A/N: Gocha! Sorry, I really didn't know how to mix it in with the smut.🐑

You and Beckman had gotten into an argument. He had gotten a little bit rough, and you ended up bruised. You told him the following day. To your surprise, he had only shrugged it off. Like it was nothing.

He probably couldn't care less, but you did. You didn't want him to get that rough with you. His argument was that you didn't tell him anything. "Well, I was scared." You tried to explain.

"Oh, so now you're playing the victim." He said mockingly. "So you think that you were the victim?!" You raised your voice at him. You were a little disappointed that this mature man was acting like a child.

You tried to pay no mind to it, hoping he would calm down and you two could discuss it like adults. Unfortunately, your husband decided to bury you and himself deep into the argument.

It got to the point that both of you started yelling. Yelling would be acceptable as long as that was the only thing that happened. You were both so frustrated with the situation, but the only thing you were able to do was keep yelling.

You told him another argument, and he got pissed. He walked towards you speedily. That, to his surprise, startled you. You took a few steps back and fell on the ground. He stopped in his tracks, leaving both of you staring at each other.

An awkward silence filled the room. You were glancing at him with glassy eyes. That made his heart sink in his chest. Never in his life did he want to see his lover cry. Especially if it was his fault.

He gathered all the courage left in his body and decided to break the awkward silence. "Do you wanna talk about it?"

A quiet "yeah" left your mouth. He approached you with a softer expression on his face. He crouched next to you and hugged you. You returned the hug.

He picked you up and carried you to your shared bedroom. He put you on the bed, lying next to you. You cuddled up into his chest. He started whispering sweet nothings into your ear while he stroked your back.

Next time, give him a few bruises as revenge.

Oooh! Can I ask for something with a reader who's a type of whale calf? They probably have a very shy or calm personality and sleep a bit more than the average pup. The yanderes are trying hard to coax them away from their lonely little cove, with food or colorful shells, they clearly don't belong on their own! It doesn't matter how big they are, they still need someone to care for and look after them!

Oh, hi again 🐑 Anon! I think I can do that! Let's dive in-

Whale calf Reader is a big, lonely mer, who sleeps on their own in a small little cove, which happens to be near the platonic yans' territory. The platonic yans think at first they heard a whale call, so it was better to check their territory and get any rival sirens away or carefully move any whales along (or to adopt any guppies who they came across)... That's how they find Reader, all alone and sadly calling out for any other mers. Right on the spot, the platonic yans want to adopt Reader-

Reader was actually calling for other whale mer, but is puzzled by all these smaller ones who keep coming near them. They're able to talk to them, telling them they were waiting for their parent or pod to come back, and that they've been there for quite some time... That's met with a few hugs and pats, and the larger ones trying to persuade Reader to leave their small cove... It doesn't go over very well. The yans are met with a resistant guppy/pup/calf, who refuses to leave the only home they have, and one who cries whenever they mention the possibility their parent or pod might be dead. So what is their next best solution?

Try to show Reader that they aren't so bad to be with.

They have to keep them fed, so why not chase food towards them, or help them catch it? Reader needs to kept warm, so let the platonic hans just hug them and sleep nearby, okay? There's a boat that keeps making too much noise and it disrupts Reader's navigation? Well, it's gone now. The yans keep trying to provide for Reader, wanting to move then away from their little world and into theirs'... It's just taking some time.

They eventually get Reader to go with them, only after a lot of time of getting to know each other and helping each other out. Reader helps scare away larger predators and helps catch food, and the platonic yans provide a nest and pod and warmth for them. In their eyes, it's a win-win! And now that their friend/sibling/kid is with them, they aren't allowed to leave. They won't be able to go anywhere without one of them tagging along, ready to play with them or to attack any danger...

(If one of the yans is a whale mer as well, they especially bond with Reader, going on late night swims and eating prey together and getting to sing their specific calls... And they're big enough to hug all of Reader, not just an arm or their fin or their tail...)

I always like the idea of learning instruments but I am completely tone deaf, I can just about hear a difference in notes - depending on the note and what is being played, but I can't tell you if something is in tune or not - which is great if you think you've got little musical talent because it all sounds good to me XD

🍃 Leaf: What is a plant you find beautiful?

There's honeysuckle and sweet pea - I love the smell of both of them I think or one of them and I can never remember which it is. Might be both. I also love the smell of jasmine too.

🐑 Sheep: What is a comfort item you own?

I don't really have a lot in the way of comfort items - probably why I'm always so stressed XD I have the octopus you gave me is always near, my phone I suppose? That is always nearby, I like to have you nearby.

Every day there is something new. Todays lesson was for my mum: We remove assets from morally bankrupt giant corporations, not small business owners, and artists. She considered that for a few minutes. 'Ok, that's fair.' She spent five minutes looking like she wanted to ask further questions, but thought better of it.
