hiiiii harlow i was just popping in to ask if you had any fav blogs or blog recs? specifically for jj and rafe? i feel like I've read everything on here -🍒 (if u do emoji anons)

hell yes i do! i have recs list for jj and rafe under their masterlists on my blog but here are some of all time favorite writers (in no particular order):

i'm gonna start with abbie, @abslvrs13, this girl has so much talent and her reader moodboards & concepts are chef's kiss istg. her writing is damn near perfection and omg her rockstar!reader and BOAF fic are my favorites rn

next, i have to say bhavya, aka @bbyg4rl, like obviously my jj phase never went away but she's actively bringing it back to life and she's also funny as FUCK but no fr, everything she writes is such a masterpiece (turn on notifs for her work and free giggles)

third, i HAVE to say @cherienymphe, like ugh! her fics are dark, so please heed that warning but if you're into that, she does it the best i cannot lie. her fics are like cake and her SERIES are the cherries on top, like teenage dirtbag and smells like teen spirit are must reads

next is @whytheylosttheirminds, and LORD HAVE MERCY her don't call me kid series is TOP TIER, like I binged it for days and I have no shame

next! @cognacdelights and if you haven't stumbled across her blog, umm...where have you been because her stuff is so good? her oc works for indie routledge are too good, even if you don't care for oc's you should still read and imagine indie as yourself or something (i did i can't help it) because it's so worth the read

honorable mention: @writingsbychlo, i recommend this girl for everything because she inspired me to START WRITING, like her fics were so filled with passion and they were such a hidden gem, she doesn't write for jj but she has one fic for him that's SO good and like 2 blurbs (one...two)

then i'm gonna say @collecting-stories, i think this was one of the first "jj" blogs i read for (i say that in quotes because she has SO much content for SO many fandoms, it's like a gold mine)

oh! and @zyafics PLEASE SHE'S LIKE A SMAU GOD, heartbreak:live reeled me tf in, which dropped me into the lap of red ferrari chase and i'm still reading kildarewatch (ongoing) but her masterlist is like heaven

Oh my Lord, I saw the doughnut ask and I just flatlined. I suppose that was the goal? Either way, it got me thinking (not about omegaverse, although that is weaseling its way into my mind) But more about a certain word that was used in it.

I cannot, for the life of mine, get over the idea of Sebastian slipping up and calling Chris “Daddy” (I know you don’t usually go for the Daddy kink but I just thought you might be interested in the “thots” as you call them)

Just Sebastian spread out on the bed, being opened up by Chris, whimpering and whining (In my brain it’s the Sebastian from The First Avenger because twink) and just begging Chris to fuck him. And Chris is doing his best not to cave. He wants to give his baby whatever he wants but he also knows that putting it off will make it that much sweeter. So he keeps on teasing Sebastian, asking him filthy questions and making his eyes roll back into his head.

“What do you want, baby boy? Tell me, and if you’re a good boy I’ll give it to you.” Chris whispers, and Sebastian just snaps.

“Please, Daddy! I want it, want you to fuck me! I’ve been good, I have!! I’m your good boy! Please, need it so bad, Daddy!” Sebastian whines loudly, and Chris practically passes out. Sebastian has never called him anything similar to that before, and it takes Chris’s breath away.

He snaps too, immediately taking away his fingers and fucking Sebastian fast and hard. His baby is screaming under him, moaning for Daddy and making Chris’s life feel unreal.

“Yeah, you’re Daddy’s good boy, aren’t you baby?”He asks, and Sebastian moans high pitched and loud. It feels like a switch has flipped inside of Sebastian and Chris is not complaining.

What do you think, S? Is it too much?

for mystery/thriller PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read black iris by elliot wake (written as leah raeder), it's like my favourite book of all time. also far from you by tess sharpe, where sleeping girls lie by faridah abike iyimide and people like us by dana mele are really good. my mystery/thriller shelf which is also like 90% sapphic if you want more recs:)

I was thinking about angst, as one does, and I was specifically thinking about nightmares. Maybe, Sebastian wakes up in a cold sweat, terrified. Maybe, he just barely muffles a scream with his hand. Maybe it wakes up Chris, who wraps him in his arms and tells him that everything is okay, that he will be alright.

“Shh, sweetheart. It’s okay, I’m here, I won’t let anything get to my best guy” Chris whispers, and Seb clings to his shirt and sobs. “It’s alright, darlin’. You’ll be all good. Don’t worry, Seb, it was just a dream.” He says, his accent thicker as he’s just woken up. He rubs small shapes into Sebastian’s back, trying to calm him down.

“I don’t- I don’t even remember what it was about, but I was so scared, Chris, I just didn’t know-“ Sebastian cries, and Chris kisses his forehead and whispers words of comfort.

“I know, Seb. I know. You’re safe, I promise. ‘M not gonna let anything bad happen to you, nothin’ at all.” He murmurs, doing his best to calm his lover down.

Sebastian leans up, kissing Chris with tears still in his eyes. After a bit, he pulls back, looking at his fiancé with love. “Thank you, Chris. I don’t know what I’d do without you.”

Chris melts a little, kissing Sebastian again and again, trying to let the younger know just how loved he really was. “Anytime, love.”
