A Call To Artists!

Do you like making art?  Do you like writing stories or poetry? We are looking for queer art of all forms to represent the creativity of our community. Whether you wish to tell a story, share traditional or digital art, poetry, sculptures, write a song, or some other form of self expression, you can participate! We want to break down the walls of this world and no better way of doing that than through the arts, a language we all understand. Please feel free to submit pieces through Discord, tumblr, Instagram, or email me at adrmzz.18@gmail.com. Everything will be featured on Instagram and will be credited appropriately. Can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with!

⚪ **APRIL ART CONTEST**⚪

Good morning everyone! Project QUILTBAGGO will be having our first ever art contest! This will be open to all of you and will be up on our Instagram and as well! 

Your Challenge: Design a flyer, poster, or advertisement to inform people who we are as a group and get people interested!

Rules: 

-All mediums (painting, digital, sketch, 3D) are welcome

-Make it colorful!

-Keep it PG

-No AI

-The work must be your own

-Show your pride for being who you are unapologetically

-Have fun

The contest will run from April 4th-May 2nd. Please submit your submissions to the Art section of the discord, dm it to me on Instagram, or email a photo or file to me at adrmzz.18@gmail.com 

All results will be posted on our Tumblr and Instagram so people can vote on their favorites. The three with the most votes will be our official flyers for the project!

Welcome to Project QUILTBAGGO!

My name is Adrien (he/him) and I’m a young trans man who is looking to make a difference. Me and my co-operator Didi (he/they) are looking to do what famous mural artist JR once did and use our art to change the world. I am a writer and as a writer, I know where there’s a story that needs to be told. Your story. Fellow LGBT and QUILTBAGGO people are full of stories that can change our world. We want to share those stories with the world through an upcoming website where we will take your audios of your stories and use them to show how much we have fought for our place in the world. Allies and LGBT friends of all kind are welcome to join us. We even have a discord, which we will link in the post. Our rights are at risk and we will not go down without a fight. Please join us at Project QUILTBAGGO. We want to change the world and take down the walls.
