The thing that bothers me the most about people defending ai generated images as art is how the main argument is accessibility. A pencil and paper are pretty accessible imo, and certainly cheaper than the device you’re using to access ChatGPT. What irks me even more is when they claim it can help disabled people. I have a connective tissue disease that affects my joints, and it has affected every aspect of my art journey. As a kid, I was never considered the class artist, because my hands were weak. Even now, my wrists hurt when I work for too long, and making smooth lines would be much harder without a stabilizer. I did really bad in art class because my art always looked messy, even if I agonized over it. I put years of work in to learning how to draw despite being at a disadvantage and it causing physical pain or injury, but I did it because I love doing it. I know it’s not perfect, but I worked hard and enjoyed the process, so I feel proud of my improvement. None of this is possible with generative ai, and it is frankly insulting to insinuate that artist’s skills are some special ability rather than something they worked hard to achieve.

With every bigoted tweet Joanne makes, I only grow more powerful. My chosen name was from the official wand assignment quiz and hogwarts mystery. I grew up sheltered, and found out about queerness through the harry potter fandom. So, technically, it is due to her that I realized I was aroace and nonbinary.

I’m making a comic
So as the title says I’m finally going to be actually making something with the story and world I’ve been working on for 4 whole years. Someone at a party asked about it and after info dumping they told me it should be a webcomic. I haven’t made comics before and it’s a huge undertaking so updates will probably be very slow and I might even release some chapters in written form and then later draw them. Also if anyone has any advice it is very much appreciated

The only way I’m able to put together somewhat coherent outfits that aren’t just t-shirt +shorts is doing a closet cosplay of anime/Genshin characters and it is disturbing how well this works. Like I can’t pick out clothes for myself but I can for Scaramouche and Junko

Raiden shogun and Scaramouche theories? Headcanons?
I’m not exactly sure what this would fall under but I have some thoughts about the electro archon and her puppets. I know I am like a year late to this but I’ve had these in my head since before 3.0
Scaramouche is modeled after Makoto- I know this was pretty popular a while ago, but adding to it , I think he was modeled emotionally to be like her. We know that she was more sensitive than Ei, and that it was Scara’s sensitivity that made her discard him. I think part of it was that she could not bear to see her sister like that, but also that he reminded her of her own vulnerabilities, since now she was forced into ruling. That’s why the puppet is emotionless and logical, only fulfilling commands with no thoughts about it. Scara couldn’t follow Makoto’s foot steps, and neither could Ei. This weakness was something the wasn’t accustomed to, so she got rid of it. She didn’t destroy him because she didn’t want to lose her sister again, so she gave him the freedom she wanted. Also yeah I headcanon him as trans because that makes the most sense with this. This may even have factored into why he couldn’t handle the gnosis, it was something meant for someone else, someone he was a blank copy of, but he couldn’t be her. His body may look the same, but that’s not who he is. This also could factor in to Ei not letting him become shogun, since it would have been obvious to the people of inazuma that there had been a change.
—Outfits—
*note: I’m going to be using western interpretations of colors. This may not be accurate to the creators intention but it’s perfect for a children’s hospital
So in his first outfit, he is wearing white and light purples and has a veil. As someone on TikTok pointed out, veils were exclusively worn by high status women, supporting the trans theory. It also looks like the sisters’ long hair, which I headcanon him having originally. At this point, he doesn’t know death or humanity, only the walls of the palace. The white represents his innocence and the purple his royalty and connection to Ei. Once he joins the fatui, he is corrupted by the world. He knows of death and has seen it himself many times as its cause. The white becomes black, and the red of blood becomes much more prominent. He keeps the inazuma style of dress, now with the veil being attatched to his hat. He keeps the symbol of electro close to his heart to make up for what was taken from him. When he becomes the wanderer. He has both black and white, showing that he may be cynical, but still sees that there is goodness in the world. Blue is opposite red in the color wheel, and its prominence in his new design shows how he has turned away from the violence and bloodshed of the past. He still has inazuma clothes and the purple tassels of his creator , but now they are mixed with his own experience, with patterns from sumeru.

How does one become motivated
My combination of Anxiety, depression, and ADHD makes it so that none of the typical ways work. If I do this then I get something? Either I’ll get it anyway or I’ll just go without it, since I’ll probably forget anyway. Big goals are too far out for me but smaller ones don’t help either because I get no sense of achievement. I can’t set my own deadlines because I know who made them and won’t do anything. I get distracted and I can’t start the task because it either causes me anxiety thinking about it or I cannot bring myself to do it because of my adhd. And then I’ll just stop caring anyway because I’ve already messed everything up. I feel so lazy and that I can’t get anything done. I can stare at paper for hours without doing anything, even with no distractions. The only thing I can actually hold myself to is eating and sleeping because I physically can’t go without them, but if I go too long I won’t be able to get my work done anyway. If anyone who struggles with this can give me any tips I would be extremely grateful

I redesign him every 4 months so he looks pretty different now, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come in terms of character design.

