So just finished watching the ep so review. Spoils ahead:

So the episode was ok to me, solid 6/10 one of the better episodes which since this was supposed to be an "extravagant" ep why does it got better quality than the main eps, idk Viv has her moments like this ep and other eps its a train wreck in writing ect.

Mammon worked on my nerves, from design to his movements, personality ALL of him was annoying, which props for an annoying Villian but its Villian I never want to see back again and he's hinted for some sort of return.

Side tangent: Mammon is like the how many-ith Villian to get a return ep/hint at one. It was 1st cherubs, then dorks, then stella/ice twink, striker/crimson now Mammon & according to the leaked storyboards a ghost guy that tries to talk IMP into off-ing themselves... its a flipping lot and cherubs & dorks seem to be forgotten dispite dorks knowing & having hard evidence they exist, flip Viv chill it with your Villian of the week cos its way too many now.

Anyway, Blitz didn't need to be in this ep besides the flashback. Ozzie got him to talk Fizz out of being Mammon's puppet but ultimately Ozzie spoke him out of it & gave him courage to quit/confront Mammon. Even Blitz being a bodyguard/killing people for Fizz could've been any imp. Blitz is starting to feel like Steven from SU, in every ep even tho the ep doesn't need him/ the episode surrounds topics a wee child shouldn't be in (i.e Lapis trauma dumping on Steven & he a child isn't really equipped to handle that situation).

My fave part of this ep was Ozzie and Fizz. Ya'll I legit prayed Viv wouldn't mess these two up and my prayers were answered. Absolutely a joy these two were. Fizz especially what a darling. Loved that small scenes with him and the deaf imp child, l dont know sign language but it looked genuine animated and was just sweet moments.

From their interactions, Fizz's panic attacks/self doubt felt & were genuine... I felt that as someone that has panic attacks from high stress on my studies/life. It was just handled well. Fizz feeling less than and needing to prove himself from 1. his past 2. his appearance, that accident affected his self image/worth so much (why I felt him forgiving Blitz was too hastily done but I digress) & 3. him doing this Mammon contest still to gain/earn Ozzie's love for him cos Fizz believes Ozzie only sticks around because of this fame Mammon gave Fizz. Ozzie finally saying what he loves about Fizz was lovely, wanted that in the 1st ep but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Their song was... I didn't like it BUT the message in it was beautiful. Lastly Fizz saying fuck you to Mammon from the courage/strength Ozzie gave him was a nice send off... also Ozzie saying he loves Fizz ah ngl that made me smile agh I just love them. I want to see them more than the Stolitz show but thats only a wish. Props Viv, you get 1 brownie point not messing this up.

Last findings, the ep was bloated as hell my soul Viv please stop cramming so much in an ep, this one is 30 mins long & yet still felt bloated. Pacing was a motherfuka damn it was bad & the swearing was jarring (its a Viv written ep I don't expect any less but still gonna point it out) and the comedy wasn't so prominent in this ep, Blitz/Mammon gave some comic relief but in the best and worst ways:

The way the VA delivered this line "to be fucked" made me laugh, the line is cringy but the delivery lol gold

Aand Blitz, my soul shut the fuck up & get out this ep. Last ep & this one he said something so agonizingly cringe I pulled my face

The world of HB is legit American hell or earth just painted red since Fizz named all these places in America just "hellified" where his fans come from.

And very last, congratulations Salem glad you got the cathartic send off you deserve from working under Viv, truly fuck you "Mammon" indeed :) also glad they credited you this time.

TL;DR this guy is a 5yo Gen Alpha brainrotted kid stuck in a 14yo kid's body, and he's been harassing multiple (mainly TADC) accounts on Tumblr for a bit now, and just being a nuisance and damaging people's mental health.

Okay so I'm gonna be quoting the Google Doc a LOT here, you'll be able to tell which parts are quoted and which parts are me.

