So me and my friends have this inside joke where we ship the fruits Banana and Orange for shit's and giggles. Maybe I've wrote some fanfiction for said inside joke and wanted see what tumbler thinks.....

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-°Summary°- :▪︎.°Today Orange is going to a school like usual, but he's running late! He hurries to school and hears about a new transfer student...▪︎.°

|"Oh my fruits! I'm gonna be late! I overslept again! Crap! I also have a student council meeting!" Orange thought as he hurried out if bed and messily put on his uniform. Orange greets his mom and hurries to class. "Phew..in the nick of time! I thought I was gonna be late for a second!" Orange says out of breath. As he sets his things on this desk the teacher walks in. "Okay students,today were welcoming a new transfer student, Banana." The teacher said nonchalantly.

"No way! It cant be! Banana! Its probably someone else named Banana.." Orange thought. "Hello,My name is Banana as you've heard. I hope to get along with all of you." Banana says. "You may chose where you sit" The teaches said. As Banana scans the room he notices Orange,his childhood friend. They would always play at school back in the day. They would even sometimes play eachothers houses. But Banana had to move away because..of family issues. His parents had died in a car crash and nobody else wanted to take him in so they sent him to a foster care. Banana remembers promising to play at Oranges house that day. He remembers Orange seeing him go with a stranger in a car. Orange tried to talk to him but Banana just looked at him with an empty face. Orange thought he was just going somewhere like the doctors and that's why his face was like that but Banana never returned. Orange saw the "For Sale" sign on Banana's house.

|As Banana looked at Orange with widened eyes and Orange did back, he slowly walked to an empty desk next to Orange and sat. "Orange!... You probably hate me because I left. Im so sorry." Banana thought. As class went on Orange wouldn't stop looking at Banana with a huge smile on him face. Orange already knew everything the teacher was teaching so he didn't care about what the teacher was saying. Banana on the otherhand was trying not to look at Orange. He also knew what the teacher was teaching but also thought Orange hated him. But Banana still wanted to be friends. As class ended Orange was still in a daze looking at Banana. Banana slowly looked at him and said,"Meet me after school on the rooftop, please" and left. Orange remembered his school council meeting and left. Orange was the school president so he had to attend. As the meeting went on it was just a bunch of bs so he really couldn't pay attention to it. His mind when back to Banana.

|After the meeting and school in general he immediately when to go see Banana. "Orange...you might he wondering why I'm hear and why I left in general. My parents..died in a car accident and nobody wanted to take me in. I was sent to foster care and grew up with nobody to depend on. I was so close to killing myself but then I remembered you,my childhood friend. You were the reason I wanted to contimue living. I needed to look for you so we could catch up and go back to to a way we were. You might hate me for what happened but I still wanna be your bestfriend." Banana said sadly. "Banana how could I hate you!? It wasnt you fault! My parents told be about your situation and I tried to find YOU! After all this time of my friend not being here with me and now i find him? Im so so happy..Banana.." Orange said with tears flooding his eyes. "Orange..I.." Banana says as he hugs Orange tightly. "Orange this time...I promise to never leave your side again. I'll always he here for you...always!" Banana said with a smile on his face as he sobed with Orange. "Banana the day you left you promised to come over to my house and play. You wanna come over?" Orange said wiping away his tears with a smile on his face too. "I would love too,Orange.." Banana said holding him tightly in his arms.

|As Orange and Banana walk home together they talk about all of the events after there separation. They laughed and joked and had a great time! When they arrived to Oranges house Orange explained to him Mom what had happened then headed to Oranges room. "Damn your room has changed alot! I remember when you had a Beyblade phase." Said Banana surprised. "Well Im a big boy now! And besides you had one too!" Said Orange sarcastically. Banana chuckles and puts him things down. "Well you are right~" Banana says happily. "Anyways,do you need any help with the homework?" Orange says as he opens his notebooks and sits down on his bed. "Nah Im fine. Your not the only smartass here~" Orange playfully scoffs and writes down answer after answer. Banana starts his homework too with some chit-chat here and there. "Since were done with our homework..what do you wanna do?" Banana said. "Hmm..how about...The Shining?" Orange said sarcastically. "Okay" Banana said nonchalantly. "Wait!? Really!? You know i dont like horror movies!" Orange said worried. "Then you should've never suggested it!~" Banana said teasingly. As they get to the scary part of the movie Orange screams and clings to Banana. He holds Banana tightly and buries his face in Banana's chest. As he does Banana blushes and goes red. "Aaa! Orange..." Banana said while blushing and looking away. Throughout their childhood,Banana always had feelings for Orange. Whenever Orange would cling and use him for protection it made his heart skip a beat. He loved Orange so so much and it was the main reason he went looking for him. Banana thought Orange never liked him and only liked him as a friend but Orange felt the same way. Orange clinged to Banana because he always thought of Banana as his knight in shining armor. He always loved Banana and HE thought Banana never liked him back. Because of that they both never really confessed to eachother. Just a game of "suck up your feelings".
