Those who have read any of my other stories know what kind of writing style I have, but for those who are new, I'm going to tell a few things:

• I usually write 2000 words per chapter. However there are times when I make it a bit longer if there is a lot happening according to the plot. I think 2000 words for a chapter is the most comfortable to both write and read.

• I am a merciless person when it comes to cliffhangers so bear with me. But also I am quite a fast updater so perhaps you wouldn't want to murder me after every single chapter. Haha 😅 I always update as much as I can and as much as my free time lets me, but there are times when I'm so into writing that I might publish two, three or four new chapters in a week. It depends on my free time as I said.

• Speaking of which... Yes I do write in my free time just like most of the fellow fanfiction writers here. I have a life, a family with two kids, so please be patient and don't ask for an update when I just updated. Many readers begun to annoy me with messages and comments to update like ImMEdIAteLy. If you do that, you will earn a muting badge from me so you won't be able to comment anymore. 😘 (Of course badly waiting for it is something else, but I'm not going to force myself to write if I don't have time or if I'm not in the mood)

• I LOVE drama, fluff, angst and dirty minded scenarios. I honestly live for these kind of themes so prepare for an absolutely nice adventure if you are as rotten as me when it comes to mature content ✨

• Yes the story will contain smut. (How could I not include any in it ತ‿ʖತ) I know that somewhere deep you all seek for quality smuts just like me... That's why that those chapters will definitely be longer than my usual 2000 words. Yes you read it right 😌 if you don't believe me, peek into one of my latest stories for proof.

• I won't always put a warning before the chapters, because sometimes I forget about it. Oh and be sure to get the whole world's holy water for yourself. (Honestly I think it's going to be useless. We are all going to rot in hell for liking these kind of books but if all the hot 2d men are waiting for us there who cares 🤷‍♀️)

• Also I am very cruel because I try to describe feelings as detailed as possible. This is both true to happy and sad feelings. Make sure to always have ice cream in your freezer. • This is just a fanfiction whereas anything can be possible and I am the boss. So don't take it personal or too seriously. Why not play with imagination? 👀

(y/n)'s POV:

"Are you sure about this, honey?" My mom asked me, concerned or rather worried about the plan I am about to implement. Moving out from this small village and go live in the capital of Japan that is.

I smiled back at her. "Yes. My best friend is going to be in the town as well. I will be fine, don't worry."

Tears begun to form in her eyes and small, soft hands cupped both sides of my cheek. My mom was the only person in my life next to my best friend who wanted the best for me. Even if it hurt her to let me go. But I was an adult and this village can't provide the life I want for myself. And I can't stay with her forever.

My dad? He left us when I was a kid. He met a younger woman than my mom, 'fell in love' and one day, he was gone.

My mom tried to cover her sadness by smiling all the time. During nights I heard her crying her heart out countless times however for a very long time.

She was so in love with my father, but due to pregnancy she gained a bit of weight which she couldn't get rid of no matter what diet she did, or what sport she tried to make a progress. Because of that, I heard my parents arguing quite often. My dad even yelled into her face that she is disgusting and he cannot bring himself to touch her anymore.

Many ugly words, humiliating, yet my mom's heart still belonged to him. Till this day, she couldn't move on. She didn't tell me, but I knew it.

Ever since my dad left, he never showed up again, not that he ever cared for me or paid attention to me. It was never him, rather my loving and caring mother. Though I don't remember him too much.

I felt blessed for having her in my life... really...

I've been raised within poor conditions. My mom could barely pay for rent in the first few months after we were left behind. She took multiple jobs to provide for me, cooked my favourite meals when she had the chance even if she barely had money for it, baked a cake for my birthday every year but most of all...

...gave all her love to me. She was the best mom in the world I could ever wish for.

"You know I will always be worried for you even though you became such a beautiful, grown woman. You will always be my sweet little girl." She blinked, tears streaming down her face.

"I know... I am prepared. I didn't learn for so long without a reason." I reassured her, grabbing her hands in mine.

She nodded. We talked about this for a very long time yet it's painful to let go of each other.

"Remember to call me once you arrived, okay?" She requested, pulling me in for one last hug before helping me get on the train which is soon going to depart.

I took my ticket out of my pocket to take a look at my seat number. Once I found it I grabbed my suitcase and after a few minutes of struggle I managed to put it on the luggage rack above my head. Then I sat down, looking out the window to search for my mom.

We waved for each other until she was out of my sight, my smile fading away soon, causing me to sigh. I knew I always wanted this, but it still made me sad. The thought that I won't see her every single day as I did until now will be strange and unusual. There's no other choice but to get used to it. We will keep in contact though.