"Randy or randysworld2009 is a Tumblr user that appeared around TADC blogs in the beginning of 2024. Since then, he has built a history of harassing said blogs, mostly roleplay/askblog accounts and artists, forcing roleplay and specially spouting misogyny towards women mods and fem leaning characters, transphobic and homophobic towards queer people. At one point he started getting his information messed up, saying that he was super straight and then later on a “half-bisexual”, also often times approaching people with romantic/sexual intent and then getting angry when those same people state that they are not interested or are above legal age, which he supposedly is not. It is believed that Randy is 14 years old, but at this point, we can’t be certain of what information is true or false. For all we know, his blog could be just a troll."

So yeah, this guy is bad news. That was a direct (formal) quote from one of the victims.

What are your thoughts of who the Head Girl would be during 7th year? Do you think Hermione went back, even though she has PTSD? What are your thoughts on Hermione erasing herself from her parent’s memories?

Even though I love Hermione, I don’t think she’d be a great “fit “ for that role because she wasn’t at Hogwarts during 6th year. So she didn’t see the students (especially 1st years, muggleborns) get attacked on a day to day basis. Also, if I’m honest Hermione isn’t the most “welcoming” person to be around.

Plus, she literally endured heartbreak/pain of her own while she was on the mission and her parents have no memory of her at all (she doesn’t know if they are alive or not). It’s possible that she decides not to go back, since she isn’t in the right head space for school. Her next mission is to go to Australia with Ron and find her parents.

Hermione would be the HG. bcz she is dedicated to her work, she is a stellar student, she follows rules most of the time and she respects teachers. She also has leadership. I cant see a better HG than her. I am sure she passed her NEWTs with grace and broke records or smth.

HB would be someone from Ginny's year ofc. Students from Hermione's year already finished their education during the time trio was hunting horcruxes. Harry and Ron did not go back. So someone from Ginny's year would be HB.

Unlike his dad, Scipio hasn’t done zilch to give us a reason to destroy him, like, he didn’t OS allied peg knights or something, as I said, Scipio is here as a nod. He is here because we needed an enemy in Jungby, since the Dukedom had to be administrated somehow after André’s death and missing Brigid’n’Aidean.

Charlastor Fankid (Magdalene)

It's amazing to me how creative the fandom is in regards to OCs and fankids for their favorite HH/HB ships. Here's a character ref sheet of my OC, Magdalene, as an adult (21yr).

1st born to Charlie and Alastor and goes by "Mags." She is a lover of dance and music like her parents, a daddy's girl, vain, covertly promiscuous and sensual, stubborn, and a bit pugnacious. She deeply cares for her loved ones and does not tolerate any disrespect towards any of her friends and family. Charlie teaches her to be kind, forgiving, gentle, and how to be a princess. Alastor encourages, well, mischief, violence, and to not leave any witnesses.

She has tendril-like hair that she can control at will and her abilities were inspired by Marvel's Scarlet Witch. Her abilities include telekenesis, energy manipulation (can manifest energy to attack or shield herself), teleportation via shadows (she calls it "shadow hopping"), levitation/flight, and demonic magic. She's been practicing her powers since they manifested as a child under the watchful eye of her father. She thinks she has it all figured out, but Al still makes her attend their weekly practice sessions.

RECENT THUNDERBIRD NEWS:SIGNINGS/NLL DRAFT/SCHEDULE/ JERSEY UNVEIL

Alright HB Sports fans, it’s time to talk some Thunderbirds again. I’m fresh off the birth of my third daughter (pray for me) and ready to dive back into the goings on around the squad. There has been a fair amount of team news since the last time you heard from me and I plan to blog it all here. The Thunderbirds have inked a few more players to contract, released the full home and away schedule, drafted six new players during the 2019 NLL draft back on September 17th and most recently unveiled their home and away jerseys they will be wearing for their inaugural season. Well what do ya say we get caught up then? Opening night is just over two months away!

The Thunderbirds will open their season at the Scotiabank Centre on Saturday, December 7th against the New York Riptide. They are then back home the following Saturday against Rochester. The majority of the games will be Saturday nights with the odd Friday night or Sunday afternoon game. I will post a picture of the full schedule below. I have a feeling the Thunderbirds could spark a nice little East Division rivalry with Toronto. The first meeting of the two clubs goes January 31st in Toronto, followed by February 17th at home. The two teams will meet for the Thunderbirds final game of the year on April 25th in Halifax. That one should be a dandy!

