The Matchmaker reminded me of L.U.F.F idk if you've read it so there's some spoilers

I noticed some similarities already between ParagonLove and L.U.F.F. and I'm wondering if Paragon where to continue growing and become even more mixed with the government if it would also affect social status based on what you score with the partner you choose for life. For example if you score a 96% you get more chances of living in luxury vs if you sore a 68% would be middle class and if you score lower than that you basically live in property. Would also have the same effect as L.U.F.F of basically backing those who don't what to join to sign up for the sake of benefits it would provide as it becomes more entangled with the government.

and yes, it does work a similar way! PL’s rule is you need to reach at least an average love score of 75% after 6 months so you can level up. once you level up, your relationship will be tested for another 6 months.

the deciding factor should come after spending a year with your partner. the higher the score you get, the more privileges you’ll have once you exit the system. it’s very difficult to reach scores above 90% tho, but couples who do manage to get them can expect a lavish life in new tokyo.

i had a dream that time travel was invented and too many people choose to travel back in time to save the titanic from sinking (the question of whether unsinking of the titanic deserved so much attention in the face of human history was the subject of both heavy academic and online discourse), which caused a rift in the space-time-continuum that led to the titanic showing up indiscriminately all over the world’s oceans and sea in various states of sinking.

this caused a lot of issues both in terms of fixing said space-time-continuum and in terms of nautical navigation, and after a long and heavy battle in the international maritime organization it was decided that the bureaucratic burden of dealing with this was to be upon Ireland, much to their dismay. the Irish Government then released an app for all sailors and seafarers so they could report titanic sightings during their journeys, even though they heavily dissuaded you from reporting them given the paperwork it caused.

i feel like a lot of the 'i hate kids' crowd would be more tolerant if they understood that due to a kid's limited experience of the world that 4 hour flight might just be the longest they've ever had to sit still for or that trapped finger might literally be the most pain they've ever felt in their short life or they might not have ever seen a person with pink hair ever so of course they want to touch it or nobody's told them yet that they can't run around the museum and they only just learned cheetahs are the fastest animals so of course they want to put that to the test. how were they supposed to know etc etc.
