Have you ever thought about earning income by becoming a health & fitness coach?
❌you dont need abs
❌you dont need a perfect body (you were made perfect tbh)
❌you dont need to be a gym junkie
you do need to be:
✅passionate
✅hard working
✅willing to learn
✅determined
And with full training, a team of mentors behind you, wanting you to succeed...
What if I told you you could earn an extra
100$ a month?
500$?
2,000$?
There is NO LIMIT😱
Your hard work, and the amount of people you help is a direct reflection of the life you could build for yourself.
Could you imagine working from home FULL TIME?
Earning a SIX FIGURE INCOME🤩
What if I told you it CAN BE DONE🥂
But do you have enough courage to dream... and WORK for those dreams?

The “fitness” fad
Tumblr media
Instagram. Pinterest. Facebook. Snapchat. Almost everywhere you look you see people working out, or posting their supplements, or their shiny abs ... are you sick of it?
Honestly, I used to be one of those people who was. Its like everyone on social media has become a “fitness enthusiast”, “health mentor”, “lifestyle coach” ... any combination of those titles. And the funny part is, A LOT of them have no idea what they’re talking about😂.
And don’t yell at me but... I think that’s ok. Unless you’re out there faking the funk (which a lot of people are) you’re working on yourself. AND THATS EFFING AWESOME. Don’t we wish more people worked on themselves. Michael Jackson said it - “if you wanna make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and then make a change”. If we all started working harder on that person in the mirror, instead of blaming the world and everyone in it for our issues we might solve more problems.
But back to fitness. I think social media has made fitness a fad but WHAT BETTER FAD COULD THERE BE? Instead of skinny jeans, or the Kiki challenge - it’s cool to be healthy. I can’t be the only one who thinks that’s BOMB.COM. And as far as all the people who claim to be trainers, coaches, mentors, WHATEVER - that’s not your problem. If you actually wanted help or support, it’s up to you to discern who and where is the best to get it from.
So idk, this was kind of a rant but next time you see someone on social media flaunting their fitness ways, maybe instead of judging take a deeper look into the work they’re doing for themselves and maybe even for others. Because small side note: you may not know this. I make money by providing the tools to help people lose weight, live healthier & if they want, make money in that process also... (but that’ll be a whole other post).
Fitness. Health. Self-care. Personal development. That might be the best fad to ever exist in my opinion. Work on yourself. Be better, because THAT actually is cool.
Just sayin’✨💋
Stay playful,
Lexi

One small step for this woman...
Good morning world (even though I’ll probably be the only one reading this for a while). I constantly read other peoples blogs & I’m like well damn, I wish I could do that... so like everything that scares the shit out me, I’m gonna leap and do this.
Feel free to critique my writing or grammar or whatever because it makes no difference to me, I’m literally just writing as I would naturally think or speak with people I’m casually hanging with. To those of you who know, I just got back from a 5-day trip to Mexico for a family wedding.
The wedding was beautiful, it stormed in the middle but hey, that’s the universe for you - can’t choose your blessings. And the trip itself was phenomonal (but I’ll write about that in a separate entry).
The point of this first blog is just to say hey, and tell you ironically I was perfectly healthy & lit in Mexico. I come back home, my sinuses are janked up, my stomach is a mess and I’m trying to get it together.
Thanks for reading✨💋
Stay playful,
Lexi