During my last blog, I took a look at all the contracts the Thunderbirds had negotiated up until that time. Since then, they have handed out a couple more starting with the signing of defenseman Darryl Robertson to a three-year deal. Robertson, a native of Whitby, Ontario, was a part of the former Rochester squad last season. Coming into his third NLL season, look for Robertson to make an immediate impact on defense and quickly and efficiently transition the ball up the floor; a player all offensive guys love. Robertson was quoted after signing his contract that he is “unbelievably happy to be a Thunderbird for the next three years.” I’m certain the fans will be equally as happy to have you as a part of it as well.

Next up we had the signing of free agent defender Brayden Hill to a two-year contract. Hill calls Six Nations, Ontario home and is coming into his fourth season in the NLL. Drafted in the third round of the 2016 NLL entry draft by the Georgia Swarm, Hill has suited up for Georgia, Rochester and most recently in 2019, Philadelphia. Hill has also posted an impressive Junior and Senior lacrosse resume; winning back to back Minto Cups, and leading the Six Nations Rebels to this years Presidents cup. Hill is excited to get going in Halifax saying, “ I’m beyond excited to get to play for such an amazing team in an amazing city.” Such a common theme between all the guys who experience Halifax; they absolutely love it, but then again who wouldn’t.

The Thunderbirds also added Roger Chrysler and 15 NLL veteran Chad Culp to Head coach Mike Accursi’s coaching staff. They have also have named John Catalano as the Thunderbird President and CEO. Catalano comes from the former Rochester Knighthawks and has a reputation for facilitating a “fun, passionate and contagiously upbeat environment.”

That brings us to a pivotal point in the off-season for every team in the league; the NLL entry draft. Held in Philadelphia on September 17th, the leagues 13 teams were busy crafting their rosters and adding future pieces. With six picks in total, the Thunderbirds added some great new faces to their roster. I will briefly take a look at each of the T-bird selections and familiarize the fans with the new faces.  

With the fifth overall selection, the Thunderbirds selected Clarke Petterson from Cornell. The Toronto native is a remarkably gifted lacrosse player; he is sure to take fans out of their seats right away. His career highlights page on the Cornell Men’s Lacrosse website is a damn novel.  The three time team captain at Cornell was the first ever sophomore captain in the program’s history. He wrapped up the 2019 campaign ranked second in the U.S. in shooting percentage and 17th in goals per game. Petterson is not only extremely talented offensively but also very versatile, having changed from defensive midfield, to offensive midfield and also to playing attack, ultimately thriving on offence. His Cornell career has put him in the top 10 for career goals and points in program history. I am really looking forward to watching this guy play lacrosse.  Head coach Mike Accursi is also thrilled to add Petterson to the offence, calling him an “elite offensive player”.

Next up, with the fourteenth selection, the Thunderbirds grabbed Trevor Smyth. The senior at Rochester Institute of Technology was named a USILA First team All-American at the end of the 2019 season. The Orangeville, Ontario native was also named the USILA Co- Long Pole midfielder of the year in 2019, his conferences “Liberty League” defensive player of the year. Smyth will undoubtedly be another great piece to and already solid defense and transition.

Those two picks rounded out the first round for the Thunderbirds. With their first  and only pick in the second round, the Birds selected Clay Scanlan 30th overall. Scanlan played the 2019 season with the Six Nations Arrows in the OJALL. He posted an impressive 35 points in 19 regular season games and seven points in three games in the Ontario Junior ‘A’ playoffs.

Jumping into the third round, Halifax selected Nonkon Thompson 38th overall. Thompson is coming off a 2019 campaign which saw him suit up for the Akwesasne Indians of the OJBLL, and also the Iroquois Nationals. Thompson put up 26 points in 20 games this season with Akwesasne with a very respectable 106 penalty minutes. He also contributed nicely to a lengthy playoff run of 16 games with 17 points. Nonkon has some fan favourite potential written all over him!

