Some days ago I watched Ranking of Kings. I recommend it, it's definitely worth to watch, but I need to rant about it.
First of all, Domas.
The lovechild of Martin Septim from Oblivion and Elliot from Stardew Valley.
This man deserves so many punches in his beautiful stupid face. But he also reminds me of why I love the way the whole story is written: good people making mistakes and unforgivable choices. Despite what he did, I still like Domas. He'll try to redeem for all his life, that's enough.
Second thing: Bojji is a treasure. He's my son. He's smol. I love him and thinking about him makes me cry all kinds of tears.
Alright... there's other stuff I need to get out of my system but there will be some more details so
SPOILERS AHEAD!
Something that doesn't really sit right with me is that Hokuro ended up paying with Domas despite not really doing anything bad. Like, he was just irresponsible, he didn't try to murder anyone - but I like that they team up to be better men together. I love their slight bromance. And another thing that puzzles me: the fact that Miranjo literally tried to destroy an entire kingdom, but she gets instantly forgiven... because she had a tragic backstory... and also apparently Daida is in love with her? He wants to marry her. I hope we'll get a season two to expand on this stuff bruh.
I also really hope Despa and Desha get to cure Ouken from his curse of immortality. I love that man and his stupid little moustache, it's a shame he became an effing psychopath (he went down the Baldur route😭 became hollow like the Undeads from Dark souls😭)
Until we meet again, you pure corrupted soul.
(the last comic is not mine! I found it on Pinterest)

HYYH does have Boyz with Fun, Ma City, AND Baepsae though so it's not like I'm not obsessed with parts of that era LOL
BWF threatens my life every time I listen to it, and there's not a single performance of Ma City or Baepsae that Hoseok doesn't absolutely slay so it's got a lot of good in it LOL

i’m gonna cry it’s raining right now and i just passed by a family where both parents were without an umbrella but their kid who couldn’t have been older than like 3-4 was proudly holding this GIANT umbrella whose diameter was as tall (if not taller) as the kid. both the parents were getting absolutely drenched but u could tell the kid was just so happy to have an “adult” task and carry the umbrella themselves and i think that sacrifice is what love is all about

“But what does Grover bring to the table? He’s just the comedy relief character.” Grover is juggling the role of babysitter, mediator, and emotional manipulator and he cracks jokes too? Give him a BREAK