"Tickets please." The conductor showed up out of nowhere. Or perhaps I was too deep in my thoughts to notice him.

Nevertheless I gave him my ticket, which he checked, eventually giving it back to me. "Thank you." I said.

"Have a nice trip miss." Then he left, leaving me alone.

There were still a few people walking by, searching for their seats, some of them even arguing about who would sit next to the window.

Since my journey is going to be quite long, I brought a book with myself to read and pass time. Taking it out of my bag I stopped midway, because a group of young men entered the wagon.

They were speaking and laughing loudly in a disturbing way. They didn't care about anyone or anything. Typical troublemakers.

"Man, where's our fucking seat? We walked through the entire shitty train." One of them complained.

"I don't know dude. Look, number 73... 74... It should be here." The other replied.

I avoided eye contact with them as much as possible, rather pretending to be busy. I was praying internally, hoping their seat is not next to mine. But there's three of them, and there's one empty seat beside me, two other on the opposing side. Please no...

"Yeah yeah, there it is." The third pointed towards me. From the corner of my eyes I saw them nearing me. "Would you look at that? What a pretty company we're going to have heh."

Oh god no...

I kept staring out of the window however, showing a straight face. I should either pretend I'm deaf or pretend I don't speak the language.

"Whose this huge ass suitcase is? It's in the fucking way. I can't put mine up here." One of them complained. "Imma just put it in front of the toilet. Who cares?" He laughed, his friends agreeing with him.

They were speaking about my suitcase and the guy grabbed it, taking it out from where I put it to the luggage rack. "Just drop it out somewhere."

I couldn't let them do this to my stuff, so timidly I spoke up. "Excuse me... That's mine. Put it back, please."

He raised a brow at me, his friends also turning their attention on me. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't know it's yours. I will put it back." He smirked.

"Thank y-"

It was too easy to be true. And I was right, because he didn't finish his sentence. "For a kiss, baby."

I gasped. "No... Just put it back please." Standing up from my seat I grabbed it in an attempt to put it back myself since he certainly didn't plan to do it.

"Wow look guys, she's rich." Turning over my shoulder I saw one of them opening my purse and taking out my money.

"Hey!" I reached for it, but he raised his hand high in the air so I wouldn't be able reach it. "That's mine. What are you doing?"

"Man we can go to a five star hotel for a week with this amount with all the extra shit." They laughed, grinning at each other. "Let's bring this pretty girl with ourselves as well heh."

"Bet she's a virgin. Look how innocent she is." The middle one licked his lips.

I wanted to puke from their behaviour, but for now all I wanted was to get my stuff back from them.

"Give it back you idiots!" I glared at them, punching the guy who stole my money.

"Aw look at that." The one who took off my suitcase from the luggage rack took a step towards me, grabbing my arm. "What's wrong gorgeous? We just wanna have fun with you."

It was a bad idea to come entirely alone... Maybe I should have let my mom escort me. But then she would have had to travel back all alone as well...

Just when I thought that I can't get out of this, a stranger came to my aid, pulling the guy off me by his collar who grabbed me. "You just disturbed my sleep." He said.

"Who the fuck are you? Mind your own business." He spat at the stranger.

The man didn't seem to be in a good mood and within a second the harasser was on the ground, spitting out his teeth. The other two flinched and tried to attack the stranger who was quick to wipe them out of his way as well.

"Hey." He turned to me. "You okay?" He asked in a bored, sleepy tone. He noticed that one of the guys was holding my money in his hand, so he bent down and snatched it, standing up straight right after. "Is this yours?"

"Yes... They stole it and wanted to throw my suitcase in front of the toilet." I told him.

The tall man handed my money back to me, grabbed my suitcase and put it back where it was previously, not caring the slightest that he stepped on the harassers in the process.

The first guy who he knocked out slowly stood up, about to land a punch on my savior. "Watch out!" I warned him and he quickly grabbed his fist.

There was a scary grin on his face. "Didn't you lose enough tooth? Want me to break your bones too?"

"Just fucking get out of here man!" The other two stood up as well and pulled their friend away with themselves.

I watched them practically running away from the scene and into the other wagon.

The black haired man rubbed his neck with closed eyes, eventually looking at me, causing me to flinch by the sudden attention.

I opened my mouth to speak, words coming out in a stutter. "T-thank you. I don't know what-"

"No need to thank me, just stay silent and let me sleep." He grunted and plopped down on the seat on the opposing side, crossing his arms and closing his eyes.