Finally, with their picks in the fifth and sixth rounds, Halifax selected Matt Dziama of UVA and Brad Fannell of the St Catherines Junior ‘A’ Athletics and the Brock University Badgers. The two picks were 68th and 81st overall respectively.  Dziama is coming off a national championship in 2019 with the University of Virginia. He is new to the box lacrosse game, but what he lacks in the experience he makes up for athleticism and competitiveness. Fannell suited up in 36 games over the past two seasons for the Athletics putting up 13 points. Fannell is known for being “a good steady defenseman who transfers the ball well” according to Head Coach Mike Accursi.

I guess that brings us to what are these guys going to wear? The jerseys have been teased a lot leading up to this week, but on October 1st, the public was given an up close look into the new threads. HB Sports covered it of course. The Thunderbird home and away jerseys were revealed with great reception; I personally think they are very well done. The way the colour scheme is set up on the home jersey makes them so sharp. Combined with the white gloves and helmets, both jerseys are looking very clean. The away jersey is not what I expected but also very well put together. The diagonal lettering of “Thunderbirds” down the front is a great look and the white and orange combination comes together nicely. Hopefully we can “look good, play good.” We definitely have the look good part nailed.

So with all that said, I just have one more piece of Thunderbird info to recap. RECENT THUNDERBIRD NEWS:SIGNINGS/NLL DRAFT/SCHEDULE/ JERSEY UNVEIL

Alright HB Sports fans, it’s time to talk some Thunderbirds again. I’m fresh off the birth of my third daughter (pray for me) and ready to dive back into the goings on around the squad. There has been a fair amount of team news since the last time you heard from me and I plan to blog it all here. The Thunderbirds have inked a few more players to contract, released the full home and away schedule, drafted six new players during the 2019 NLL draft back on September 17th and most recently unveiled their home and away jerseys they will be wearing for their inaugural season. Well what do ya say we get caught up then? Opening night is just over two months away!

The Thunderbirds will open their season at the Scotiabank Centre on Saturday, December 7th against the New York Riptide. They are then back home the following Saturday against Rochester. The majority of the games will be Saturday nights with the odd Friday night or Sunday afternoon game. I will post a picture of the full schedule below. I have a feeling the Thunderbirds could spark a nice little East Division rivalry with Toronto. The first meeting of the two clubs goes January 31st in Toronto, followed by February 17th at home. The two teams will meet for the Thunderbirds final game of the year on April 25th in Halifax. That one should be a dandy!

During my last blog, I took a look at all the contracts the Thunderbirds had negotiated up until that time. Since then, they have handed out a couple more starting with the signing of defenseman Darryl Robertson to a three-year deal. Robertson, a native of Whitby, Ontario, was a part of the former Rochester squad last season. Coming into his third NLL season, look for Robertson to make an immediate impact on defense and quickly and efficiently transition the ball up the floor; a player all offensive guys love. Robertson was quoted after signing his contract that he is “unbelievably happy to be a Thunderbird for the next three years.” I’m certain the fans will be equally as happy to have you as a part of it as well.

Next up we had the signing of free agent defender Brayden Hill to a two-year contract. Hill calls Six Nations, Ontario home and is coming into his fourth season in the NLL. Drafted in the third round of the 2016 NLL entry draft by the Georgia Swarm, Hill has suited up for Georgia, Rochester and most recently in 2019, Philadelphia. Hill has also posted an impressive Junior and Senior lacrosse resume; winning back to back Minto Cups, and leading the Six Nations Rebels to this years Presidents cup. Hill is excited to get going in Halifax saying, “ I’m beyond excited to get to play for such an amazing team in an amazing city.” Such a common theme between all the guys who experience Halifax; they absolutely love it, but then again who wouldn't.

