Hey:) I write all my own posts except the ones where I list the source. I have Bipolar 1 Depression. So does my sister. So did our mom. My sister and I also have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and ADHD. Notice I didn't say I am Bipolar. I am me. Myself. I am so much more than what Bipolar does to me. I love to take photos. I love color. I am in awe of the miracles we get to witness every day. The sun rising and setting. Moonlight on the river. I hope this blog is a place where people like me who struggle with dark days and lonely times will find some hope. A reminder that we are not alone in our struggles no matter how hard depression tries to make us think we are.