I gulped down my answer. Though he helped me with those assholes, but I didn't want to upset him with unnecessary talking, so I rather sat back down on my own seat, putting my money back in my purse and taking out the book I wanted to read earlier before those scumbags came.

Flipping a few pages I stopped reading, glancing up at the man in front of me. He was snoring slightly, a sign that he was asleep. Unlike when he took care of my harassers, he had such a peaceful and innocent look on his face. There was a small detail I didn't notice on him until now. He had a scar on the corner of his lips on the right side, making me wonder how did he get that.

He requested me to stay silent and don't bother him, so I rather sticked to that, continuing to read my book.

After like 2 hours I almost finished it, sleepiness taking over me so much that I yawned all the time from that point. I would get off the train at the terminus, so I decided to do the same thing as the man in front of me, falling asleep eventually.

It wasn't as comfortable as a bed would be, but it was better than nothing. There was still 1 more hour left to arrive to Tokyo anyway. And I guess I won't get too much sleep today. Knowing my best friend she will want to go out somewhere or we would probably talk throughnout the night. We didn't meet each other for a long time and talking in person is different than in texts or a video call.

I woke up to someone shaking my shoulder. "Miss, miss. Wake up. We have arrived to Tokyo." Cracking my eyes open I expected my savior to wake me up, but to my surprise he wasn't on the train anymore. It was the conductor who woke me up.

"Ah. Thank you for waking me up." He nodded, smiling kindly and left.

I stretched, planning to grab my suitcase from the luggage rack. However it was on the ground already. It was either the stranger or the conductor who took it off for me. Who knows.

I didn't know that either that moving to Tokyo going to change everything in my life as well. Yet...

A life full of crimes and danger because of him... A life full of sin and... lust...

Ticaret Bakanlığı, geçen yıl çıkarılan ve bu yılda uygulama olacak iç ticaret düzenlemelerine ilişkin kamuoyunu bilgilendirici açıklamalarda bulundu.

ANKARA (İGFA) – Ticaret Bakanlığı’nın haksız fiyat değerlendirmesinden perakende ticarete, otomotivden emlak sektörüne kadar geçen yıl çıkarılan pek çok düzenlemesi bu yıl da uygulanacağı bidirildi.

İç ticaret düzenlemelerini 6 başlıkta özetleyen Bakanlık, ilgili değişiklik ve yönetmeliğe ilişkin detayları sosyal medya hesabından da paylaştı.

1. HAKSIZ FİYAT DEĞERLENDİRME:

• Perakende Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun’da yapılan değişiklik ile cezaların etkinliğinin ile caydırıcılığının artırılması amacıyla fahiş fiyat artışı cezasının üst sınırı 1 milyon TL’ye ve stokçuluk cezasının üst sınırı ise 12 milyon TL’ye artırılmış; bir takvim yılında 3 defa stokçuluk cezası alanların iş yerlerinin 6 güne kadar kapatılması mümkün hale getirilmiştir. (29.05.2024 T. ve 32560 S. RG)

2. PERAKENDE TİCARET:

• 6585 sayılı Perakende Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ve Perakende Ticarette Uygulanacak İlke ve Kurallar Hakkında Yönetmelik’te yapılan haksız ticari uygulamalar ve ödeme sürelerine yönelik değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmiştir. (Kanun: 01.02.2023 T. ve 32091 S. RG; Yönetmelik: 14.12.2023 T. ve 32399 S. RG) • 250 m2’den fazla satış alanına sahip zincir mağaza şubelerinde glütensiz tatlı atıştırmalık, tuzlu atıştırmalık, un; 400 m2’den fazla satış alanına sahip şubelerde ise bahse konu ürünlere ilave olarak glütensiz ekmek, makarna gibi ürünlerinin satışa sunulmasına yönelik Glütensiz Gıda Ürünü Satış Yükümlülüğü Getirilmesine İlişkin Tebliğ yürürlüğe girmiştir. (Yönetmelik: 14.12.2023 T. ve 32399 S. RG; Tebliğ: 05.03.2024 T. ve 32480 S. RG) • Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurulu (BDDK) tarafından alınan kararlarla uyumlu bir uygulama oluşturmak üzere Perakende Ticarette Uygulanacak İlke ve Kurallar Hakkında Yönetmeliğin 12/B maddesinin ikinci fıkrasındaki cep telefonu satışları ile üçüncü fıkrasındaki taşıt satışları için uygulanan vade ve tutar sınırlamalarında güncelleme yapılarak yenilenmiş ürün kategorisinde yer alan ve fiyatı 25.000,00 Türk Lirası üzerinde olan cep telefonları ile sıfır ürün kategorisinde yer alan ve fiyatı 20.000,00 Türk Lirası üzerinde olan cep telefonları için 3 ay taksit yapılabilmesi imkânı getirilmiş ve taşıt satışlarında taksitlendirme aralıklarının nihai fatura değerleri; alt eşiği 400.000,00 Türk Lirası, üst eşiği ise 2.000.000,00 Türk Lirası olacak şekilde yükseltilmiştir. (21.12.2024 T. ve 32759 S. RG) 3. SEBZE VE MEYVE TİCARETİ:

