RE: V5 EPS11

Since this account is a secondary I can’t reply to anyone. So this is my response to people who commented on my last post. I haven’t seen the newest EPS so many some of my questions have had canon answers to them.

I 110% forgot about Qrow’s semblance, so this negates a lot of my confusion (like how everyone was messing up during the fighting).

Yes I did ask this and pressure points doesn’t answer my question. B/c this happened ->

If we’re gonna give actual realistic features to characters then Yang would have died in in V2 (this was the first scene I thought of in after reading the comment. (I also don’t think that pointing to a different universe can be used as an answer either).

But I’m also here to point out what’s been cleared up for me

1 I just assumed that everyone was blinded by Ruby’s light, just ‘cause I saw Jaune covering his face.

I also related Cinder not being able to do anything the first time this happened, but looking back on it I realized that she wasn’t covering her face at all. So it now makes sense to me as to why Emerald wasn’t affected and was able to pull a move like that.

I totally forgot about Qrow so that also plays in here.

Raven’s semblance is bonding to people and then being able to open up a portal to them, so I don’t think that Raven could have another semblance, being good luck (unless it comes to light that people can have 2 semblances) plus I don’t thinks that’s ever been talked about before.

I still feel like Jaune could’ve done much better, he was training with Pyrrah, then by himself, then with RNJR/JNRR, and now with (ghost) Ozpin as well. I would assume that Jaune at least knows kind of what he’s supposed to be doing by now.

V5 EPS11: Things I didn’t understand

1. So you’re telling me that Qrow and Oz didn’t know they were going to be ambushed at the meet up?

2. Why was this EPS so cliche? The moment Ruby stopped talking I KNEW these were the exact words that were going to come out of Raven’s mouth.

3. Why was the bulk of the EPS talking again?? Legit could’ve had some awesome fight scenes between the SEVEN different pairs (Oz/Lionheart, Qrow/Raven, Weiss/Vernal, Nora/Ren/Hazel, Yang/Mercury, Ruby/Emerald, & Jaune/Cinder).

Right as there’s about to be a cool fight scene with a character that hasn’t been developed and looks like he doesn’t use a weapon (which is awesome b/c everyone on the damn planet relies on their weapon) it immediately cuts to Oz and Leo talking. And having a “let’s see if I can hit you with my stick” fight.

4. Why did all the characters seem so weak?

Cinder just gonna let the weakest person try and take her out? (Sorry Jaune)

Ruby easily gets taken out by Emerald.

EXCUSE ME BUT Weiss went from not being able to summon anything to being able to summon everything! I don’t think she’s this stupid to accidentally throw herself against a pole.

EXCUSE ME AGAIN BUT you are NOT about to tell me that Ruby was easily taken out by Emerald AGAIN ESPECIALLY DURING HER SILVER EYE MOMENT. The girl who fucking stopped space and time at Beacon leaving a goddamn Dragon (which at the time looked to be the most feared Grimm) stuck on a tower, the girl who some how messed up one of Cinders eyes, her arm (meaning Cinder was forced to learn how to use a new weapon b/c one of her arms doesn’t function, so she can’t use her bow & arrow anymore), and her voice for the whole of last season. You’re telling me that Emerald was easily just able to hit Ruby in the back knocking her out (b/c you sure as hell know Ruby is quick af and would not have let that spear even get near Weiss). Are we just going to forget that Cinder was able to do nothing except scream “WHAT?!” the first time Ruby did this.

5. WHY is Jaune such an idiot??

I saw some one else point this out, “Why didn’t Jaune just decapitate her???”

6. Weiss isn’t dead?

I’m really questioning why Cinder didn’t make Weiss dissolve like she did with Pyrrha. (Does Cinder need to be touching the person to do it like she did with Pyrrha, which is why Weiss didn’t turn to dust with the spear?) Or did Cinder just want to make a statement?

(I need the next EPS so come out sooner and I need these cliff hangers to STOP)
