes! That would be perfect! How could someone as benevolent as me turn away such an eager young pupil?”
He suddenly rose from his desk with a smile, quickly rounding it and taking your hands. The shift startled you but you managed to keep a smile on your face. You weren’t quite sure what he was talking about with his benevolence but you didn’t want to interrupt.
“So I’m all set?”
“Yes, of course! My dear all your luggage will be delivered to Diasomnia and we will enroll you in first year classes immediately! To think that the first female student would be the princess of Briar Valley! What a wonderful Headmage I am!”
The Headmage walked out of his office with you following him as he led you towards the mirror in the center of the room. He gestured for you to walk up to it.
“Ah, it’s just a formality, I believe we both know—“
As you stepped up to the mirror a mask formed in its reflection. It barely glanced at you before announcing the same thing it had said to your brother years ago.
“The nature of your soul belongs in Diasomnia!”
The rushed ceremony didn’t take away from the stars in your eyes as you happily followed the Headmage around campus. You barely heard the explanation of each building and place, more focused on watching the students as they went about their day. It seemed they were watching you too, heads whipping in your direction each time you passed.
You were used to having eyes on you but it felt strange knowing most of them were human this time around. The stares from your people felt different. Less curious and more admiring of your status as a royal.
But it was fine, your focus was on seeing your family.
Finally, the Headmage led you into a hall of mirrors and through the one that would be your new home. The castle felt strangely familiar as you gazed at the grey walls, no wonder Malleus hadn’t come home in the winter. The two of you entered the lounge and you took a moment to observe your surroundings before you saw a familiar figure.
“Lilia!”
The fae didn’t have much time to react before you practically tackled him into a hug. It had been forever since you’d seen him and you missed him just as much as you had missed your brother. He seemed shocked to see you before a delighted laugh left him.
“My little dragon!” His eyes were bright as he hugged you in return, using your momentum to spin you in his arms,”You’re just as cute as I remember!”
The two of you took a moment to calm down, Lilia lightly patting your head as you quickly started to explain how you were starting school here. He only blinked in response, glancing at the Headmage for confirmation before a sly smile started to form on his face.
“Oh really? I can’t believe Malleus forgot to mention this. Sebek is sure to be pleased by this.”
“Mal didn’t tell you?”
You felt yourself deflate a little at his words before a new wave of excitement flooded you. You had completely forgotten that Sebek would be here as well! You had been so focused on seeing Malleus and Lilia that you had neglected to consider Sebek or Silver.
Before you could respond, you felt the air in the room change. You recognized it immediately, the oppressive nature of your brother’s presence. You turned towards the door, watching as he walked in, lost in thought while his retainers trailed behind him.
Malleus was the first to notice you, or more likely, your magic. Potent. Powerful. Similar to his in a way that meant it had to be you. His eyes widened slightly before a small smile formed on his face. In a few quick steps he stood in front of you, reaching out to pull you into a hug.
You didn’t need to speak. He knew how much you missed him. He missed you just as much. It had been the two of you since your birth, rarely ever separated until you both had to focus on your studies. When he pulled away it was like a burden had been lifted from him. Things felt right.
“My liege! Why are you touching this person so—“
Sebek’s voice stuttered out when he finally was able to see you. He blinked. He opened his mouth to say something but then closed it. It was like he had turned to stone, eyes fixated on you.
Silver stood next to Lilia, offering you a gentle smile. You had always liked Silver. You had the chance to meet him growing up when you and Malleus would visit Lilia and he had always been kind. He bowed slightly before speaking.
“It’s nice to see you again, princess. What brings you to NRC?”
“I enrolled here!”
At your words, Sebek stiffened before he was looking wildly between Malleus, Lilia and the Headmage.
“W-what?! But, your highness, you can’t attend Night Raven College!”
You furrowed your brows and crossed your arms, glancing at Malleus for backup. He was looking between the two of you with an amused glint in his eyes.
“Mal invited me to! And I’ve already enrolled!”
“My sister is welcome wherever I am, Sebek.”
The green haired teen seemed to deflate under both of your responses, his shoulders slumping as he mumbled something about there being too many boys here. He kept glancing at you before looking away. His ears had turned pink.
The Headmage clapped once to get everyone’s attention before explaining that you’d be joining the first year classes starting tomorrow. He also mentioned that you’d be rooming alone and may need to take extra classes to catch up in the school year since you’d be starting late. After going over a few of the general rules, he left in a shower of sparkles much like your brother did.
After his departure, you spent the rest of the evening with your brother, Lilia, Silver and Sebek, though the latter was surprisingly quiet. The conversation flowed easily with Malleus talking about the beautiful gargoyles he had found on campus and the ruins that had caught his eye. Lilia excitedly talked about the pop music club and how you had to show up for a jam session while Silver mentioned something about the equestrian club before he started to nod off. It was pleasant.
