Regulus doesn't like to be touched or hugged unless he comes to you. Like he will literally writhe away if someone puts their hand on him, but then when he needs it he'll just climb into Sirius or James' lap and curl up and fall asleep like a cat.

Reggie being autistic and having anxiety and never knowing whether people mean what they say. So Sirius helps by whispering things in his ear like "he's mad" , "they're joking" , "he's very offended".

Sirius coming out to his parents and being all confident and gleeful at their anger and disappointment. Sirius making jokes about all the boys he's gonna date. Sirius pretending it wasn't one of the hardest things he's ever had to do. Sirius sitting in a quiet corner sobbing alone because the things his parents say and think do effect him but he can't let anyone know that.

Regulus being autistic and just curling up in a ball and hiding when he gets overwhelmed and getting so in his head that absolutely no one apart from Sirius can break him from it.

I'm sorry but I just really love the idea of Sirius being the absolute best at transfiguration without trying and Mcgonagall being his best teacher friend (even though she tries to be mad at him for causing mischief or not paying attention she just can't because she loves him like a son 😭).

And...when she has to take his detentions they just sit there talking and joking for the whole hour.
