To most it’s just Monday but to me Monday is another new day and new week that I have to try my best to be strong without being able to call my mom or her call me or ever hear the vm from her missed call “hi Sandee it’s mom just checking on you” and I’ve never felt so alone in my entire life as I do without my mom being just a phone call away.

No one on earth can ever replace that so I have to find it deep in me to be that for myself because I’m so empty and so broken inside and this pain is unbearable. I wouldn’t wish this type of pain on my worst enemy.

Love your people that’s the most important in your life consistently whether they check on you or not. We all can’t be selfish!

And if people family or not effect you in a negative way remove yourself and never look back. Your mental health is at stake.. so ask yourself is staying in the circle really worth your happiness and sanity?