The Thunderbirds also added Roger Chrysler and 15 NLL veteran Chad Culp to Head coach Mike Accursi’s coaching staff. They have also have named John Catalano as the Thunderbird President and CEO. Catalano comes from the former Rochester Knighthawks and has a reputation for facilitating a “fun, passionate and contagiously upbeat environment.”

That brings us to a pivotal point in the off-season for every team in the league; the NLL entry draft. Held in Philadelphia on September 17th, the leagues 13 teams were busy crafting their rosters and adding future pieces. With six picks in total, the Thunderbirds added some great new faces to their roster. I will briefly take a look at each of the T-bird selections and familiarize the fans with the new faces.  

With the fifth overall selection, the Thunderbirds selected Clarke Petterson from Cornell. The Toronto native is a remarkably gifted lacrosse player; he is sure to take fans out of their seats right away. His career highlights page on the Cornell Men’s Lacrosse website is a damn novel.  The three time team captain at Cornell was the first ever sophomore captain in the program’s history. He wrapped up the 2019 campaign ranked second in the U.S. in shooting percentage and 17th in goals per game. Petterson is not only extremely talented offensively but also very versatile, having changed from defensive midfield, to offensive midfield and also to playing attack, ultimately thriving on offence. His Cornell career has put him in the top 10 for career goals and points in program history. I am really looking forward to watching this guy play lacrosse.  Head coach Mike Accursi is also thrilled to add Petterson to the offence, calling him an “elite offensive player”.

Next up, with the fourteenth selection, the Thunderbirds grabbed Trevor Smyth. The senior at Rochester Institute of Technology was named a USILA First team All-American at the end of the 2019 season. The Orangeville, Ontario native was also named the USILA Co- Long Pole midfielder of the year in 2019, his conferences “Liberty League” defensive player of the year. Smyth will undoubtedly be another great piece to and already solid defense and transition.

Those two picks rounded out the first round for the Thunderbirds. With their first  and only pick in the second round, the Birds selected Clay Scanlan 30th overall. I am writing as your constituent to urge you to support and advance House Bill 478, legislation that seeks to add “gender identity” to the list of protected classes under New Hampshire's Law Against Discrimination.

My stake in this issue is personal.  I am a transgender man myself.  I'm also an honorably discharged Air Force veteran, a graduate of Nashua Community College, and a machinist who lives and works in Nashua today.  I have a life.  I have a partner.  I really like it here.

Under the current laws I could be fired from my job or have my lease revoked tomorrow explicitly for being transgender.

I am far from the only transgender person living in New Hampshire, and nearly all of them I know are very worried about the future right now.   I know one transgender woman who moved to New Hampshire from the south after being physically attacked. Please do not condone the kind of look-the-other-way atmosphere that led to that attack here in NH.  We as a state are better than that.

What I hope for from this proposed bill is protection under the law equal to that of any other citizen subject to hate crimes and discrimination.

Draw a line in the sand for human decency. Do it now, and do it here.  

I urge you to support HB 478 to protect transgender Granite Staters and ensure fair and equal treatment for each and every individual who is proud to call New Hampshire home.

MANILA -- A Catholic priest on Tuesday expressed opposition to the proposed measure in the House of Representatives, which seeks to repeal the crime of offending religious feelings.

Fr. Jerome Secillano of the Nuestra Señora del Perpetuo Socorro Parish in Sampaloc, Manila, said not penalizing those who attack any church or religion is unwise and discourteous to the latter.

“Taking away the penalty for such violation will only embolden imprudent and disrespectful actions against any church or religion,” he said in a statement.

“The proposal simply doesn't make sense. That provision guarantees the free and peaceful exercise of one's religion without fear or interference from external forces,” he said.

On Tuesday, Albay 1st District Rep. Edcel Lagman filed a bill seeking to revoke the penalty on the crime of offending religious feelings.

House Bill (HB) No. 5170, was filed to repeal Article 133 of the Revised Penal Code on offending religious feelings.

“If Lagman wishes to honor Mr. (Carlos) Celdran, he can do it in many ways. But, it shouldn't be something that will undermine religious institutions or practices in the process,” Secillano said.

