Quick and rough Plumeria redesign, mostly just cause...... I gotta do what comes naturally to me, man. Give me some Shapes. Simplify that design or so help me.
I don't have a lot of complex thoughts about it, actually! Just the idea of having a "sexy" outfit that draws the eyes to certain parts of the body -- while simultaneously being modest and Sharp. Having an edge to it. Also!!!! The luna moth inspired wings!!! I wanted to stay within her og color palette, but I've also always thought luna moth wings would suit her... the top wing is vaguely heart shaped, too!

i like to think, as a hc or a theory (because it’s definitely possible), that charles has had a few kisses throughout his high school years, sure, but past that he’s undeniably a virgin– well, kind of undeniably, because I think he’d deny it if found out by trying to use technicalities (“I mean that one time there was friction involved–“), but to any reasonable person, and by occult standards (see: edwin being a virgin sacrifice), he’s a virgin.
and i think this because it seems like him to fib about his level of experience (like he did when agreeing he’d sleep with crystal, matching her level of casualness about it) when in the presence of people who do, actually, have experience, in the hopes he doesn’t come off as lame or childish. given what we know about his “friends” when he was alive, they seem like the type to have teased or bullied boys– especially in their own circle– who haven’t gotten laid, or at the very least would’ve thought less of someone for it. and given what we know about charles, i don’t think he’d be nearly as sleazy and inconsiderate as his group when it comes to landing girls with the primary intention of adding to his body count. and considering he’s only supposed to be 16? and has never mentioned any significant relationships pre-death? it just seems unlikely.
all that to say– I can see him maintaining that facade of experience and confidence literally right up until the moment it matters, and in the heat of the moment getting nervous and embarrassed because “uhhh. so I may have been exaggerating some things.” though he’s not totally clueless either, I think it’d take a bit of a soft heart to heart moment for him to be reassured enough that he won’t fuck up and hurt his partner to go any further.
anyway not sure what the relevance of this is, but it’s something.

#design subject to change but not for much longer because im almost at the point where i have to make him appear in the comic lol#asks#loz: sword of fate#also he's just ganon in sof not ganondorf! dorf as a suffix is. well it's used for villages in german according to my very brief research#but yknow japanese writers i will cut them some slack. anyway since he's the first ganon i thought removing the suffix would be appropriate#like it was added onto the name in later generations or something. you get what im saying. this makes sense#anyway design things i want to point out. the mask gets flipped after link cuts it open during a miniboss fight which serves as the first#reveal that ganon is like. his age. a kid. + by the time link sees him next he's put it back together upside down.#the flipped shiekah eye is a symbol in itself obv but the 3 dots r also supposed to sort of evoke the triforce when it gets flipped#hence why the one on top (power) is white while the others are fully filled in!#and the horns when flipped are supposed to resemble boar tusks a bit irt later incarnations lol#color symbolism in his design also--as the story goes on he becomes more generally desaturated and the hair turns bright red which becomes#his dominating color. one of the first things to go as he begins to spiral are the blue elements of his outfit bc he's losing wisdom!#anyway. i put too much thought into this LMAO <3#skribbles

I know in the ROTTMNT fandom some people ship Donnie x April, which is all fine, I don't doubt there's clearly a chemistry between them in the show.
Personally, even when I first watched some of the older TMNT movies when I was younger with my cousin I never shipped April with any of the turtles, even now I don't really and prefer viewing their dynamic as siblings
BUT!! If I were to ship April with one of the turtles in Rise specifically....how hilarious would it be if it was Leo??
Hear me out here: Leo in the show is so smug, he's shamelessly smug. If he found out he had a crush on April, he would be so needy for her attention, he'd do flips and spins and all sort of cocky, arrogant stuff in an attempt to make her think he's so cool, which he of course is. Meanwhile, April just rolls her eyes at him., but Leo see's the smile tugging at her face and considers it a victory. Also, April in this show is just as sassy. Can you imagine these two trying to out sass the other?? How sly and smug they'd both be, neither backing down from this fun competition they've crafted. Eventually Leo decides to test his luck and throws in a flirt, one which can easily be mistaken as a throw away compliment, but when April actively engages back?? Meeting his confidence equally?? Leo is hooked
And more so, can you imagine Donnie's utter horror when he finds out his twin is dating his beloved best friend??
Uh excuse me Leanardo what do you mean you're dating my best friend? No. No no no that's not allowed, you're not dating her. Why? You know why Leo you'll corrupt her! Donnie acting like an overbearing, protective mother whose baby can't possibly be dating when April and Leo announce the news (he most definitely threatened Leo with lazer cannon or something and constantly gives him the warning 'I've got my eye on you' face when he catches the two being ooey-gooey romantic. Has probably spied on their dates to to make sure Leo is treating April properly). I can see him never truly chilling out even if the two have been dating for years, with how close Donnie is shown to be to April in the show he probably considers her the second most important person in his life next to his family.
Donnie, the most dead serious he's been in his life with fire in his eyes: You had better be prepared to commit to this relationship with April 'Nardo, because there isn't a country on this planet where you will be able to seek refuge from me if you mess this up.
Leo, who has been dating April for two years now: Uh-huh yeah that's great bro whatever makes you sleep easier at night
I don't think I'm gonna make art of this ship cuz I still prefer the found family sibling trope April has with the turtles, but I just think this is an interesting dynamic that I haven't really seen anyone explore, despite how Donnie x April is fairly popular ship,