For the first time in a long time, you didn’t feel alone.
When your magic had begun to grow, it had been difficult to contain. Malleus had managed to reign in his magic but you struggled with it. It ate at you. How easily your brother kept his strength contained while you were considered a danger. Both of you were dangerous but he was more akin to a sharp dagger while you were a blaze. Both destructive yet one easier to manage than the other.
It had been too long since you had seen him. Seen everyone for that matter, Silver had changed so much. He wasn’t tiny anymore, he seemed more refined and yet still the sleepy child who brought you flowers. You watched as he leaned against Lilia as he dozed, a peaceful expression on his face.
Now that you were looking at him, Sebek was different as well. He was taller than you remembered, less soft, more muscular. He was pouring tea for the four of you and kept avoiding your gaze. You didn’t understand why. He was your friend when you both were young and now it felt like he was anxious in your presence.
You were brought out of your thoughts by a gentle hand on your head. You blinked, looking up at your brother in confusion before you realized that the nearby fireplace had started to grow beyond its containment. You offered an embarrassed smile and quickly took a deep breath to calm down, watching as the fire crawled back into the comfortable blaze. He gave you a smile and a comforting nod. He knew you were doing your best. He understood.
“I think it’s time for you to rest,” Malleus said as he stood up,” I’m sure today was far beyond what you expected.”
You nodded, rubbing your eyes as you followed him, offering a wave towards the group as he led you up a set of stairs.
𓈒⠀𓂃⠀⠀˖⠀𓇬⠀˖⠀⠀𓂃⠀𓈒𓈒⠀𓂃⠀⠀˖⠀𓇬⠀˖⠀⠀𓂃⠀𓈒𓈒⠀𓂃⠀⠀˖⠀𓇬⠀
Once the two Draconias had vanished from sight, Lilia locked onto Sebek with a sly smile. The teen had finally relaxed, his gaze looking like he had been through a battle and not a casual conversation.
“Ah, I see your affections for the princess still plague you.”
Sebek shot up, knocking into the table as he did so. The sound of the tea set rattling woke Silver and he stared at him confusedly as he refocused from his nap.
“Lilia! Do not say such things!”
“What did father say…?”
“Oh I was just pointing out Sebek’s crush on the younger Draconia! I remember when you both were younger and—“
“Enough!” Sebek demanded, his face a bright shade of red. Embarrassment radiated off him in waves and he quickly turned to flee from Lilia. The elder fae’s laughter seemed to follow him as he left the lounge.

Ranking the TDB Boys' Ability to be a Housewife PT 2
part two!!! continuing my ranking for the boys! let me know what you think!! enjoy!!!
part one
Jabberwock, Sinostra, & Hotarubi below the cut!
Jabberwock
Haru Sagara:
Haru as a housewife would be both chaotic and sweet! you better bet that you’ll basically be living on a farm. your dear husband has a habit of picking up animals in need (both normal and anomalous) so you two have quite a few children. he refers to you as ‘mommy’ or ‘mama’ when taking care of the animals so even before you two have a child you’re a parent. despite having so many critters, your home would never know it. Haru is excellent in keeping the place clean but he will be asking for your help when dinnertime is approaching! theres so many mouths to feed and lord knows he can’t do it on his own. Though he may be busy, he tends to leave out small notes of affection for you (small post its on the fridge, mirror or by the front door). he would make the best father if you two decided to have kids! When they’re young he carries them EVERYWHERE (just like how he did with peekaboo!) and teaches them from a young age to love and respect all creatures. the only drawback would be when your kiddo befriends a particular clingy creature and suddenly you have two live in children! i give Haru an 7/10 just because it would be extremely hard to have a peaceful moment with him!
Towa Otonashi:
Towa is… he is most definitely something. he is as untamable as a housewife, doing only what he wants when he wants. Chores? Meh. its a toss up if he does them or not and he doesn’t seem like the type to hire anyone. however, i think towa would have a gorgeous garden that he takes pride in (the garden would be the best on the block, people would absolutely be jealous! Plus he does need flowers to munch on–). the exterior of the home is beautiful but the interior well… we won’t talk about that. When you get home its a bit of a struggle to make dinner or do chores because Towa is clingy x1000. If you two had kids the garden would need to increase because you better bet that your kiddo picked up Towa’s munching habit. be prepared to arrive home to beautiful bouquets that your husband and child fully expect you to enjoy (by eating of course!). oh! Little bonus, depending on your child’s personality they will end up having a floral nickname just like you! I give Towa a 4/10 just because of the messy messy home.