• 5957 sayılı Kanunda yapılan değişiklik ile kapalı pazar yerlerindeki satış yerlerinin sınırlı ayni hak yöntemi ile kiralama usulü kaldırılmıştır. (Kanun: 29.05.2024 T. ve 32560 S. RG; Yönetmelik: 19.07.2024 T. ve 32606 S. RG) • Bakanlığımız genelgeleri ile sebze ve meyve ticaretine ilişkin düzenlemeler yapılarak üretici örgütü belgesi almak için aranan sebze ve meyve üreten ortak veya üye sayısı 50’den 25’e düşürülmüş; üreticiye ödenecek mal bedelinden, hamaliye ücreti ve benzeri bir kesinti yapılamayacağı, toptancı halinden mal satın alanların hamaliye hizmeti almaya veya bu hizmeti almadan ücret ödemeye zorlanamayacağı düzenlenmiştir. • 5957 sayılı Kanun kapsamında 2025 yılında hal hakem heyetlerinde uygulanacak parasal sınır 887.009,71 TL olarak tespit edilmiştir. (19.12.2024 T. ve 32757 S. RG)

4. OTOMOTİV SEKTÖRÜ: • Motorlu Kara Taşıtlarının Ticareti Hakkında Yönetmelik ile tescilsiz motorlu kara taşıtlarının ticareti kapsama alınarak, distribütörler, distribütörler harici taşıt ithal edenler, yetkili satıcılara yönelik kural ve yükümlülükler getirilmiş; elektronik ortamda yapılan ihalelerin güvenli ve şeffaf bir şekilde gerçekleşmesi amacıyla ihale öncesine, sürecine ve kesinleşmesine ilişkin ihale platformları tarafından uyulması gereken asgari kurallar belirlenmiş; yetki belgesi alınması için gerekli olan şartlar arasından iş yeri açma ve çalışma ruhsatı çıkarılarak 1 Mart 2025 tarihine kadar yapılacak yetki belgesi başvurularına lise mezuniyeti şartından muafiyet getirilmiştir. (27.08.2024 T. ve 32645 S. RG) • Otomotiv sektöründe 6 ay – 6 bin km pazarlama ve satış kısıtlaması ile ilan kısıtlamasının uygulama süresi 1 Temmuz 2025’e kadar uzatılmıştır. (26.12.2024 T. ve 32764 S. RG)

5. EMLAK SEKTÖRÜ: • Taşınmaz Ticareti Hakkında Yönetmelikte değişiklik yapılarak, 14 Mayıs 2024 tarihinden önce taşınmaz ticaretine ilişkin gelir veya kurumlar vergisi ya da meslek odası kaydı bulunan işletme ve sözleşmeli işletmelerde 31 Aralık 2024 tarihine kadar yapılan yetki belgesi başvurularında, mesleki deneyim şartının aranmayacağı hükme bağlanmıştır (14.05.2024 T. ve 32546 S. RG). Ayrıca, bahse konu düzenlemenin Bakanlığımıza verdiği yetki kapsamında söz konusu hükümde 31 Aralık 2024 olarak belirtilen başvuru süresi 6 ay (30.06.2025 tarihine kadar) uzatılmıştır.

6. ELEKTRONİK TİCARET: • Elektronik ticaret mevzuatı uyarınca ticari faaliyette bulunan hizmet sağlayıcılar için getirilen yükümlülükleri, uygulamada yerine getiren entegratörlerin Bakanlığımızca yetkilendirilmelerine ilişkin hazırlanan Ticari Elektronik İleti Yönetim Sistemi Entegratörleri Hakkında Tebliğ yürürlüğe girmiştir. (18.09.2024 T. ve 32666 S. RG) • Yerli elektronik ticaret pazar yerlerinin yurt dışı satışlarının teşvik edilmesi, rekabetçi güçlerinin, istihdam yaratma potansiyellerinin ve yüksek teknolojili yatırımlarının artırılmasına yönelik Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun’da değişiklik yapılmıştır. (30.10.2024 T. ve 32707 S. RG)
