We don't even ask for happiness, just a little less pain.

how do you know if it's bpd or just a mixture of anxiety, depression, and other mental issues? I think I might have bpd but at the same time I think I might just have a mixture of a buncha mental issues
so how did you know you had bpd? (you don't have to answer if you don't feel comfortable, I'm just very confused and need some help) tysm!! :]
Hey! :)
I think my bpd was known because of my interpersonal issues and because of my tendency to always have a favorite person… I have a lot of the other symptoms too but those were the most obvious and clear ones. Not everyone’s bpd is exactly the same though- so if you feel like you may have bpd I suggest talking to someone like a therapist or psychologist. They can maybe help you discover what diagnosis/s you may have and how to help them.
if you ever need a friend to talk to tho about what your going through, feel free to message me!💗

I still remember how painful that night was. How tired my eyes and heart were. I still remember how I almost ran out of breath while I was crying and how I was trying to stop the noise I could make. I will never forget how difficult it was for me.
I will never forget that pain.