Celdran was found guilty of violating the law by a Manila court in September 2013 for staging an impromptu protest at the Manila Cathedral three years earlier.

If passed into law, Lagman’s bill would have a retroactive effect, which means that all pending criminal cases and related civil cases for violation of Article 133 would be dismissed.

In August 2018, the Supreme Court affirmed the guilty verdict of the Court of Appeals on Celdran and ordered him to go to jail.

The well-known tourist guide has left the country and reportedly moved in self-exile to Madrid, Spain, where he died on October 8, 2019, at the age of 46. (PNA)

Abstract

What’s already known about this topic?

a) The disease usually occurs in consanguineous marriages.

b) Genetic defect in a skin disease is also accompanied by a rapid growth of hair and nails, deformation and thickening of a nail plate, subungual hyperkeratosis, palmoplantar keratoderma, ectropion and lips, and sometimes mental retardation.  

c) Genetic counseling before entering into marriage is the prevention of it.  

What does this study add?  

In the family with non-blood related marriage there are a child with lamellar ichthyosis and three cases of stillbirth.  

Genetic defect in this skin disease is also accompanied by disorders of gastrointestinal tract, an allergic condition of body, high levels of C-reactive protein and the total of IgE, the defeat of internal organs which determine the severity of state.

 A suggestion of research was made to study the factors causing a gene mutation.

Summary

The article describes the own observation of lamellar ichthyosis - a child aged 14 months, was born from the 8-th pregnancy. It is noteworthy that out of 8 pregnancies mother has 3 stillbirths (2 boys, 1 girl), 1 miscarriage in the 2nd month of pregnancy, 2 medical abortion. Two surviving children are a girl of 14 years (health), and the boy. The patient was diagnosed with pathology of gastrointestinal tract, an allergic condition of body, high rates of C-reactive protein and the total of IgE, the defeat of internal organs which determine the severity of his condition. The literature indicated mainly in skin lesions in this disease, and sometimes mental retardation, and it occurs in consanguineous marriages. Considering that the parents of a sick child are not related to each other, it can be assumed that the mutation occurred during intrauterine development. Considering that this family has three cases of stillbirth it is necessary to examine mutagenic factors causing a gene defect. It is necessary to take into consideration the fact that none of family members of this family have been recorded by such a skin disease and by the fact of stillbirth before.

    Introduction

There are many forms of ichthyosis, and in 2009 in the framework of the 1st Consensus Conference on the Ichthyosis (Sorez city, France), approved the unified classification and terminology of ichthyosis. The group of autosomal recessive congenital ichthyosis includes lamellar ichthyosis [1,2]. 8 known genes coding for these violations: ABCA-12, ALOX12B, ALOXE3, CERS3, CYP4F22, NIPAL4, PNPLA1, TGM1. Approximately half of the gene mutation of transglutaminase-1 (TGM1), which is involved in the formation of corneocytes shell leads to the development of lamellar ichthyosis [3]; one of the loci - 14q11. The disease usually occurs in consanguineous marriages. Defeat captures all skin folds in which the process is more pronounced. Hair and nails grow fast, nail plates are deformed, thickened, typical subungual hyperkeratosis, keratoderma of palms and soles. There are lip and eyelids eversion, which promotes the development of infections and, as a consequence, lagophthalmos, keratitis, photophobia. Sometimes mental retardation [1,4,5] is observed in lamellar ichthyosis.

Here is our observation of clinical cases of lamellar ichthyosis. The child is a male aged 14 months enrolled in a skin clinic with complaints of peeling and dryness of the skin. The child was born from the 8-th pregnancy. Parents are not related to each other. It is noteworthy that out of 8 pregnancies mother has 3 stillbirths (2 boys, 1 girl), 1 miscarriage in the 2nd month of pregnancy, 2 medical abortion. The two surviving children are a girl of 14 years (health), and the boy.

From history

Fifth births in 37 weeks, the amniotic fluid with a meager bright yellow grease. On the 4-th day transferred from the maternity hospital to the children’s hospital.