I turned this in for Spanish (in Spanish) and got an A so here it is. It's a slightly more fleshed out version of the one I already posted. I did not turn in this ending though.
Ever since he was a child, Kaeya Alberich never quite felt at home anywhere; a stranger, a contradiction. He was the prince of a kingdom destroyed by the gods centuries prior, a nation of ruins called Khaenriah. He was sent by the Abyss Order as the final hope for his people to Mondstadt as a spy, where he was adopted into the Ragnvindr family, though they did not know the truth of his past. He joined the Knights of Favonius alongside his adoptive brother, Diluc. And that is where he met Albedo.
Albedo spent most of his life with the famous alchemist Rhinedottir, traveling and searching for the truth of this world. She had been able to do the impossible, creating an artificial human being from chalk using alchemy. This creation was Albedo. After some time, though, she left him and a letter for the Knights with a friend of hers in Mondstadt and disappeared without a trace. Albedo went to live with the witch Alice and her young daughter Klee.
Kaeya fondly remembers the day he met him. He was doing knight training with his friend Jean when he saw a tall, beautiful witch approach the door to the Knights of Favonius headquarters. She had platinum blonde hair and was dressed in crimson and scarlet robes resembling flames with a matching wide-brimmed hat, and standing next to her was a boy who seemed to be about his age.
“Hello, is this the Knights of Favonius Headquarters? I need to speak with Varka,” she asked.
“Yes,” Kaeya replied, “he should be in his office right now.”
Later that day, Varka made an announcement in front of all the knights.
“Everyone, we have a new chief alchemist. This is Albedo,” he gestured to the boy Kaeya saw earlier, “He studied alchemy with the fabled Rhinedottir, but he does not know anyone in Mondstadt yet.  Let's give him a warm welcome”
“Hi, I’m Jean and this is Kaeya.”
Albedo smiled shyly. “As you already heard, I’m Albedo.  I am excited to start working with you”
Albedo seemed very shy and reserved at first, but overtime, he warmed up to Kaeya. Although he for the most part preferred solitude and had few friends, Kaeya became one of the closest. Albedo liked to draw, and Kaeya was his favorite subject, using him as a reference many times when they bumped into each other at Angel’s Share.
Years passed, and Kaeya’s world changed again. But this time, he had Albedo as a constant. He lost his father on Diluc’s 18th birthday, and the following fight they brothers had left Kaeya alone again. Albedo did not consider himself good at dealing with emotional situations, but he was what Kaeya needed.
Kaeya was sitting in a meeting for the Knights of Favonius, trying to pay attention to what Jean was saying. Thankfully, it was nothing important, because Kaeya was more focussed on the view of the mountain through the window.
“Kaeya, is everything alright? You seemed worried about something,” asked Jean.
“It’s just that our usually punctual chief alchemist is absent. As much time as he spends in his workshop in Dragonspine, he always shows up for meetings. Sucrose, you’re his assistant, have you seen him lately?”
“I went to his workshop and I thought he had already left,” she said.
“I don’t think we should be too worried quite yet,” said Jean, “but I think we should look for him to make sure he is ok. Kaeya, you’re his friend, so you should be in charge. You might have a better idea of where he could be.”
“Let’s start by checking his laboratory in Dragonspine. Even if we don’t find him, there might be clues about where he is.”
The group left for the mountain.  There was no sign  of Albedo on the path over; there were no footprints. When Kaeya got to the foot of the mountain, Sucrose confirmed that the weather had been unusually good and it had been a while since the last snowstorm. A series of tracks leaving the mountain confirmed that. They marched up through the cold and snow, looking for any sign of the lost alchemist. When they got to his workshop, Kaeya had a bad feeling in his stomach.
“I’ll go in first. I’ll call for help if I need it, but Albedo will probably react better to me alone than to the group.”
he walked in. The warm torches were almost out, and there were books and bottles scattered about. Not unusual for Albedo when he’s working, but he always cleans up when he’s done.  The room was eerily quiet, the only sound Kaeya could here was the faint wind and his own breathing. He walked further in.
“Albedo,” he called.
there was no answer.
“Albedo? Albe-“
On the ground, propped up against the book shelf was a lifeless Albedo.
Kaeya rushed over. He checked for a pulse. He found nothing
“Maybe it’s the gloves,”
he checked his neck, but there was still nothing. Kaeya looked down at his hands, in shock of how the last thing he loved was gone. On his glove was a fine white powder.
“Is this chalk?”
