Really kinda sucks when you're an adult who catches an interest in a particular game, movie or media and want to talk about it (and maybe do some art), but said media has Themes that are a) for Adults Only, b) you want your shit to be generally cool for ppl of any age, c) talking about it may unintentionally promote people to check it out without paying attention to the trigger warnings, and d) there are a lot of aspects about the media that are very. 'Problematic' and could easily be assaulted by purity culture.
