Glamrock Freddy's No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake:

Ingredients:

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup orange juice

- 1 tbsp orange zest

- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.

2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.

3. Stir in orange juice and orange zest into the cream cheese mixture.

4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.

6. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan and spread evenly.

7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

8. Once set, you can garnish with additional orange zest or slices.