Ren Shiranami:
Well… Ren is definitely a mixed bag when it comes to being a housewife. hes both super sweet and a bit of a handful. he would be the type to avoid chores like they’ll kill him, pushing them off until the last minute in order to get as much time as possible on his games. then he’d have a frantic hour and a half of cleaning and cooking before you get home. hed absolutely make sure that you have enough time to play all of his games with him and throughout the day hed send texts reminding you of when raids happens. But when you are home he does his best to treat you with a movie and popcorn almost every night. but if you two have kids you better keep an eye on what he decides to show with them. Ren has gotten so desensitized to horror that he can’t tell what is appropriate for younger audiences. however, once your kiddo is older don’t be surprised if you come home to your husband and child asleep on the couch after a movie marathon. I give him a 6/10.
Sinostra
Taiga Hoshibami:
this is another one where i am very worried for you. Taiga as a housewife would be a terrible experience for everyone involved. he would forget chores, attack the mailman, and get into trouble no matter what he was doing. now if you add children into the mix things will just get ten times harder. i can imagine taiga taking his kid to the casino when they’re far too young for it, forgetting them in random places, or just enlisting his subordinates to take care of the kid. overall, terrible terrible experience. 0/10 please divorce him for your sanity.
Romeo S. Lucci:
Romeo would be an interesting housewife to say the least. your home would be spotless and beautifully decorated but god forbid you look at how expensive it was to furnish it (we’re talking big big price tags here). Who cleaned your home? don’t worry about it. he would be excellent about making sure you take care of yourself once your home (he has all of the best facial serums and creams to help keep your skin fresh and clean)! if you two had children hed ensure they always looked their best and would believe that your child was the most beautiful to ever exist (even if its not true but he loves them that much). i would give him a solid 7/10 just because i imagine his beauty obsession might end up breaking the bank ;-;
Ritsu Shinjo:
okay okay hear me out, Ritsu would be a massive couponer. he would find all sorts of ways to save money, using his memorization skills to find all the best deals and he’d know how to avoid getting in trouble. i think hed manage the household fairly well but keep in mind any work you have done in the house would have at least a dozen different inspections to ensure that the home remains above the law in every sense. No diy projects for you :( if you two had kids just know that they will become someone in the field of law– that is a non-negotiable. That child will be reading various law books as nighttime storybooks. overall i give him a 5/10 hes not the best but also not the worst!
Hotarubi
Subaru Kagami:
yes. Absolutely yes. Subaru would make an excellent housewife, in fact, I can see him being one of the ghouls who most likes it. he gets to spend his day away from the masses, the press, his overbearing parents– plus hes working to help take care of the person he loves! your home would be taken care of and hes the type to pack you a cute little snack to eat while you were at work! he would have it prepared and in your bag as a surprise but know that he is eagerly (and anxiously) awaiting your message for when you find it! he is eager to please and as soon as you’re home hes taking care of you. he would give you massages, make you dinner, and be more than eager to listen to you talk about your day. he might not be verbal in his affections but his actions would let you know. if you two had kids he would do his absolute best to avoid making the same mistakes that his parents did. keep in mind that you would have to be the one who makes the more difficult decisions when it comes to your child (where they go to school, if they should do extracurriculars, etc) because Subaru would be terrified of coming off as controlling or overbearing. this man gets a 10/10!!!
Haku Kusanagi:
this man. Haku would be one of the best housewives. i am not biased, i am simply right. this man would have your house clean and taken care of. he’d cook for you and be happy just to spend time by your side. he would NEVER stop flirting with you or planning dates!! be prepared because he would spring dates on you randomly like one day when you get off of work hes standing there with flowers and a mischievous grin. he is a romantic at heart and you will absolutely know that. he is all around a great housewife both in his care for you and his care for your home environment. i believe that he would love the domesticity of everything (just based off of what his wedding card is called ;~;). if you two had kids i imagine hed be shocked (in a good way!!). he could barely imagine getting to live such a peaceful life that this would be seen as a blessing. He would be a great dad (though maybe not the best when it comes to influences)! expect lots of pranks and laughter which means he gets a 10/10 easy.
Zenji Kotodama:
well… ignoring the whole ghost thing… Zenji would make a fine housewife! during the day he would spend his time keeping the house fairly tidy while working on his own artistic endeavors. throughout the day expect many recordings of various things around the house (ex “look at how pretty the sky is”, “me washing the dishes”, “heres a piece i made! What do you think?”) and don’t be surprised if you end up getting noise complaints from your neighbors. When you get home you will be met with a nice little snack and the promise to help you with dinner! but, but, but!! before you can even sit down Zenji is showering you with compliments, love and music. every day he expresses how much he is thankful for your hard work and love. He, like Kaito, is 100% an “i love my wife” type of man. Now, if you two have kids he will be overjoyed to have a companion throughout the day. The two would spend the day together making art (well at first Zenji would just be playing at your sweet baby until he would be able to make music on his own) and enjoying themselves. you will be receiving a lot more videos once a kiddo is in the picture! He gets a 9/10! :D
