9. Telementorship, Mentorship & Online Classes

• Junior Surgeons can request the Senior Surgeons for paid Telementorship, Mentorship & Online Classes.

• Junior Surgeons can select the faculty country, state, city, name, institution, details of telementorship, mentorship & online classes, and patient profile.

• This will be helpful for junior surgeons when handling a complex case, so that they don’t land in any complications or lose patients.

8 B. Features of My Association My Group

• There are a total of 12 features in My Association My Group

• Surgeons can hold their CME/RTM which will be exclusively for their group on zoom for any amount of time, as in the case of Live Surgery Meeting

• Surgeons can also post their Surgery Video and Tutorials which will be exclusively shown only to their group

• If there is any recording of conference or workshop, surgeons can post it in the group and junior surgeons can watch it at their convenience

• Senior Surgeons can also post any update in the association regarding any upcoming, conference, workshop etc. Only Admins have the permission to post the update.

• Surgeons can also view the members present in the group.

• Surgeons can view the group they are a part of and can invite people or can leave the group if they want to.

8. My Association My Group

8 A. Create My Association My Group

• Surgeons can create open or closed groups by typing in some basic information about the group like specialty, name of the group, level of association like National, state, zonal or city level or it can also be a personal/individual group.

• They can also invite participants either manually or through the excel sheet. There is also an option to invite participants to the group after the group is created.

• Junior Surgeons can search for the group of their choice and join the group, only open groups are visible, in case someone wishes to join a closed group they can request the admin of the group to invite them.

• Whatever groups a surgeon is a part of will be displayed under My Association My Group

7. Create your Patient Referral Profile and Refer your Patient

• Surgeons can create their Patient referral by providing details about their state, city, availability, address, P.A Contact details etc.

• They can also edit their public profile by adding their area of interest, education details, achievements, and work experience.

• Junior Surgeons can refer their patient by selecting the surgeon they want to refer their patients to with the filter option. They can then then view the surgeon’s profile and provide patient details like name, age, profile, phone number etc.

• The referred surgeon will get the referring surgeon and patient details in their mail and SMS and can select the date for the patient appointment according to their convenience

6. Post Hands-on Training and Upcoming Hands-on Training and Workshop

• Surgeons can post their Hands on Training and Workshop by typing in some basic details like the specialty, fee details, start and end date and time, venue, kind of training like Cadaver training, Live Animal Training, Wet Tissue or Dry Tissue Training, whether it is free or paid, number of participants, attach brochure/agenda etc.

• Junior Surgeons interested for the Hands-on Training and Workshop can see the Upcoming Hands-on Training and Workshop and register for the same.

5. Post your Observership and Upcoming Observership Course

• Surgeons can post their observership course by typing in some basic details like the specialty, fee details, start and end date, number of participants, attach brochure/agenda etc.

• Students interested can register for the observership course and attend the same or if required, they can also request for an observership course from the faculty of their choice

4. Post and Watch Tutorials

• Surgeons can also upload their tutorial which could be either a video, document, presentation, pdf or a website URL.

• After the tutorial is posted the admin will check for the authenticity and approve it from his end. Once the tutorial is posted the students can refer to the materials or watch the video

• Students can comment and like the videos and tutorial material and can also follow a surgeon so that when the surgeon posts a new video or tutorial, they will get a notification

3. Post and Watch Surgery Video

• Surgeons can post their Surgery Video by entering some basic details about the video and which specialty it belongs to and post the video. The video could either be an mp4 video or a website URL.

• The admin of the website will check for the authenticity of the video and will approve the video within two days and post the video from their end.

• After the video is posted, students can watch the video and if they feel that they want a mentorship training, observership etc. from the surgeon they can just click on the options provided and request for the same

• The details about the surgeon requested for the training, observership etc. will already be filled only the mentorship details need to be filled in by the student

• They can also click on the surgeon’s profile and follow them so that when the surgeon posts a video or a tutorial, students following the surgeon will get the notification

2. Organize an attend Live Surgery on Zoom

• Surgeons can Schedule their Live Surgery by typing in some basic details like date, time, meeting agenda, speakers etc.

• They can invite the attendees either manually or by excel sheet and submit the meeting

• Once the live surgery meeting gets approved, the attendees will get the invitation by mail and SMS, the surgeons can then host the meeting and conduct the surgery on zoom for unlimited time

• Surgeons can also check the Live Surgery history hosted or attended