Objectively

A serious condition; cutaneous covering hyperemic, with marble, the subcutaneous layer is sealed, imposing remains of the colloidal film; on the skin of cheeks, thighs, areas of the epidermis peeling irregular shapes. Eating is enough.

Respiration is puerile, it is over all lung fields, the number of respiratory movements

42 per minute, pulse - 138 per minute. The abdomen is soft. The liver protrudes from under the costal arch in 1cm. The spleen is not palpable.  

Genitals

Male, the testes in the scrotum does not clearly palpable.

Neurological status

Movement are shackled; reaction to the inspection is excessive and negative. Scream is painful. The head is rounded, cranial sutures are closed, large fontanelle is not strained (1,5x1,5cm).

    Examination

Neurosonography

 Structural brain is tissue; periventricular region is of slightly increased echogenicity. Flow rate via a vein of Galen is 7cm/s. Lateral ventricles: left is 1-1,5-5mm, right is 1-1-7mm. The third ventricle is 2mm.

Echocardiography

Heart ejection fraction is 75%. Diastolic dysfunction of the right ventricle with moderate tricuspid valve insufficiency.

a) Chest X-ray - pulmonary atelectasis.

 b) Ultrasound examination of the abdominal cavity - the left kidney - cups to 9mm, pelvis is 10*8mm, right pelvis is 9*5mm.

Sowing from skin gave rise to Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae Blood cultures is sterile.  

Procalcitonin test to 0.5ng/ml.

Alanine aminotransferase is 1U/l, aspartate aminotransferase 21U/L. Total protein is 47-48g/l; in the general analysis of blood - lymphocytosis and neytrofillez.

Consulting of an ophthalmologist - allergic dermatitis of eyelids, of a gastroenterologist - a syndrome of malabsorption in the intestines.

The diagnosis of primary: intrauterine infection of generalized form, dysbiosis of gastrointestinal sub compensated. Bilateral outer diffuse otitis. An allergic dermatitis of eyelids.  

Main 2: congenital ichthyosis, bullous ichthyosiform erythroderma.  

Complications

Malabsorption in the intestines; postnatal malnutrition is of 2-3 degrees; mild anemia.  

Related: posthypoxic neonatal cardiomyopathy with diastolic dysfunction and tricuspid valve insufficiency; pyelectasia left.

    Treatment

Intravenous

Heparin, glucose-saline solutions, ampisid (9 days), amikacin (8 days), prednisolone, mediflyukan, sulperazon (10 days), pentaglobin №3.

Intramuscularly once introduced antibiotic - aseptic necrosis at the injection site. Intramuscular injections hereinafter are contraindicated!

Inside

Diflucan, bifidumbakterin, Summamed (10 days) of prednisolone, a polyvalent bacteriophage (12 days), Enterofuril, Creon (6 days).  

Locally on the skin a methylene blue 1% aqueous solution, oily solutions and creams. The patient was discharged in mid and grave condition of the skin, malnutrition. It is recommended to continue inpatient treatment for the syndrome of malabsorption and malnutrition.

    Objectively

lagging behind in physical development (in weight almost does not add), seen crying loudly. The vision is normal. The thyroid gland is not increased. Palpable obligate group of lymph nodes - not enlarged, painless, not soldered, mobile. Heart: rhythmic tones, clear, sonorous, the correct ratio. Breathing puerile, carried out in all parts of the lungs, wheezing does not listen. Belly is of regular shape, a bit swollen, symmetrical, painless, soft, available deep palpation. The liver appears in 1cm. from under the costal arch. Regular chair, decorated, without pathological impurities. Urine output is sufficient. External genitalia are formed correctly (for izoseksual type).

Status specialis

 Lesions of a skin is diffuse in the form of vivid hyperemia, infiltration, large and lamellar peeling over the entire surface of the skin (Figure 1), including the folds. Face is mask-like, mucous of eyelids turned inside out (ectropion), dehiscence of mouth, radial furrows in the perioral area, deformed ears (Figure 2). There is some infiltration and swelling of fingers and toes (Figure 3&4).

