Basically, they were sickly as a kid, and doctors could never figure out what was wrong. Their hair turned completely white because of vitiligo (hehe I’m projecting :3) and no pigment will hold in it. The pigment in their hair is residue from spray paint, not dye. Their father was an architect and their mother was a brilliant musician. Together, they made Eino (NE0N) who has an incredible mind. They’re tremendously smart, and quickly picked up both their father’s and mother’s talents, as well as picking up their own talents, coding/hacking and graffiti art. They started attacking clubs once they were older, messing with the structure of the building to kill as many people as possible with it always being deemed “faulty construction/faulty wiring”

NE0N is a character that really just kills just for fun. Like they don’t have something that makes them snap or anything. I think we’d chat! I’ve always liked to think we’d get along very well despite our differences. I’m a naturally very quiet person and, since he’s a chatterbox, he’d probably take it as a personal challenge to get me to open up to him (even if purely out of boredom hehe).
