Every cry feels like it should be the last. I balled my eyes out last night and I feel like that should be the end of my spiral. I felt good today. Things were numb yet things got done.

I’m keeping myself social. I think memories are my enemy. Both good and bad. It is probably unhealthy to keep checking if they mailed something back. They probably already moved on. I just hope they have someone that can be supportive and make them feel good when they are overwhelmed or not feeling good. That’s all I can hope for. I hope they are happy.

As for me. I am still mad that they treated the relationship like something they could wash their hands of. It feels disrespectful to me. If the roles were reversed I’d at least offer closure to the other person if they need it. Especially since we broke up on such amicable terms… thought it be easy to talk like adults but it does feel like I fell in love with a stranger.

I’ve been talking to like six different people. Yet it’s still hard to muster up the courage to go out and meet anyone. I did one time and we are still talking but it just feels funny… like the chemistry Micah and I had was unreal and I don’t know how to capture that with anyone else. It’s sad. Maybe it’s me. My head isn’t in it.

My boobs have been sore and I’ve been emotional. I think the estrogen is overpowering me. My body is shaping up and I want to get a corset to help with the figure I want. Eating still isn’t my strong suit. I’ve been trying to but it’s hard.