Laboratory data complete blood count

Hb-108g/l, er.-4,05.1012/l tromb.- 482,109/L, LS-7,5.109/L, P.-0%, SV-42%, e. - 2% 0% B.- lymphocytes - 50% monocytes - 6%. Urinalysis is normal. Biochemical analysis of blood: glucose - 7.17mmol/L, Alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. - OK, C-reactive protein -25.0mg/l (normal 0.00 -up to 5,80), IgE-total 131.99IU/mL (normal 0.00 -up to 22.80). Thyroxine (T4) free - 13.3pmol/l thyrotropin (TSH) - 5.83mU/L.

Ultrasonography (ultrasound) of the internal organs

Spleen signs of additional shares, pyelitis-calycectasis left, hyperechoic parenchyma of the lower pole.  

Otolaryngologist

 Rhinitis, protracted course, carriage of pathogens.

Neurologist

Perinatal central nervous system of mixed origin, hydrocephalic syndrome.

Recommended

NSG, ophthalmologist, consultation neyrohyuurga, exercise, Pantogamum syrup.

a) Ophthalmologist: conjunctivitis symptoms have not been identified; fundus without disease, macular reflex is pronounced.

b) Neurosonography: asymmetry of lateral ventricles.

c) Neurosurgeon: Information for Increased intracranial pressure is not obtained. There are not compelling indications for neurosurgical intervention.

d) Pulmonologist: at the time of inspection there was not pathology of the respiratory disease. In attacks of difficulty breathing - inhalation beroduala 7 drops 3 t/d, Pulmicort 250mcg 2 t/d, mucolytic Lasolvan 7.5mg (1mL) 2 times /day.

e) Ultrasound of the heart: the pathology is not revealed.

f) Consultation of gastroenterologist: aggregate data we can talk about the presence of immunodeficiency.  

g) Clinical diagnosis: lamellar ichthyosis.

h) Treatment: prednisone 1mg per 1kg of body weight with gradual withdrawal, lendatsin 400mg intravenously №7, asparkam 2 1/3 tablet twice a day, retinol acetate 1 capsule 1 once a day for kreon ½ tablet 1 per day bifiform 1 capsule 2 times a day, Suprastinum on ¼ tablet 2 once daily, Pantogamum by ¼ 3 times a day, Otofa 3 drops zykapyvat ear 3 times a day, podideksa spray into the nasal passages injected 3 times per day .  

    Conclusion

He is discharged in a satisfactory condition with an improvement of the skin process. As can be seen from the description of the disease a genetic defect in this skin disease is also accompanied by disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, allergic condition of the body, high levels of C-reactive protein and the total of IgE, visceral, which determine the severity of the condition.

Given that the parents of a sick child are not related to each other, it can be assumed that the mutation occurred during fetal development. In this family, three cases of stillbirth, and therefore it is necessary to study the mutagenic factors causing gene defect. Groups To March On NH State House Opposing Legislation To Take Away Voting Rights

Granny D founded group Coalition for Open Democracy, NH Rebellion, Others to Host 1.2 mile March through Downtown from Concord High School to Steps of NH State House in Support of Voting Rights, Democracy

CONCORD, NH – The New Hampshire March for Voting Rights will be held on Saturday, April 1st at 1:00 pm and include a 1.2 mile march starting at Concord High School and ending with a rally on the steps of the New Hampshire State House in support of a strong and fair election system. 

The New Hampshire Senate and House are currently considering dozens of bills that would undercut our popular same day voter registration system and adversely affect thousands of eligible voters including students, low-income people, and veterans. The NH March for Voting Rights sends a bold message to elected officials in New Hampshire that we will stand together to protect our voting rights in the face of legislative attacks which threaten to discourage voter participation and weaken voting rights, particularly bills such as SB 3 and HB 372.

Hundreds of concerned citizens will join together to voice opposition and instead call for reforms that modernize and streamline New Hampshire’s election system. The speaking program will feature elected leaders, students, veterans and affected voters. Speed activist workshops will follow the rally and provide multiple direct actions for impact on voting rights.
