Directed by Stanley Kubrick.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Peter Sellers is perfect. Kubrick's attention to detail never disappoints.
It should not have taken me as long as it did to finally watch this great film. Now streaming on Netflix.

MAD MEN (2007-2014)
Highly Anticipated!  I can hardly wait for the premiere of the latest - and sadly, final - season of Mad Men that I had to gush a little.
What will happen to the agency? What is Don Draper going to do? What other awkward moments will Sally endure as she transitions from adolescence to adulthood? And hundreds of other questions the show’s Season 6 finale left me wondering.
Viewers shouldn’t worry about Don Draper’s ability to reinvent himself in the wake of his mandatory leave of absence from the agency because Dick Whitman invented Don to begin with... "Don Draper doesn’t exist. He’s merely a particularly dapper suit that Dick Whitman is trying on for size. On Mad Men, identity is what’s fungible, not nature. Times change, and marriages, jobs, and fashion do too. In Weiner’s ’60s, you adapt or you fall behind.”*
Mad Men is a rare show which takes the time to develop characters that make difficult choices in order to preserve or destroy themselves at the sake of others -  much like real life:
"Those who pine for the sharp clothes, the alpha alcoholism, are missing the point. We don’t watchMad Men because we want to be them. We are them, cursed to live in interesting times we occasionally wish could get just a little duller, if only to give us a chance to catch our breath.”*
I hope (and at the same time and confident) that creator Matthew Weiner has the guts to stay the course.
*excerpts from Andy Greenwald’s article.
