every interaction buck has had with eddie since loudly declaring that he's absolutely not in love with him (he was a renter), has pretty clearly shown a deeply loving, understanding, supportive relationship between two people trying to navigate the minefield of parenthood whilst also just being there for each other with everyday life stuff. they are literally being written as a married couple right before our eyes!!!!!!!

I need you to understand that when I say "comments are appreciated!" I mean that I will reply to every one of them. I mean that an email with an ao3 notification has a higher priority than a message from my mother. I mean that I will have entire discussions in the comment section if you're up for it. Message me on tumblr and I will have the same discussions on an even more unhinged level. I will dissect entire personalities and ships and fictional political structures and worldbuilding with you. So umm...

That's not a good excuse to literally tell me my fic didn't make sense and complain about the fandom. More than TWO THOUSAND words that had to be broken up into two comments. That's crazy. It should have been a Tumblr rant or another social media not in a AO3 comment section.

I tried to be nice and I'm deleting your comments from my fic that someone requested. I was excited that they loved it so please be kind in Fandom space. Fic writers do this for free and we spend so much time writing for ourselves and you.

The last time someone did this I stopped writing and abandoned the PJO and FairyTail fandoms and stopped writing for I don't even know how many years but I no longer have the email attached to that fanfiction.net account it's been that long. I only started writing again when I started really getting into 911 and Buddie.

So yeah don't be like this person.

I'm sorry but Buck literally gave up the house he has been living in for years to help Eddie

And he made the decision so easily, like there was no agonising over it or thinking it over for weeks, he didn't even run it past Eddie before he gave his notice on his loft

It's not a "I'll water your plants and collect your mail while you're gone" kind of thing

He's out of a contract on his house, and moving into the only place he's really felt home

That's been proven so many times ("I'm not really a guest", falling asleep on Eddie's couch, gravitating there after his break-up)

Christopher is part of Buck's home, Eddie is a part of his home, and if he's leaving, Buck needs to hold on to the one thing he has left that feels like home

And now he gets to make Eddie's life a little easier as well
