Snowy fisheye

I drove to the mountain lodge, that weekend in February, I shot just a few photos there, but I forgot that I took this little camera with me, with an unknown film. It turned out, that film was in there for close to 15 years! I wasn't expecting much, but this one is quite nice.

Taken with Lomography Fisheye film camera, through its 10mm F8 fisheye lens, on a roll of Kodak Kodacolor 200 film. Scanned with Plustek OpticFilm 8100 film scanner.

Ums Verrecken. Juli 2022

Ums Verrecken bring ich nicht mehr zusammen, wo das war. Ich stolpere mit meinem Rädchen durch so viele verschiedene Gegenden, daß ich oft völlig den Überblick verliere. Irgendwo in Berlin, innerhalb des S-Bahn-Ringes...

Aber das sind die Bilder, die mich erfreuen. Wegen derer mache ich mir die ganze Arbeit. Wegen solcher renne ich mit meiner kleinen Leica, in dem Fall IIIc mit Jupiter-12 aus sowj. Fertigung, durch die Gegend. Benötige 1h für die Entwicklung von jeweils 2 Filmen, dann nochmal 1h fürs Scannen pro Film. Und hab dann noch keinen Papierabzug.

Trotzdem wäre ich äußerst unzufrieden, hätte ich dieses Bildchen nicht als echtes Negativ zum Anfassen vorliegen, sondern nur als virtuelles Digitalgewixe.

Die Psychologie dahinter kann ich mir selber nicht erklären. Zumal ich als schwerstens entwicklungsgestörter Zeitgenosse noch immer tief in der oralen Phase stecke, weit davon entfernt, irgendeine anale Sammelwut zu entwickeln.

Taken on my Pentax ME Super while looking down one of the main streets in the centre of Bologna. The architecture and the lines are incredible, a must see and visit city in Italy. This moment made me thing of The Beatles for some reason…

Emerging from the fog

Foggy day in the park, twisted-looking trees emerging from the shadows. December 2021.

Taken with Yashica Mat 124G medium-format twin-lens camera, on a roll of then-unknown film, that turned out to be an old Agfapan APX 100. As I didn't know what the film was, I bracketed with a wide margin, one shot at 400ASA, the other at 50ASA. Ultimately, the film was 100ASA, and I developed it as 200ASA. :D Developed with Adox Adonal, 1+50 dilution at 22°C. Scanned with Canon CanoScan 8800F flatbed scanner, using VueScan 9.5.

Cemetery by John Harvey Via Flickr: First shots from the Reto ultra wide and ultra slim. Its nod bad for a toy camera, 200 ASA film likes sunlight but then again its set F11 and 125s shutter as well. The little plastic lens is interesting with its handling of Lens flare as circle on the image. Ultimately cost me $30 so its worth some more playing with, its small and easy to carry Shot using Eagle 200 ASA my local photoshops home brand, Agfa surveillance film from Belgium. its not perfect but its fun and cheap.
