Notes: guys this is the first writing that I actually kind of feel confident enough to post… so it might highkey be ass so plz give me some tips!!! sorry it’s short but like it’s 4am and I’m sleepy d:

Lottie’s wolf ears flatten against her head and a low hum left her lips as your fingers combed through her slightly matted hair. She loved moments like this, moments where you could just be at peace. “You did so good, Lottie.” You murmured, just to see her tail thump against the soft dirt floor. Lottie let out a huff as she slowly pulled away from your touch “You mean it?” She inquired, tail still thumping as she impatiently waited for your response.

The fire flickered in the background with a light crackling sound. Everyone else had retreated to their huts, as the last few days had been hectic. But when wasn’t it hectic in these woods?

Ever since your girlfriend, Lottie, had transformed into a werewolf things had been a lot different. For starters, she was nothing like those scary stories people would often tell you as a kid- in fact it was quite the opposite if you were being honest. Lottie was nothing but a giant puppy, constantly seeking your approval in any way, shape or form.

It did however come with its downsides… like earlier this week for example. It had been a full moon, Lottie’s instincts were just a little more evident than normal but Everything was going as usual until those researchers had showed up, that’s when things had started to go south. When one of the members of the group approached you, Lottie had made quick work of him by mauling his face off. Brains and blood had covered her fur and she reveled in it.

She claims they were trying to take you away from her, and that she was just simply keeping what was hers safe. However you couldn’t stay mad at her… she had those soft eyes that made almost anyone melt- especially when she began to pout like she was now.

“Don’t ignore me…” Lottie huffed, pulling you closer to her warm body as you both sat near the fire. Lottie’s chin rested against the top of your head, breathing in your comforting scent while she held you close to her chest. “I was only keeping us safe. I was keeping you safe.” She murmured, not with anger, but with a strong sense of protectiveness.

Lottie curled herself around you just a little more, making sure you couldn’t leave her side even if you wanted to. Slowly, as if the silent tension had gotten too much to bear Lottie began to pout. She huffed loudly. “Please baby, I know you don’t understand but this is what it wants… it wants us.”

You looked at Lottie like you usually did when she went on about the wilderness, confused but not scared. You tried to understand, you really did… but Lottie knew you didn’t. And maybe she didn’t either. What did matter is that it kept you close, closer to her winter chilled skin.

“They didn’t belong… not like you do.” Lottie stated bluntly, as if stating a fact. “My darling, you’re special, not just to me but to it.” Lottie continued, her long fingers coming up to cup your cheek. A soft, almost creepy smile crossed her face as she stared down into your eyes. “ I can guide you like it guides me… I can show you what it’s like…”

Lottie trails off, her fangs lightly retracting, her mouth already moving to your neck as her hands trailed over your body. There wasn’t really room for argument, Lottie was determined to make you hers… and to help you see the wilderness.

“Lottie-“ you gasped, Lottie’s fangs sunk deep into your neck, her lips sucked on the wound drawing out blood while her hands kept you still in her arms. Hesitantly Lottie pulled away, her ears flattening against her head as she watched you grit your teeth in pain. Her tongue came out to lap up some of the remaining blood on your neck — which wasn’t too hard because Lottie had sucked up most of your blood.

“Shh, it’s okay baby.” Lottie murmured, pressing a soft kiss to your neck, cradling you closer with a loving grin. “Can you feel it yet? Not just the wilderness, but my love for you?” Lottie breathed, her face inching closer to yours as she tried to gauge your reaction, a wicked grin came across her face as you realized that it wouldn’t be long.

It wouldn’t be long until you transformed right with her… and that’s exactly what she’d wanted.
