I do believe I'm going through a depressive episode of some form, because dear god I haven't felt this awful in a long time. I'm normally able to kinda ignore these kinds of feelings but not this time apparently.

Chances are I've been suppressing far too much, and it's coming back to bite me. But christ, yeah. I just have no energy at all, I'm barely scraping enough to keep myself showered and fed. I'm sleeping for at least 10 hours, which means I'm not even able to do shit. I have no energy to communicate either. Which was singlehandedly made worse by my mother. I tried to tell her how I was feeling, and she hit me with the 'you're not depressed your just tired' bs. Thanks, that's really helped me. I feel so much better! It's kind of a sore way to be reminded that she does, in fact, not care enough to help deal with any aspect of my mental health. Anywho, I don't really know what i was expecting.

I'm going on holiday within the next day or so. Maybe it'll help elevate some of what I'm feeling. If anything, I'll have time to myself in the mountains.

That's about it, really. I'm watching the sun rise through the window again, which is pretty. I'm typing all this out as I'm sat on the floor with a cup of tea that's probably gone cold. I kind of want to go find my cat, and having her helps a lot.
