There was a line within my head that freely gathering life energies couldn’t breach last night. Through meditations such as last night’s, I know I have to exercise patience with the ongoing phase.

Life energies have already done so much for me. The force has freed itself from my body-mind engagements in progressively greater quanta in the last 3 years. And now they are simply trying to take my attention forward: from the centre of my head to the forehead.

The forces that run life are so well intentioned that they won’t cause harm even when they find a body they can run freely out of. It is likely that last night blessed forces have recognised a block in my head. These forces are powerful. They have my spine vibrating while my body and mind are perfectly relaxed. Yet, they won’t charge forward towards wherever my third eye is located.

Life energy that runs freely up my spine during meditation, is in the process of gathering some more in my head. To be precise, the energy is pooling at a spot that’s slightly above the point where the medulla oblongata ends. I know because all the chakra sounds are making my attention turn here. Life energy is training my attention for things to come.

So be it.

I dreamed about Billy Idol last night :'D He was sitting on his motorcycle so I tip-toed to him as fast as I could, asking could he give me a ride around a pole even. He said sure. I giggled and tip-toed fast back to my sister, telling her that Billy Idol will give me a ride with his motorcycle! Of course my sis got a bit offended, nagging at me a bit that she wanted to ride with Idol too so I tip-toed back to him with my sis, introducing them and asking if he could give my sis a ride too since she's a huge fan of his. He said he could do it too! :D

Shame I woke up before I got on the bike :'D But yeah, Billy Idol is very good sign too! (All is well!)

It took me a hot second to realize I'd already read the story as a novel years ago! It was probably one of the first light novels I'd picked up, lol! But I'll be real, I couldn't remember much of anything and mixed up what I remembered with some other novel.

I'mma go back and read the novel too, just to see if I pegged the dynamics right.

I don't remember if there was the tertiaty pairing in the book, of the Left and Right generals/bodyguards, but in the manhua they were like reading an AU Wangxian, and in my head that's what I called them.

I liked the visual medium of the manhua. I sometimes have trouble imagining characters or locations, so this was a bonus for me. Also, it was funny to see some of the things the artist did to censor kisses. In the version I read, There were also panels just left out, because they got a little raunchy. So, booo!

It wasn't until the man turned, his attention snagged by a bird or a child calling out, that Jean was able to catch a glimpse of his face and confirm that the Master wasn't in the same park as him. Jean couldn't breathe until that moment, and as he regained an awareness of his surroundings, embarrassment took over.

It had been more than a year. He'd been a witness in court and had watched the Master be declared guilty. The man was behind bars. Jean had even gone to therapy for it. He had to remind himself of what Betsy always said, though: that it was never going to go away. Not completely. That it was a part of who he was, and that it would be something he would have to work on for the rest of his life.

whenever you raise the camera to your face to look through the viewfinder in search of your boyfriend, he would glare at you like a disgruntled grandpa, though he never moves out of the way or diverts your lens elsewhere. he'd let you take your pictures, the cat-like frown still apparent on his face, and observe as you smile fondly once the shot has been snapped. sometimes, if he's feeling particularly generous, he would throw the camera a half-assed peace sign.

ah, your favorite muse.

"stop," he'd groan with an eye roll full of affection, "you have enough photos of me."

he'd complain like this every time you try to immortalize your moments together with your camera, but you know he secretly loves it.

how do you know this? because when you examine the pictures afterward, you would always spot a faint blush painting his face and the top of his ears.

"that's impossible," you'd tell him, then watch as the rosy flush returns to his skin until it matches the tint on the half-flustered minho in your camera. "i could never get enough of you."

the shade only deepens adorably when you press a kiss against his cheek before you show him the picture. he'd smile ever so subtly as he studies his photographed self, captured through your eyes. a smile that would be inconceivable if you weren't an expert on all things minho. his eyes would soften, almost glazed over with an absolute adoration only reserved for you.

love is gentle like summer rain.

love is synonymous with minho.

it's true what you always say to him - that you could never get enough. you could snap a million and one pictures of him and it still wouldn't be sufficient. you want to capture every second of every day with him. every soft dimpled smile. every laugh that takes over him entirely and turns his eyes into crescent moons. every grumpy frown whenever the alarm clock goes off and launches him away from saccharine dreamland. every petulant pout, every cute and harmless scowl, every display of sparkling boba eyes.

everything. every single thing.
