Ever now since the start of april, I wanted to become transgender And officialy even use he/him prounouns, but even she/her prounouns. But I didnt know if some of y'all would understand me because im a muslim And i felt like some muslims here on tumblr would attack me And say that we muslims cant be transgender... But there ARE muslims that are trans, And even gay. And i read Today that there IS an place in islam for the lgbtq People. And Allah SWT loves us muslims equally no matter what.

And also I will still be an woman but even use male prounouns, non-binary prounouns included since nightmaremp called me by non-binary prounouns when we were still besties.

And yesterday I told my mama And babo that I wanna get a male haircut this summer, And they accepted, but my big Brother Hamza told me that I shouldnt And that its like mocking men... So you're telling me, that when woman have male haircut, its mocking men.. And when a man has an long feminine hair, thats NOT mocking women!??

Hairstyles dont depend on gender... We can have any hairstyle And still be the same gender we are now, or even change our gender.

Happy Transgender Day of Visibility to all my trans/gender diverse friends out there! We see you, we celebrate you! 🏳️‍⚧️ 🥳

We are living in a hellscape of anti-trans, anti-queer hate that is spreading around the world right now. I feel sick inside for the constant barrage of malicious, bigoted attacks on our trans friends around the world - even here in Canada. It's utterly disgusting.

So today I want to take a moment to remind everyone, it's our responsibility as HUMAN BEINGS to understand and support transgender people to the best of our ability. If you have not yet taken the time to really understand the science, to look into the issues and get a fuller understanding of why there is such consensus within the medical and scientific communities regarding the validity of transgender identities, today is a great day to do some learning. Be a good ally and a good human being. Our trans brothers, sisters and siblings need us!

A great article from an astrophysicist who breaks down the medical and scientific concepts in easily digestible terms. This quote really leaps out from the article:

"To me, that’s the most important statistic: that the suicide attempt rate for trans youth, which is estimated to be 43-45% if they’re not well-supported in their gender identity by at least one parent, drops by more than a factor of 10, to around 4%, if they do have strong parental support in their identity."

I don't know if anyone remembers the kids show Kaeloo but it was one of my favorite shows growing up. Only the first 52 episodes got dubbed into my language (Serbian) however,so those are the ones i remember. Anyway,in the show the main character Kaeloo (we just called them "Frog") is supposed to be a girl in the original french version while in ours they were changed to be a boy. Why does this matter? Well, Kaeloo has hints of a relationship with Mr. Cat( or as we called him "Chak") like...they outright have dates and kiss and shit. Why is this important? Well...

THE BALKANS ARE INSANELY HOMOPHOBIC. by changing Kaeloo's gender, they ACCIDENTALLY made Kaeloo and Cat GAY !! Do you know how funny that is?? They were my gay childhood icons, no wonder I loved this show lmao.

Heya it's ya Boy Gal 🏳️‍⚧️ Grat! back once again to teach ya how to change your trashcan icon, so you really can customize your desktop!

Here's an exsample in action, the resting UFO is the empty trashcan sprite and the flying UFO is the not empty one

if you Only want to just change icons of your desktop programs & etc then i've already got a tutorial here about it!

otherwise i'll show you in text form here!

First lets go to our settings

in there we need to into Theme

and in Theme in the sidebar with related settings theres Desktop Icon Settings click on it and it should show this

in there you can choose a Full trashcan icon and an Empty trashcan icon

but you will probably notice it doesnt update when clearing the trashcan unless you refresh your desktop

for it to update we need to go into the register editor (dw this is quite simple)

in there we need to go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CLSID\645FF040. . .

it should look something like this! ^

we just need to a simple little edit, and that is to put a ",0" ,0 and we need to put that on all the filepaths in there

then you should be done! and it should look something like this
